• Krispijn (10/5): Heel fijn en heel ruim appartement op een top locatie! - Heel mooi en ruim appartement en heel vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts! De locatie is ook heel goed. Dichtbij de Botanische tuin en het is maar een kort wandelingetje naar het centrum. De douche was mooi maar niet zo krachtig en soms duurde het lang voordat het water warm werd.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Luxury in the heart of Antwerp! - Great location and very nice/luxurious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds and the bathroom is huge with a nice shower and double sinks. Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment is up three flights of stairs without a lift. The washing machine is at the top of the first flight of stairs and shared with other apartments (I think there are only a few.... sharing was never a problem.)

• Svetlana (5/5): Unfortunately, a serious hygiene issue combined with a disappointing handling of the situation. - New, well-maintained apartment Convenient location Polite and responsive communication at the beginning On the second evening, we discovered multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and in the hallway (including when lifting our bags), which significantly affected our comfort. It was also very unsettling to leave a stay like this with the concern of having brought cockroaches home. The suggestion to carry out chemical treatment during the stay, especially with small children present, did not feel like an appropriate solution. We proposed a reasonable compromise (~27% refund); however, we were informed that this would only be possible in exchange for providing a positive 10/10 review in advance, which did not seem appropriate to us. This also left us questioning how representative other reviews may be. Resolving the situation required significant time and effort and caused unnecessary stress; in the final communication, our request for compensation was described as exerting pressure and being inappropriate, which we did not agree with. In the end, no compensation was provided by the property. For us, this clearly affected our comfort and overall experience. We find this particularly unfortunate, as the apartment itself has clear potential.

• SE (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Het appartement is zeer ruim en luxe. Het is op loopafstand van de vele bezienswaardigheden in Antwerpen, maar tegelijkertijd ook een rustige locatie. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

• Vogelaar (10/5): Fijne beleving met het hele gezin. - Ruimte en luxe van appartement Er was sprake van wat muggen, hier waren wel middelen tegen.
• Shanice (10/5): Magisch, luxe, modern & schoon! - Alles was aan gedacht. Denk aan uitgebreide keukensets, high tech airco & keuken, bordspellen, verzorgingspullen en zelfs paraplus. Er was zelfs een ps5 aanwezig. Dit verblijf was schoon, luxe en had alles & meer wat een fijne vakantie mogelijk maakt. Zo luxe ben ik nog nooit op reis geweest. De host heeft het zelfs mogelijk gemaakt voor ons om later uit te checken, zonder extra kosten. De service was perfect. Als je in hartje Antwerpen verblijft is dit het beste verblijf om te boeken. Zonder te overdrijven is het oprecht elke cent waard. Alles was oprecht perfect. Het enigste punt is als je slecht ter been bent of invalide dat er wel drie trappen omhoog zijn naar het appartement. Iets anders zou ik oprecht niet kunnen bedenken.

• Frank (8/5): Luxe verblijf op ideale locatie in Antwerpen - We waren hier al eens eerder geweest en hebben op basis van de locatie dit jaar dezelfde accommodatie geboekt. Op loopafstand van alle faciliteiten, parking dichtbij en makkelijk bereikbaar. Alles is eigenlijk top geregeld, maar om toch een puntje van kritiek te geven: één slaapkamerdeur klemt (van de eenpersoonskamer) en we merkten dat er dit jaar minder in de welkomstschaal lag (we hebben uiteraard genoten van al het lekkers wat er wél lag).

La cuisine était bien équipée et la salle de bain, comportait tous les produits nécessaires. même si c’était bien indiqué, nous nous attendions pas à des escaliers aussi raides sur trois étages à gravir avec les gros bagages. il y avait aussi des odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain, ce qui obligeait à bien fermer les portes. Enfin la personne qui habite au-dessus marque pas assez lourd. Les lits étaient grand, mais un peu dur à notre goût.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-appointed. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The design is modern yet cozy, with plenty of space to relax after long festival days. What stood out most was the attention to detail: comfortable beds, plush seating, and a dining area perfect for gathering with friends. Having parking and being pet-friendly was a huge plus for us as well. This property truly felt like a luxury home-away-from-home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Antwerp—whether for Tomorrowland or just to explore the city. We’ll definitely return Everything was thought out and so well appointed

• Diane (9/5): Luxury apartment in great location - Fabulous location near the designer shop district and around 10 mins from historic heart of Antwerp. A few mins walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment with high-quality furnishings and very good bedding and mattress. Massive bathroom with huge shower. Amazing seating area surrounded with floor to ceiling windows. Small third bedroom (single) Only one bathroom. Third bedroom was a little stuffy/warm. The A/C could be more responsive (it worked but seemed tricky to control). Not a problem for us but the stairs (like most in Antwerp) are narrow.

• Helen (8/5): Perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Antwerp. - Lovely central location close to everything and spotlessly clean, A lovely property but if you are open to constructive criticism we would mention a few points. The bathroom. A beautiful huge bathroom which was fine for our party of 3 but if the capacity was booked in you would certainly struggle as the only lavatory was in the one bathroom not separate. The stairs. Our apt was on the 3rd floor which meant over 40 steps on a narrow stairway which curved towards the top. Not at all easy to negotiate with luggage and as we took my mother who’s 80 I would certainly avoid if older guests. There was a discrepancy with the mini bar which we didn’t touch at all and wanted to charge us €16 for a miniature whisky. Clearly a housekeeping error but certainly left the trip a little tainted. To protect yourselves and the owners we would suggest photo evidence on arrival to show what’s there, to avoid misunderstandings. The front door uses a key app which being older guests we struggled with but another guest staying helped us out and got there in the end. However… a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location with help at the end of a phone if any problems arise.

• Michelle (10/5): We will definitely rent here again, when in Antwerp. - We loved this place, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfy and clean and had block-out curtains for a good sleep :) The apartment had everything you needed and more. The location was perfect, not far from the city centre. The shower was the best I've had, high-end fixtures and the coffee machine was like being your own barista! There was nothing to dislike. I thought that having one bathroom to share between four people would be a problem, but it really wasn't. I loved this place.

Very little, but in the spirit of constructive comments, I would say the parking experience could be more seamless, a quick guide with recommended delivery options for quality food (sushi, poke bowls, etc.), and perhaps the checkout time allow for a little flexibility (i.e. 1 hour).

• Philippe (10/5): Fantastic stay - could not be better. - The apartment is in a prime location, across from the Botanical Gardens and so close to the heart of Antwerp, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is extremely well appointed, spacious and superbly clean. It provided for our family of 4 adults (3 bedrooms) ample space and facility. The living room/dining room is a gem with tall ceilings, Bose stereo, Nespresso coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen. The host is very gracious and responds instantly to questions. I recommend this spacious and beautiful apartment for travelers that value comfort, luxury and convenience in a top location. Nothing.

• Sorin (10/5): Exceptional - Very happy with our choice. The apartment is really beautiful, everything in it is of good quality and the smooth Rituals fragrance is present around. We found a nice welcoming basket from the host, Champagne was in the fridge… it made us feel like in a 5 star hotel. Even if the kitchen is wel equipped and you may prepare a meal without doing groceries first, I recommend trying the breakfast delivered from the bakery. The host arranged it for us.
