Condiciona negativamente el confort de la estancia y no es adecuado que los huespedes no sepamos esta información previamente.

Мы с подругами отдыхали в данных апартаментах, и по плану должны были быть тут 3 ночи, с 13 по 16.03, увы 14.03 после прогулки обнаружили что наши вещи были обысканы и пропали деньги с кошелька и сумки. В тот же вечер мы были вынуждены уехать с квартиры, тк квартира была закрыта на ключ (следовательно у вора есть доступ к квартире) - хозяин отреагировал спокойно на наше сообщение, ощущение что это происходит не первый раз - букинг также не отреагировал должным образом на наше письмо в службу поддержки,(хотя есть скрины, фото/видео всех доказательств) поэтому будьте осторожны. И если код от сейфкейса вам скинут 0422 - этот код (апартаменты 2) знает кто-то еще, и это просто не безопасно - отдых был испорчен
• Spomenka (10/5): sve je bilo odlično! - lokacija fenomenalna (supermarket odlično opremljen preko puta zgrade, pored je i apoteka), 5 mim. hoda do katedrale, domaćin jako komunikativan i izasao mi je u susret sa ranijim ulaskom u apartman. Preporuka! lift je jako mali, ako je malo krupnija osoba, samo jedna može da stane.

• Mavie (10/5): - Check in und Check out verliefen problemlos. Das Appartement war perfekt eingerichtet mit einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem riesen Bad und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Zudem gab es einen sehr netten kleinen Balkon. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

It was fully equipped with all the essentials, and the cleaning staff came every two days, which was great. The team was very helpful and responsive — I requested a baby crib and they brought a brand new and clean one. The apartment felt cozy and relaxing. It also had a very good washing machine and even Netflix on the TV 💚. Right in front of the building, there is a supermarket for daily needs, which was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place that I highly recommend

• Dulcey (4/5): Nope. - - It was air conditioned - The photos don't even match the unit we were placed in, which is against the rules - The experience with the hosts left a lot to be desired. They did not contact me a day prior to arrival with details to get in. Once I got a hold of them on the day of (en route to the place), they said I had to complete 2 forms before we could get details to access the unit. It took too much back and forth to get the info needed to get in the unit. - Several items were broken/less than expected on arrival: The very second I tried to hang the hand towel, the bar dropped out to the ground, the black out blind in the master didn't work, a broken cupboard door next to the adjacent room wouldn't close (slightly hazardous with kids), the emergency light outside the bathroom flickered all night, and there was no grate on the vent outside the bath, just a big gaping hole. When I texted that we were disappointed with so many things not working, I was told to send photos so they could "help" (we were booked for 1 night). I explained that was, in fact, *their* job to have noted - and repaired - these items before we arrived. We were disappointed with the whole experience and ultimately asked for a partial refund for the egregiously expensive amount we paid for such a subpar experience and (surprise!) was ghosted by the hosts. - Parking at the nearest garage was a nightmare. Getting to it, getting in it, and then walking to the apartment was all garbage. The garage itself is a 1-way corkscrew so you're left waiting at a signal indefinitely since many don't bother heeding the signal, blocking you from even entering. And it's much longer than the 10 min. walk they claim with luggage over cobblestones + kids walking you through the most touristy part of town. - The photos make the space look deceptively better than it is - it's dark, virtually windowless and bleak to be in and the layout is one long line, which was cumbersome/impractical.

• maría alejandra (9/5): 10/10 - The team is super nice and easy to communicate with; they welcome you with basic toiletries like toothbrushes, makeup wipes, shower caps, and such, plus everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Optimal location, short walk away from Il Duomo; minimarket accross the street. you have to go through one room to get to another— not a problem for us but maybe for other types of groups.

