• Sian (7/5): Great value for money, clean, great location. - Clean and tidy and good value for money. Felt a bit unsafe at times re: no fire exit.
• Kristel (9/5): Everything was superb apart from the washing machines running til late night. - Very clean, everything I needed was there. Provided with toiletries, utensils, etc The washing machine was running until late night you can literally hear the noise.

• Cosmin (8/5): Very good - We liked that the flat was clean and warm, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed its proximity to our areas of interest - Hampstead, Camden, Swiss cottage, Chalk Farm etc. Location very well serviced by national rail, underground and overground, plus lots of buses on Finchley rd. Flat has no windows and we did not know about that until we received a message with instructions from the administrator, one day before our arrival. As the flat is located at the end of a corridor, with a laundry working full time during the day, we could hear the noise from washing machines so often and that was irritating when it happened although we were out most of the time during the day and at evenings. Also, for shorter stays there will be no room service like towels replacement, garbage removal or cleaning which might get uncomfortable for a 3-4 day stay.

• Martyn (8/5): Ideal for a couple for a short stay in London. - It had everything we needed for a short stay in London. There’s no natural light in the property, as it is in a basement. The bedroom was warm, even with the fan on.

No windows however this did not impact trip and even with hot weather there was a fan available to cool the room down

Stuffy during summer and may be claustiphobic if you don’t - Pretty clean, complimentary towels and water as well as important essentials like iron and kettle was great. The location of the stay was absolutely advantageous and cost efficient for the price per night so great value. The bed felt uncomfortable, the Tv required additional set up on my part to be able to access freeview etc. I’ve reset it since leaving but needs something set in place so it’s ready for the next person. The room itself felt like a heat trap though. During my stay considering it was a hot day it felt really stuffy so I had difficulties sleeping. Having no windows as well it felt like staying in a fallout shelter unaware of what is going on outside, can be pretty claustrophobic. Kitchen (especially the dining area) was empty compared to the bedroom decorations so could need more Color or painting to fill the blanks.

• Delphine (8/5): Very good - Very clean bright and comfortable studio flat as per the puctures shown. Owner very responsive. Nice location Basement flat without windows and next to building laundry facilities (can be sometimes noisy during the day) but I was aware as I read previous reviews, well it makes the price a bit less expensive for the area. Basic kitchenette without proper plates, glasses, cups and cutlery (provided all disposable in paper/carton/wood).

Also the property is very clean and kept in a good condition. Laundry facility is in front, but this did not bother me at all, since I got to also use it.

The host was also very responsive. I will definitely be staying here again, as long as it's not sold out! :D thank you. I was next to the laundry area which wouldn't be too bad if other tenants adhered to the laundry times, but one tenant was using the facilities continuously until 2am when I had to ask them to stop. Also my apartment did not have windows which was not too bad because it's well lit and spacious but more of a preference.
