À 40 minutes en voiture d’un épicerie normale. La dame du restaurant Mammii Chulaa a tenté de nous escroquer. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude.

- Cristian (6/5): Bonito apartamento pésimo servicio al cliente - El apartamento muy bonito, realmente tal y como se ve en las fotos..las camas cómodas..cerca de la playa.. Lo que fué una decepción absoluta y que de verdad estropea en parte tus vacaciones, es que al momento del check in te indican que cuentas con un conserje que estará al pendiente de tus necesidades 24 hrs.. ( problemas, reservaciones, transporte, agua, etc). Lo que no te dicen ( y que deberían indicarlo) es que solo te atenderá según la propina que le entregues cuando llegas.. de otra forma te pasará como a nosotros, no te responden.. tienes que ir a recepción a solicitar desde al agua hasta el papel higiénico.. Reclamas y una persona te dice .. es que tiene mucho trabajo… Otro trabajador dice que si no contratas el sistema de limpieza ( 45 dólares extra por 5 días) no te reponen el agua ni el papel higiénico.. otra dice que depende del conserje … En vacaciones quieres estar tranquilo y no estar preocupado de estas cosas, pero está muy mal gestionada esta labor de conserjería, se supone que pagas por el servicio pero en realidad depende de la propina…en nuestro caso fue bastante incómodo..

- Olariu (5/5): Outside the place where we stayed, wherever you go on public beaches, you are treated like a commodity. You encounter al - The property was clean, the apartment was clean and nice, and it is located by the ocean. At reception, at the time of check-in, we were asked to pay a deposit of USD 30 per day, totaling USD 420 for the entire stay, for electricity. No one read the electricity meter either at the beginning of the stay or at the end, at check-out. We were only refunded USD 120, while the remaining USD 300 was kept as an electricity charge. I do not believe that electricity can cost that much for a 14-day stay, and the fact that the meter was not read raises serious concerns. Additionally, the transportation was significantly delayed, and the reception staff seemed very annoyed by the idea of having to come and read the electricity meter. As proof of this, the meter was never read, and USD 300 was simply retained for electricity, without any further justification.

- RUAT (9/5): Endroit fabuleux - L’emplacement est fabuleux. Le complexe est grand mais très calme. Les alentours de l’hôtel (la côte) sont assez sauvages ce qui permet de faire de belles et longues balades. L’appartement est vraiment très beau et confortable, avec de grands espaces individuels et de vie. Les restaurants sur place sont relativement chers et il n’y a pas vraiment d’alternative si vous n’avez pas de moyen de locomotion. La supérette n’en est pas une car elle dispose de peu de produits. Réel problème d’organisation au restaurant sur la plage. Le premier jour nous avons attendu 1h15 pour notre petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes sachant qu’il s’agissait de pancake (2) et d’omelette (3). Au même restaurant, pour un déjeuner, nous avons attendu 1h30. Lorsqu’on leur a dit pour la énième fois qu’on attendait, on a compris qu’ils n’avaient pas commencé. Ils nous ont proposé de renoncer et aucun geste commercial. Le service de conciergerie pourrait être plus efficace notamment le jour du départ.

Rimbalzando la colpa tra un operatore e l’altro, ma sta di fatto che non hanno mai fatto il cambio della biancheria in appartamento in cinque giorni che siamo stati lì. Per poi dirci all’ultima sera che era per il fatto che non facevamo riferimento alla persona giusta. Inaccettabile.

El check in es muy engorroso y poco ágil. Cobran un depósito por el consumo de luz, pero el contador no es visible para el cliente, con lo que puede generar desconfianza.

- Alexandre (10/5): Perfect, moderne, quiet, and with ocean view - An amazing apartment, excellent view of the ocean and pool, very comfortable and quiet condominium. Good restaurants and a basic supermarket. The seafood restaurant over the beach is highly recommended. The daily cleaning service was intermittent. On day, they made a good and full cleaning of the apartment, one days didn´t show up, on day they just clean half of the apartment. The late check-out was too expensive, for 2 hours, and there was no receive for the amount paid.

There are a few golf cart shuttles that bring you back and forth from the restaurants on the property back to the beach. Food was good. Everything was clean. All staff was very friendly For a short stay the grocery store has a decent selection of food. And there’s also another grocery store down by Breathless. If Jumbo is the grocery store you’re looking for it’s very expensive to get there. It cost about $150 round-trip for taxi to get to Jumbo, Jumbo is like our local Walmart Our stay was 2weeks: Cons: housekeeping will not just come in your room. If you miss there services you have to request it and wait for them to arrive. This is because there are no safes in the rooms. One day I requested it and they did not come. So our solution was expect less get more out of vacation. We treated more as an Air b and b than a hotel. If our trash was full we just put the trash can outside the door. When I wanted fresh towels. I washed them up at night and hung them to dry. I wanted my vacation to be about sand and sun not worrying when someone was going to arrive to bring me something. House keeping itself was great it is just understanding how things work that would have been nice to know from the start.

- Tricia (5/5): It's a great location but you guys need to spice it up build a night club. - Did not had any food on premises we purchased our own food and prepared it No entertainment is was just bored you guys have a beautiful resort all you have to do is improve on the entertainment aspect of it.also there was a lot of ants in the kitchen area ,the AC continue to lock off when you are sleeping and it's not on a timer.
