• Olga (9/5): Отличное соотношения цены и качества - Прекрасное местоположение! Легко добраться до любой локации в городе - Галатская башня в 10 минутах пешком, Султан Ахмет в 2х остановках. Рядом все виды транспорта - метро, автобусы, трамваи, паром. Сам район очень понравился: много кафе и ресторанов - на любой вкус и кошелек, работающих почти круглосуточно; магазины брендов, местные магазинчики, есть небольшие супермаркеты. Невероятно доброжелательный персонал, особенно прекрасная девушка Ilayda - помогли во всех вопросах. Хорошо, что отель находится в конце переулка, шум от улицы Истикляль совсем не слышно. Номер чистый, не большой, для двоих немного тесновато но вполне достаточно, все работает, уборка по запросу, отличный wi-fi. Иногда слышно музыку из бара или дискотеки и шумные компании, идущие из них далеко за полночь, что для этого оживленного района естественно. Ковер возле кровати светлый, есть несмываемые пятна, что визуально портит впечатление - лучше бы его совсем убрать.

• Warda (9/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is quite good, just next to Istiklal Avenue, which made it very easy to get around the city. The girls at reception were extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

• Olcay (9/5): - ⸻ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très pratique et agréable. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux : Marina, à la réception, a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et disponible pour nous aider. Grâce à elle, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Une très bonne expérience, que je recommande sans hésiter !
• Lisa (1/5): Really Loud Rooms, Hotel Staff Unhelpful - Updated based on Response below from hotel owner. I was moved to the suite because it was supposed to have air conditioning so I could keep the windows shut. It did not. When I asked about that after another night of NO sleep, I was told that of course it did not have air conditioning despite them showing me the remote for the air conditioning. At this point, my days have been completely ruined and I was upset. The owner literally laughed at me. I had been told I could possibly get a refund or moved to another hotel. She offered neither. So I left. Original review I had a sleepless two nights out of a week I book and paid for. The room 1) was hot despite supposedly having A/C, requiring me to open the windows to get cool air and 2) the windows could not be opened because of the loud club that goes on EVERY night (I was there early in the week) until 5am. There are always people out late in the streets making a lot of noise. I did not sleep until 5am each morning. The staff and the owner were not helpful despite one telling me they had another hotel. I gave up after the second night, as the owner was offering another room in the same hotel (I'd already moved once). It was the first break I've had from caring for my Mom with Alzheimer's and I did not want to waste any more time on another loud room. When I told that to the owner and became emotional, she mocked me. I walked out and found another hotel. Life is too short to stay with people like this. Booking.com and the owner at Hotel Pera Rasso refused to issue me the full refund, not even a refund for the five nights I had to book at another hotel at a higher, last minute rate. Booking.com informed me that the hotel cannot control this noise in the neighborhood. Even if that were acceptable which it is not --not until 5am, the room was hot and was supposed to have air conditioning. , I have started booking direct with hotels as if in this case, Booking.
• Zoltán (10/5): Ideális szállás Isztambulban - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés pár lépésre az Istiklal utcától, pár percre a Metrótól és a Tüneltöl. Rengeteg étterem, bár, kisbolt a közelben. Bőséges tradicionális török reggeli, kedves személyzet, szép és kényelmes szoba. Visszajáró vendég vagyok, idén másodszor foglaltam itt szállást, legközelebb is itt fogok! Minden tetszett!
• Jacobus (6/5): - The location was good, right in the centre surrounded by shops and restaurants, close to the sights and public transport. Staff was friendly and helpful and tried to accomodate me. Breakfast is quite late, from 9 am, but more than sufficent. The room I had had a few issues..broken toilet seat, chair with one leg completely broken off, streaming service on TVs does not work. on Saturday evening the music from a pub was extremely loud and went on toll 3 am. Earplugs did not even help. The following day I was moved to a room on the other side, which was quieter. The room was better than the first, but the fridge did not work, some lights and plugs were also not working.. the furniture overall seemed quite worn and maintenance was not great, otherwise there would not have been so many broken things..

• Ludivine (9/5): Emplacement et hôtes parfaits - L'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent sortir faire la fête à pied le soir (ce qui était notre cas !) tout en étant proche des lieux historiques (métro Sishane à proximité, compter 20min pour aller dans le quartier de Sultanahmet + tour et pont de Galata accessibles en quelques minutes à pied + bateau à proximité pour se rendre sur la rive asiatique). Les hôtes sont très gentils, de bons conseils et nous ont aidé à réserver le taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Attention on entend la musique jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, prévoir les boules quies ou profitez de la vie nocturne du quartier !

• Zijada (9/5): Insgesamt war unsere Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir kommen sicher wieder - Lage war perfekt , Hotel Zimmer sehr sauber , Personal auch sehr nett Frühstück hat uns nicht gut gefallen. Es war beide Tage das gleiche. Wir haben nachgefragt ob wir noch Eier bekommen können, hat geheißen leider nein und das ist no go .

