• Feres (6/5): Great location, firm bed, family In same unit next door so.... - Great location! Cleaning lady was lovely when we came in to show us around and get us all situated. The bed was two twin beds pushed together so we were falling through the crack during the night and was firmer. Room is fairly small. Also the unit I believe is in the apartment with a family living there and a young kid. We were woken up at 7am or so with the kid crying outside our door for a while with the parents talking to them. Mot of the places we stayed at with multiple units within in one were all temporary rents but this one wasn't. So due to these issues we probably wouldn't recommend it with so many other options out there.

• ALBERTO (5/5): Bien,si no exiges mucho - La ubicación. Y la cama muy cómoda para descansar. María nos espero para hacer el check in cuando llegamos con retraso. Había una pequeña cafetera con cápsulas,calentador de agua y una mini nevera ,cortesía de la casa. Mi habitación tenía bonitas vistas a la opera. No es un dormitorio,es una habitación adaptada.La mesilla de noche era un pequeño taburete de plástico. No hay enchufe a los lados de la cama para cargar el móvil y poder usarlo como despertador.la luz se apagaba desde la entrada . La bañera tenía la mampara rota y se salía todo el agua al ducharte , había que poner toallas para no inundar el baño.

• Garry (2/5): - Location Firstly we were told someone would be there to receive our bags prior to check in, there was not so took time. WIFI, was useless. No TV because of WiFi, continuous buffering. Phones also, same issues, even to open email,. Washer / Dryer, my wife turned on for wash dry cycle. It sounded like a concrete mixer, then people in other apartments started calling out to Turn if OFF, all very angry. Damaged 2 tee shirts. Some items to check before you book this place.

• Kana (8/5): 中心地で便利な立地の宿 - チェックイン時間前ですが、荷物をお部屋に入れさせて頂き、鍵も頂けました。清掃が終わってなかったのですが、それでも助かりました。 チェックアウト後も、お荷物を置かせてくれました。コーヒーメーカーや湯沸かしポット、簡単なカトラリーも一応あります。遅くまでやっているレストランもあり便利です。 イタリアの宿泊施設に多くありますが、シャワーのお湯の出が悪いです。あと、窓が壊れていて閉まらなかった。
• Jessica (7/5): - The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Good air conditioning and decent facilities. Hosts were very communicative over WhatsApp. Not exactly as advertised. When booking it appeared to be like a boutique hotel however when we arrived it felt more like staying in a hotel room in someone's apartment. Not necessarily a bad thing but wasnt as expected. The facilities were good however there were some issues such as the shower leaking and the backs of the wardrobes were falling out. Bed was not a large double bed as suggested but instead was two single beds pushed together and they came apart very easily while sleeping. Wifi was very patchy.
• Dardo (6/5): - Muchas deficiencias, desde la poca o nula atención, salvo una persona quizá de mantenimiento que nos facilito el ingreso, lavarropas un desastre, puerta y persiana al balcón no cierran, balcón al patio mejor no ofrecerlo ( patio no existe depósito de desechos y maquinarias), en el baño falta luz, no hay perchero colgar tohallon/toalla, ubicación buena, atención regular,el anfitrión debe estar a la espera del huésped por elo se avisa horario estimado de llegada. Apartment could do with some lick of paint, quite small for family of 4 but okeyish for one night stay. We struggled to find it (it's on the first floor in Hotel Sonya).

• Mejia (5/5): - La ubicacion muy buena Que en las fotos muestran una cocina y eso hace parte del apartamento pero en realidad debes rentar todo el espacio. Eso no es claro en la reserva al llegar no tuvimos donde preparar algo de comer.

