It’s walking distance to the Central Market, and bus stops for all directions are just 2–3 minutes away. We loved the kids' park downstairs and the cozy little piazza with cafes and restaurants. • Anais (1/5): - J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience ce long weekend du 14 Mai 2026. Je déconseille cet établissement qui n’a pas fait preuve de relation client. Le samedi matin, nous avons découvert une blette dans la chambre que j’ai signalé à l’hôtel, qui m’a proposé de faire un nettoyage dans la journée. Seulement, le samedi soir quand nous sommes rentrés, il y avait encore une autre au pied de notre lit. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre avec les enfants. Mais visiblement, l’établissement est complet. L’établissement m’a expliqué que cela arriver souvent sur les appartements du RDC vu qu’il y avait eu des travaux de désinfection sur le domaine publique. J’ai trouvé cette réponse inadaptée et inacceptable . Je n’ai pas loué une chambre pour dormir avec des blettes à 200€ la nuit! Il aurait fallu le mentionner dans l’annonce ou anticiper de ne pas louer cet appartement. On m’a proposé de quitter la chambre et de me rembourser de la nuit du samedi soir. Je me suis donc retrouvée à 22h dehors avec deux enfants a devoir trouver une solution de relogement. Je déconseille formellement cet établissement qui n’a pas su nous trouver de solution de compensation.

Tuvimos un incidente por desconocimiento de la lavadoras y lo solventaron de manera ágil y eficiente. Las apartamentos son hermosos, tienen todo para cocinar si se requiere, las camas muy cómodas tiene todo espejo el baño es genial y sin inconvenientes con el agua caliente. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement, malheureusement des fois certains hôtes font du bruit mais l’établissement a tout de suite réagit et rappelle les règles. Le prix commence à être un peu difficile partout dans Valencia pour se loger, c’est dommage car bientôt on pourra plus se payer des vacances.

• Hans (9/5): Echt een aanrader! - Een mooi en schoon appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, goed bed en dicht bij het centrum van Valencia. Er zijn zelfs lockers om je bagage na uitchecken tijdelijk op te slaan. Tot slot goede en snelle communicatie met de eigenaar via Whatsapp.
• Diaz Delgado (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación y concepto bastante bueno El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo cosa que provocó alergias en mis hijos y debajo de la cama estaba realmente sucio, el sofá cama estaba hundido y mis hijos se clavaron los muelles. Los utensilios de la cocina estaban llenos de polvo y tuvimos que fregar todo antes de usar. Es una lástima pq el apartamento es bonito. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear.

Shops and restaurants in multitude around the area. The WhatsApp messenger was perfect to use to inquire and they answered quickly. Definitely recommend.
• Esmat (5/5): Fine if you don't mind being woken up very early - It was very noisy in the mornings and when I told the host they said I should have known it would be noisy and asked for a room that wasn't on the ground floor. I'd never been to the area before and it looked like a pedestrianised street outside so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know it would be noisy.

Raimondo (7/5): struttura ottima, pulizia eccellente, da rivedere il sistema riposo. - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio di gruppo e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, molto comoda, e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la pulizia, davvero impeccabile. Molto graditi anche alcuni dettagli in camera, come la macchinetta del caffè, il caffè stesso e gli snack disponibili: piccole attenzioni che fanno sicuramente piacere e danno un valore aggiunto al soggiorno. Ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi che avevo già letto in altre recensioni e che, sinceramente, pensavo fossero esagerati. Invece devo dire che corrispondono pienamente alla realtà. Il problema principale sono i cuscini: tecnicamente ci sono, ma sono piccolissimi e davvero molto scomodi. Anche piegandoli a metà non raggiungono nemmeno l’altezza di un normale cuscino, e questo incide parecchio sulla qualità del riposo. Anche i divani letto, pur essendo nel complesso discreti, andrebbero rivisti e migliorati. Altro punto importante: le tende non sono oscuranti, quindi è praticamente impossibile avere buio nelle prime ore del mattino, con conseguente disagio per chi vuole riposare bene. Quindi, struttura ottima, pulizia eccellente, posizione perfetta e servizi in camera molto apprezzabili. Però questi aspetti legati al comfort del sonno pesano davvero tanto sul giudizio finale. Sistemando cuscini, divani letto e tende, sarebbe tutto eccellente.