• Mario (9/5): Prijs kwaliteit uitstekend en locatie is super - De locatie is echt top als je voor het eerst in Istanbul bent. De wijk is top, levendig, veilig gevoel. Nettere wijk dan Zuid of Aziatische deel. Er zit wel veel horeca dus je moet geluk hebben dat je niet boven een cafe zit. Dit hotel zit in een rustige straat. We hebben geen last gehad van de muziek buiten. De gasten naast je kamer kun je wel horen (bijv trillen van de telefoon). Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was beter dan gemiddeld hotel waar je komt. Het bed is erg hard, daar moet je van houden. Voor ons prima. Hier en daar wel wat vlekjes zoals in het gordijn, en wat kitwerk in de hoeken die aan vervanging toe is maar dat was oke. Locatie en prijs kwaliteit maakt alles goed!

• Maria (7/5): Καλό ξενοδοχείο, βολική τοποθεσία, σχετικά καλή η σχέση ποιότητας- τιμής. - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της Πόλης είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση πολύ καλό στρώμα. Το πρωινό ήταν σερβιριζόμενο με ποικιλία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το WiFi στον 5ο όροφο όπου μέναμε (για καλύτερα) ήταν ανεπαρκέστατο. Προσοχή: Αν δεν βάλετε έξω από την εξώπορτα του δωματίου την κάρτα ‘’Τακτοποιήστε το δωμάτιο’’, ΔΕΝ θα μπουν ΠΟΤΕ.

• Pavlo (9/5): Осталось хорошее впечатление от проживания. - Хорошая гостиница. Всё есть. Персонал вежливый и внимательный. Есть буффет на первом этаже, подают преемливый завтрак. В комнате чисто. Нет посторонних запахов. Окна выходят очень близко в окна соседнего здания. В душе плохо льется вода.
• Pauline (10/5): A lovely hotel, would recommend. - The location is great. The hotel staff are friendly and were great with organising a car transport to and from the airport. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars and the Istiklal shopping street nearby. An easy walk (down the hill) to the number one tram which takes you to the main tourist areas. And the funicular tunel is just a few minutes walk away too. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nightclub somewhere nearby, you can hear the music at night. Would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was not available until 9am - not convenient if you are setting off early for a day of sightseeing. (not sure if this is typical for Istanbul hotels).

Отдельное спасибо молодому человеку на ресепшн по имени Реза - очень приятный и доброжелательный, всегда оперативно помогал со всеми вопросами. Хотелось бы иметь теплое освещение в номерах, а не холодное.

The staff are incredibly lovely, especially Reza who took care of us from the very first day. The breakfast. Maybe a little bit more of a selection for different dietary requirements would be beneficial. All the meat provided was beef and we were unable to eat it.

I want to give a special shoutout to Utku at reception – he was super friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. He really made me feel welcome and taken care of, which made my stay even better. Will be revisiting again .

Kahvaltı harika, personel inanılmaz derecede samimi ve misafirperver – adeta bir aile gibi. Otel sahibinin bana aşure ikram etmesi çok özel ve unutulmaz bir jestti. İstanbul’da kalınacak tek adresim burası!

The doors in the bathroom were a bit confusing as they were transparent and opposite the window, so I had to keep curtains always closed. Lovely staff. The air conditioner didn't work some days, due to which room was too hot.
• Dafni (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located in a beautiful building on a side street of Istiklal, an excellent location for exploring Beyoglu and the rest of Istanbul, as it is very well connected with public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable - a definite plus was the possibility of frequent (even daily) room cleaning. Excellent Turkish breakfast at the common space on the ground floor. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a lively area with bars and nightclubs - during my stay in the room I could hear loud music until 2-3 am, because apparently the building is not well insulated in terms of acoustics. Windows were completely locked and it was not possible to let fresh air in the room. The fridge almost had room temperature (thus not cooling anything) - according to the staff, this was deliberate because otherwise the fridge is too noisy. Breakfast was delicious, yet served only from 9-10.30 pm - sadly I had to miss it three times as I had to go out earlier.

• Mehdee (7/5): Amazing hotel for its location, pretty standard for everything else. - Great location to commute from to tourist areas. Great AC system. Pretty comfortable bed and water/TP was always restocked if you left a ‘please tidy my room up’ card outside. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was sub par for the amount we paid. Balcony faces a building which is quite disappointing and wish it was stated in the description because it feels misleading. Wish bathroom robes were provided.

• Ezgi (7/5): Good - Location is very good, in the heart of Pera and just meters away from Istiklal street. It's in a small street so you're also away from the crowd. Very attentive reception, special thanks to Ilayda who made sure I had everything I needed. Room was spacious and breakfast was also decent. I arrived a bit after the check in time and got my room key. When I entered my room, I realized that it was not cleaned. I went back to the reception and had to wait until the room was cleaned. This was not a nice experience, and not expected in such a hotel. So although I liked it overall, I think the service can be better and more professional given the price.
