• Alena (3/5): - Благодаря ти, че поне не спиш на улицата. Заброниррвали в 10 часов эти апартаменты , сразу оплатили с карты. Написано заезд до 12 часов ночи . Нам надо было срочно где то поселиться . Хозяйка не отвечала не на телефон , не на вайбер , не на букинг , не на почту . Никуда . Мы в дождь , поздно вечером, ехали на адрес и искали сами эти апартаменты. Слава богу был ящик с пультом , и мы туда зашли . Было грязно , посуда , бокалы , полотенца грязные , постель , никто не убрался даже . Очень не ответственные хозяева . Если не готовы принимать гостей вечером , значит уберите объявление ! А также утром , к нам зашла подруга соседки и требовала документы , хотя не имела право это делать . Не рекомендую!

• Mariana (5/5): Accettabile ma non raccomandabile - L'appartamento era pulito L'appartamento è posizionato al pian terreno di un palazzo con vari negozi accanto, è senza finestre, con una porta finestra che apre sulla strada pincipale (4 larghe corsie). Ce traffico tutta la notte e i rumori della strada sono davvero fastidiosi. Il prezzo è alto per la qualità del servizio che offre. Il riscaldamento era spento al mio arrivo in tarda sera

Много коректно е описанието на удобствата и локацията.Наличието на безплатен паркинг в тази част на София е голямо предимство и облекчение. Определено лесната и непрекъсната възможност за комуникация /при необходимост/ със собственичката е голямо предимство.

• Kostas (1/5): - It was clean Never have I ever made such a poor choice in Booking. Extremely noisy any time of the day as it is located directly on a highway. No windows other then the front, which has to be closed at all times with blind safety shutters because it is directly on the sidewalk. Really complex and unorthodox way of entering and closing. Other than all of the above, the host DEMANDED that I sent her photos of my ID, for an already PREPAID reservation, or else she wouldn't give me the password to the key box. Where I come from this is ILLEGAL. She did not ask for my credentials, she asked specifically for photos.

• Ivan (10/5): Прекрасно студио!!! - Страхотно и ефективно разположение. Удобства за готвене,прибори,разкошотия плюс гараж на пъпа на София. Много сме доволни. И още повече на 20 метра от Клиника Нуридент, където прекарах една седмица като пациент. Постоянно бях във връзка с Мариана Филева, която постоянно се интересуваше дали имаме всички удобства-забравих пералнята и простирите- супер беше!!! Всичко ми хареса като сравнявам с удобствата на френските хотели от този тип, а там съм бил чест гост.
• Kejt (10/5): - Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il garage: ampio, comodo e sicuro, ideale per chi viaggia in auto. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dall’ospedale Tokuda, il che è stato molto comodo per le nostre esigenze. Anche i dintorni sono tranquilli e ben serviti, con negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei sicuramente!
• Alessandro (10/5): - Много приятно и чисто място. Обзаведено със всичко необходимо за конфортно пребиваване. На пешеходно разтояние от Токуда. За втори път резервирам и пак ще резервирам. Много добра комуникация със собственика. Просторен гараж.

• Charles (9/5): Sofia Visit - The apartment although small was agreeable comfortable. Did not have any issues with cooking , fridge or kettle all electrics worked well. Not a dislike but a negative, garage parking only for standard car, will not take van or larger. Not mentionedin description. No dish towels to dry washed dishes, lack of washing up liquid for the dishes and the biggest negative having to use the bathroom sink to wash the dishes, no sink in kitchen area. That said will use again if that side of the city.