• Kelsey (6/5): Great and convenient location but too small for our family. - The room was located between the Rome Termini and Repubblica Metro stations, which were both only about a 3-5 minute walk away. The window looking out into the street was a great seating area to relax and people-watch. We selected a Quadruple room which had 2 twins and 1 King bed. The room was beautiful, covered in white marble and the air conditioning worked well enough for Rome in July. Lots of restaurants next door and along the street as well as a movie theater around the corner. The room we stayed in appears to be 1 of 2 bedrooms privately owned and located within Hotel Sonya. We had to use a door code to access one main door, which led us to a hallway shared between both rooms. The room was quite small as a quadruple, not recommended for a family. With the 2 additional twin beds, there is hardly any space left in the room, and the twin beds are quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedding is as you see in the photos with the gray comforter. It is quite old and weathered, there are lots of those small lint balls that form when material is old. There were minimal outlets to charge our devices (4 cellphones, 2 battery back-ups, and 2 small portable fans for Rome's summer heat). We found one behind one of the twin beds. The bathroom was also small. You could not open the door all the way without it hitting the toilet and the shower has only half a glass with no curtain so water would spray out easily as well as leak out where the glass and tile met. We had to use several towels to wipe up the water and there is no staff readily available to refresh linens if needed.

• Gabriela (6/5): Good for the price - The apartment had a balcony, coffee machine and an iron. The bed was confortable and the personal very nice. The air conditioning is a plus too. There was no presure for the sink water, we barely could wash our hands. No seat to the toilette and we had only one roll of toilet paper. No bin for trash in the room. We asked for a bag at least.

• Mike (8/5): Fabulous room and location - The location of the property is fabulous. Easy walking distance from the train station and to all of the main sights. The rooms were large and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and everything you needed for the stay. The only downside and no fault of the venue is that due to being surrounded by restaurants it’s very noisy outside. Restaurants open til 3am and then bottle bins being collected from 4.30am so if you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs.

Bitte einen Vorhang an die Duschzelle fixieren, sonst läuft immer, egal wie man sich bemüht, Wasser über and macht den Platz vorm Waschbecken total nass..unnötigerweise.

Good location you can walk to attractions from, right by the opera house. The view from the balcony was not too exciting, but it didn’t matter at all with so many wonderful things to see in Rome.

Sale, sale, sale! - Que dire… Pour commencer hôtel difficile à situer car il se trouve au 1er étage de l’hôtel le Sonia (aucune information donnée à l’avance pour faciliter l’arrivée) nous avons été accueilli par un homme avachi dans le lit de notre chambre, qui nous a à peine expliqué les modalités de l’appartement (pas de présentation du code wifi…) Il a par contre tout de suite réclamé la taxe de séjour: « only cash, only cash… » alors que nous souhaitions payer par carte… précision non mentionnée dans l’annonce… Nous avons du commencer notre séjour par faire le ménage, je me suis servi dans le placard de l’entrée afin de pouvoir en prendre possession avec ma famille dont un enfant de 6ans… Pour commencer poignée de porte qui tient péniblement avec du mastique, salle de bain avec des cheveux dans la baignoire et dans le lavabo du précédent locataire, poubelle non vider, balai à WC plein de selles sur son pot, trace de vomi sur le tablier de la baignoire, meuble de la chambre avec des traces de crottes de nez, sol sale, matelas aussi sale avec des taches, nous avons retrouvé sous le lit un pot de soupe usagés… La propriétaire vous contacte en fin de séjour et dit etre surprise de l’état de son « hôtel » Honteux que cette « établissement » soit encore ouvert BREF À FUYEZ!!!!

We checked in very late but greeted warmly by a very friendly and helpful host. Rooms were as expected, lovely and clean, including a kitchen. Excelente ubicación... muy cerca de Roma Termini, sobre una calle con buen movimiento y cercanía de avenidas... la atención es impecable... y el depto. es perfecto. Si vas en invierno y la temperatura es muy baja, hay que reforzar un poco la calefacción... (es un comentario de mejora... el depto. es de lo mejor y la verdad es que no se pasa frío... no tengo dudas de volver a elegirlo en cualquier época del año... de hecho, traté de reservarlo nuevamente para la última noche del viaje y no tenía lugar).

• Kaiser (1/5): Városnézés szempontjából közel voltak a látnivalók, de azon kívül nem ajánlom. - Az elhelyezkedés. Sajnos második éjjel nem tudtunk fürödni, nem volt melegvíz, se fűtés. Egy közös lepedőt kaptunk takarónak, ami így fűtés hiányában elég vékony volt.
