Lo recomiendo al 100%. De hecho próximo plan de viaje a Madrid mi estancia será con ellos. 😊

Claudia (3/5): Lamentable - La casa no estaba mal, pero es muy caro para el servicio que dan, Los productos de limpieza en mitad de la casa en un cubo desde que llegamos a la casa hasta el día siguiente que nos fuimos… en la habitación nos encontramos un calcetín usado de otra persona y para colmo no te permiten hacer el check in hasta las 16:00, eso sí… para marcharte tienes que hacer check out antes de las 10:00…. 133€ la broma, de vergüenza ¿Estás pagando 133 euros por una noche , literalmente , que encima no te da ningún servicio y además está sucio? No volveré y no lo aconsejo para nada No

Estefanía (3/5): Solo valió la pena por la ubicación - La ubicación cerca del destino al que tenía que ir el día siguiente Que no estén los dueños o tengan un sistema para controlar la estancia : en mi caso esa noche tuve que llamarle la atención a un grupo de 12 personas, YO SOLA porque no paraban de hacer ruido a las 00:00 y estaban en el rellano y escaleras (acceso a habitaciones) sentados hablando y riéndose a voces como si fuera eso un campamento de verano (30 años tendrían las criaturitas) previamente hablando cn ciertas personas que al día siguiente yo tenía que madrugar para hacer un examen y les dio igual desvelándome a esa hora por las voces Super caro para la asquerosidad de almohadas y sábados que tienen, ya que se cobra 100€ la noche por una habitación sin baño propio ni estaría mal por parte de los propietarios de ir a comprar un juego nuevo de almohadas y fundas y juegos de sábanas ya que enserio, daba asco meterse a la cama y que encima para nuestra sorpresa estaba hecha pero sin haberla limpiado correctamente sin cambiar las sábanas Y las toallas del baño ya ni hablar eso daba asco a más no poder del olor que desprendían Penoso el servicio

Además, se mantiene muy aseado y te organizan la habitación para cambio de todo en mitad de la estancia. La cocina a pesar de estar limpia, por estar encerrada tenía en ocasiones un olor no muy agradable.

La casa tiene varias plantas y, gracias a la distribución, los vecinos no se molestan entre sí. Conté 2 baños en la zona común. Cerca hay tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes. ¡Muchas gracias!

Production (7/5): Good - The room is clean , and the beds are great . For its price and if you need to be in this district, not the worst option No ventilation , no windows , the door betwen 2 rooms is incomplete , the noise isolation is awful , there was a family with a small child 2 floors above us , we heard everything.

Then I got told the person who had to sign the invoice was on holidays. Then, that they would send the following day. Now they don't answer my messages. Ir few minutes walk there was Papa Johns pizza, and we ate it on the terrace. You needed to be very quite. I went to shower at midnight and was afraid to use hair dryer, because it would be too loud.

Liliana (8/5): The area is nice but far from city and the staff were very kind and helpful and kept the place very clean. Disappointed - The property was clean I booked a room for 4 people, it was a house with 6 rooms for the same amount or more people per room. We shared a tiny kitchen and shower between all of us and 2 toilets. The common areas were those mentioned, plus a couch in the entrance and a terrace with a table and three chairs. There was also a small table in the tiny kitchen with space for two and directly in the hallway outside the kitchen. There was no common space to really cook or eat at the same time, and impossible to shower with everyone using the same shower with also nowhere to put soaps etc. All the common areas were zones of silence which was impossible to ask for in a shared hostel space with this many people. The tiny kitchen is right next to another room and even cooking in there was too noisy for the tenants in the room next door. The cleaners were very prompt and always there keeping the areas clean and did a fantastic job. But the amenities and how the place is advertised is misleading and it should note all of these things. We were travelling as a family and there were other families there and it was just too cramped for that many people.

We wrote to Douglas,cause there are cameras everywhere,so he could check who stole it,but he didnt find out,maybe cameras are not working. He recommend us to dont put food in fridge anymore,which was problem, cause weather was hot. Also people from next rooms were really loud and made mess in the hall. I dont know,why there are cameras,when people behave like pigs and noone from owners cares ☹️☹️☹️

Frantisek (1/5): Disappointed with the overall experience given the cost and broken privacy due to cameras - nothing - no parking - free public parking, as said on booking, is just during the night. During the day parking must be paid ( there are green and blue areas) and moreover it is timely limited - cameras - there are many cameras in the house, for example in the kitchen which means if you eat, you are watched by camera, The same is outside, there is a small terrace, but it is watched by camera. The purpose of the camera is to threaten the hosts, in the kitchen there is: RECARGO 50euro POR DEJAR PLATOS SUCIOS GUARDALOS POR FAVOR. In the bathroom there is : RECARGO 50euros LIMPIEZA ADICIONAL POR FAVOR MANTEN ESTA AREA LIMPIA - there is no air conditioning at all in the house, which makes a stay a bit difficult in Madrid in the summer - 40 degrees outside - we had room 5 and 6 which were located in the cave of the house. The proprietor created two rooms in the cave and quality was adequate to it (to the fast-made room) . Rooms were dark ( room six very dark) difficult to get fresh air to them - both rooms were for 4 peoples, the double beds in both of the rooms were not large enough for two adult persons - there were two lamps next to the bed in room 6, but there were no sockets so these lamps could not be used (they were just for design purposes probably......) - bed-clothes were old with bad smell, not suitable for sleeping - broken electricity socket in the room 5 which was a bit danger - light switch without cover in corridor was a bit danger as well

We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, which greatly surprised us. The location is perfect for us to walk to ESIC University where we attended an international conference. The kitchen is well-facilitated. The bathroom and toilet are immaculate. We love this place and highly recommend it to others.

Cintly (10/5): Great stay if you want to avoid the hassle of the city center - Since our arrival, we were very pleased with the service Casacafe provided. they have a self check in system that made it easy for us to get to our room, despite our arrival late in the night, we had a very nice welcome gift and they were always ready to answer any of our questions. It was a great detail of them on sending us a follow up message the next morning to see if all was going all right. We were also very thankful that they allowed us to extend our check out time a bit. The neighbourhood is very nice, the room was big, and we had a very good rest after the long walks in the city. Location is great, 4 minutes walking from the Train station (Cercanías) and just another 10 minutes ride you are in the city center. In overall a great value for the money Little problem to open our door, it had a small trick, but we were able to open and close after learning it.
