• carrie (9/5): We had a lovely visit to San Sebastián - The property was excellent. The only one small problem. There wasn’t enough pillows. Normally there are two pillows per person.

• Dominic (10/5): Perfect location to explore San Sebastian - Great location, easy and uncomplicated communication. Loud surroundings, had to buy earplugs to sleep.
• Jad (10/5): A comfortable family apartment in San Sebastian - The apartment is in immaculate condition, clean and comfortable. Amenities and location all brilliant. Soundproofing also done proper. Nothing to mention here we loved the place, if anything we needed a bit of salt and pepper and that wasn't there.

• Lucia (10/5): The apartment was really well located, the facilities were very nice and clean. - We went to the offices that were close by and the people were very nice. The app for unlocking the apartment never fully worked.

• Alastair (5/5): Passable - 1) Noises from work in neighbouring apartment. 2) Process for entry via app is too complicated and in fact did not work because the instructions failed to mention that we had to swipe left to access the apartment after accessing the building.
