• Michaël (8/5): Bon séjour, le personnel était très bien. - J’ai aimé la proximité avec le métro de Otsuka et les ustensiles qui nous permet de pouvoir réaliser une skincare assez facilement tous les soirs après une grosse journée. Le personnel était très bien et très accueillant. Chambre assez petite, même si c’était connu dans l’annonce c’est vraiment petit. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas incroyable mais il y a ce qu’il faut.
• Giulia (10/5): Bel soggiorno - La pulizia della camera. La possibilità di avere un pigiama comodo. Il bollitore d'acqua nella stanza. Letto comodo. Cuscini di sassi. Particolare ma fa molto bene alla postura. Scelta varia di cuscini. La colazione e buffet!!!!! Il bagno troppo piccolo. Poco spazio per usare il lavandino e il gabinetto. La vasca davvero piccola e poco confortevole. La finestra non si poteva aprire.

• Mak (5/5): My top choice for Tokyo. - Not my first stay, everything remains perfect and clean. The lobby offers free skincare samples and sleep tea bags, which is so thoughtful. Excellent location and surroundings. My go-to hotel in Tokyo! Breakfast hours are too early and short, so I’ve never had it.
• Marie-Lucienne (7/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sich bei der Rezeption ein Kopfkissen ausleihen, dass ideal zu den eigenen Bedürfnissen passt. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und man hat nirgendwo Platz, um den Koffer wirklich abzustellen. Das Bad ist ebenso klein und man kann sich gerade so um die eigene Achse drehen.

Mainly two staff members at the desk, one of whom doesn't speak English at all. Cross the fingers to get the bilingual 😉 Rooms could be cleaner, this hotel will soon need a refurbishment.

• Nadia (10/5): Super Lage, preisleistung super - Sehr gute Lage, Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke, Zufuss in 15 min in ikebukuro. Supermarkt, Donki etc. Alles vor der Türe Die Kissen sind auf dem Zimmer evtl etwas hart für den ein oder anderen aber man kann an der Rezeption ein anderes Kissen bekommen. Man muss drauf einstellen das die Zimmer klein sind, sprich Einkäufe und Koffer haben nicht viel Platz, aber dennoch machbar

• Miyuki (9/5): Good Choice! - 部屋が広い。部屋のレイアウトが使いやすい。朝ごはんがしっかり取れてパンも美味しい。歯ブラシを使わなかったらお菓子を貰える等、環境に配慮している取り組みが分かりやすい。 連泊したので掃除なしで新しいタオルをお願いしたところ、観光して帰ってきたら袋に入ったタオルが袋に入れていたものの地べたに置いてあったので、ドアノブにかけておいて欲しかった。

The cleanliness of every part of the room No landline or telephone inside the room , it’s needed specially when u need to talk or call the reception. No cabinet No safety locker TV no English language

Huone oli vanha ja kulunut eikä kovinkaan hyvin siivottu. Katossa oli jälkiä vesivahingosta ja tapetissa oli epämääräisiä tahroja. Omituista, että jääkaappi piti itse laittaa päälle (en usko vieraiden päälle/pois-kliksuttelun olevan sen energiatehokkaampaa kuin se, että kaappi olisi koko ajan päällä). Ei myöskään tuntunut kovin turvalliselta, että huoneeseen kirjauduttiin numerokoodilla tyypillisen avainkortin sijaan.

Przybyłem wcześniej, ale pozwolono mi zostawić bagaż w recepcji zanim dostałem pokój. Śniadania mogły by być do trochę późniejszej godziny.

I was struck how the breakfast ladies cared about your wellbeing & would make sure you were looked after! I so appreciated their care towards guests! Having to put a code into the door to enter our rooms BUT it wasn’t a negative thing just different!

• Dhiral (9/5): - The amenities and lobby bar was great. Each day they let you pick 5 items like razor, mouthwash, hand towel, or other things to get. Great perk of the hotel. The pillow is hard in rooms but you can exchange for different pillows in the lobby area. There is only one elevator so waiting for many people to use it will take time. Otherwise it's a great hotel!

Choice of pillows in foyer. Room was very small. Beds were too small. Would be okay if one person staying there or parent with a child. Breakfast was not western so not much to each. Lots of salad available and cold egg. Would have loved some toast.

Funcionários super atenciosos, o café da manhã não com tantas opções porém tudo delicioso. O pijama poderia ser de outro material. Mas no caso sou eu quem não se adaptou ao material, meu marido usou sem problema.

L’hotel lascia a disposizione degli ospiti la sala ristoro, qui nel pomeriggio c’è la possibilità di prendersi una tazza di caffè o the, e dopo le 18 l’aperitivo. Questo è il grande valore dell’hotel La colazione termina alle 8:30, troppo presto.

• Pawel (8/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka, dwie windy, telewizor z dostępem do serwisów streamingowych, smaczne śniadania z pyszną kawą, dużo pralek i suszarek. Tylko jedna rzecz, śniadania wydawane były do 9:30 i to jest w porządku, lecz również do tej godziny należało opuścić stołówkę co było trochę dziwne, no ale cóż takie zasady.

No use el servicio de lavandería con monedas pero en un viaje anterior fue perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, prácticamente al lado de la estación de Otsuka y con amplia variedad de establecimientos para comer y curiosear. La limitación del espacio libre de la habitación para el equipaje. El espacio para usar el WC puede ser muy justa para gente de piernas largas.

• Katharyn (10/5): - The hotel staff were very friendly, everything in the room was clean and functional. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff helped me book a taxi to the airport and tried to show me several more affordable avenues (I was too worried about missing my flight and the summer heat, otherwise I would have used these options!). The Yamanote line is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Nothing.
