• David (8/5): Enjoyable - i liked the location of the apartment and also the size and ammenities within the apartment The key process, locked box arrived late and night, lighting was not good and difficult to access lock box
• Peter (7/5): In spite of the negative comments above we did enjoy our stay . - Good hot/cold air conditioning unit. We needed the heater in January. Excellent location, plenty of hot water, good Wi-Fi. Key lockbox was just across the road so no problem. Overall very pleased. However, there were several irritating defects which a handyman could have sorted in minutes i.e. patio door hand hanging on one screw, shower head holder hanging off, fly screen on bedroom window wouldn’t stay locked down (not good in Summer) couldn’t open main wardrobe doors as knobs broken off 😡. No mattress protector on the mattress an essential basic hygiene requirement for all rented accommodation. 😡. Not possible to contact a human, contact by writing to a stupid AI with predetermined standard and usually unhelpful replies. 😡. Only one set of 2 keys given, gate and flat, if you lose them you have to write to the stupid AI computer and hope that it sends out the locksmith who will charge you €180. good luck to you with that when it’s raining and you’re stuck out in the street at midnight. 😡. I hope you like rap music because the thump, thump, thump of the music from the Serenity rooftop bar starts at 12 noon and goes on all day till 11pm. If you are on your balcony it eventually gets to you. 😡

• Elena (7/5): Molto bene la posizione, il resto da rivedere - Posizione perfetta Necessita di manutenzione; in particolare il materasso che è sfondato e tutto storto, i cuscini tutti spaiati e con le federe di 40 centimetri più corte, la doccia dovrebbe essere pulita perché ha la muffa nelle fughe delle piastrelle e il doccino sta su per miracolo (è legato con un elastico). Inoltre mobili rotti e rovinati, e bicchieri riposti sporchi.

• Jane (9/5): Great value for money would book again. - Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Shower had enough water for 2 full showers, a bonus in Lanzarote. Very private. Good WiFi. Balcony doesn’t get a lot of sun during the day but is nice in the early evening.
• Charles (6/5): Not at all user friendly instructions for check in and arrival; overall I did not feel welcomed - The apartment was good, well equipped and in a good location. The overall service from the owner was lousy though Overall first impressions through the check in and key collection was very poor. 1st impressions are all important. It feels like the place is set up for the owners convenience and the paying guests are not important. Directions to get into the flat were hopeless. I received an e-mail with a map with the apartment indicated with an arrow on it. This is indeed the apartment, but not where you pick the keys up from. There was a link deep in the e-mail with the instructions to pick up the keys, but I did not see this link. I therefore spent a long time asking people where the apartment was. Eventually after many calls to the owner and texts to the 'virtual assistant' I got an e-mail with all the details about how to pick up the keys. Why not send this first to avoid confusion? The check in process is not optimised for mobiles. It is pretty much impossible to use on an apple phone. It is OK on a laptop, albeit not very user friendly. Throughout our stay we were having to deal with an automated assistant, rather than a person. I am still waiting for answers to 2 of my questions to this automated assistant. It would be great if there was a human to talk to, even if the automated assistant is there to answer basic questions.

• Darren (9/5): Lovely Apartment, look at your check in and out times. - Was a bit unsure of what to expect due to very few reviews, but need not have worried. Great location beside the Serenity Roof Top Bar and the Casino. Lovely apartment, everything we needed was there. Would stay again, once the flight times work with check in and out. Wasn't keen on having pay a deposit when we arrived on the street by phone. I'm not keen on phone payments. Also no facility to drop the luggage on early arrival or leave luggage for a late departure. Fortunate we got talking to someone who, by chance was staying in the complex or we could've been walking around PDC for 5 hrs with 20 kg bags after checking out.