The apartment's great, just a couple of comments about the building. I struggled a bit due to the very tiny lift of the building. Partially my own fault for bringing a big luggage without checking beforehand. Advice to bigger families to space out your shower timing as the building's heater takes time to warm up the water supply after the 2nd person finishes.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Definitely I would suggest this apartment to someone - Excellent location, 5mins from the Duomo and the metro and tram stops, spacious, new (or at least renovated or very well maintained) and very clean. Toiletries in the bathroom, coffee and tea in the kitchen and water in the fridge. It was very nice move that there was a map for is in the apartment. Also, one of the most important things was that the host was very friendly, helpful and always available! There is nothing serious to mention but if I can find any, I would like to have something in the bathroom to hang the towels 😊

Trop de relances pour savoir à quelle heure, on arrive ou on part alors que les règles d’arrivée et de départ sont indiquées sur la réservation. Trop de messages automatiques pour savoir comment se déroule le séjour. Même si cela part d’un bon sentiment, on se sent contraint d’y répondre. Je préfère ce genre de logement à un hôtel pour être libre et ne rien avoir à justifier et je me retrouve à me sentir le besoin de me justifier chaque jour. Certainement que certains clients apprécient, ce n’est pas mon cas même si je comprends le principe…

Advertised for parking (or indicate it is included), but it relies on public parking that is ~20 min away by car, 10 min by foot. Advertised for washer and dryer, but it only has a washer, no dryer and no place to dry clothes. Advertised for a balcony, but balcony is for utilities (ladder and air conditioning unit, see picture). So it feels a bit overstated from what is indicated on bookings information.

• Julia (7/5): Wild goose chase - The property we ended up staying in wasn’t the one we booked, nor the 2nd one we were apparently allocated but another apartment in the same building where we had originally booked. The apartment we stayed in was mostly very good. Spacious, nice bathroom and good location. The flat itself was spotlessly clean. The company managing the booking either changed our booking or sent us to the wrong apartment, we still don’t know which. By 3pm ( check in time) still no details on how to get into building. Then they told us we couldn’t stay where we’d been told to go, but would have to walk with luggage ‘just 800m’ when we were hot and tired and struggling to hear anything the agent was saying on the phone due to noisy city and poor signal. Eventually they arranged a taxi to a third apartment in same building as we’d originally booked. And refunded us a whole 11 euros for the taxi fare, but no refund for nearly 2 hrs of our holiday we wasted on a wild goose chase. The lift and communal areas were poor and grubby but the flat itself was very good. A tea towel and some more mugs would have been useful! On leaving day checkout was 11am but cleaner knocked on door about 10:30 asking when we were leaving, which isn’t really acceptable.

• Anina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is situated in the heart of Milan, close toe all attractions and shops. Grocery store and pharmacy right across the road, very convenient.
• Andrew (1/5): Bad - The location is very central but be aware if anything goes wrong you are on your own and they will not refund you. 2 of the 3 heaters in the apartment were broken and could not be turned off. The result was a sauna. We phoned the office around 9pm but it was not until around 11pm that a tradesman arrived to inform us it could not be fixed. The office also told us they were a couple of hours away from the apartment, so were not in a position to assist. We were told to take a taxi to another part of the city where we could stay a couple of nights at another apartment before returning for the 3rd night. I had a number of concerns with this. There was no guarantee the heater would be fixed in the interim, it would mean cancelling our current plans on day 3 to move apartments, we were to make our own way to another part of the city to find the other apartment ourselves late at night, plus had concerns if there were any issues with the other apartment around gaining access, broken heaters, etc, it would be too late to make other arrangements for the night. For my family's safety I then booked a hotel while we still had time to do so, as by this time I had little confidence in Milan Royal Suits looking after us. Speaking to them the following day they refused to refund us any of our accommodation cost, stating they had organised an alternative. While most customers will not experience this, it is when things go wrong you appreciate dealing with people who have some integrity and understand a duty of care. In my opinion Milan Royal suites has neither of these attributes.

• R (4/5): It was a so-so stay. - The location is very good. It's at the very center of the city, and we could just walk on foot to the main highlights. The elevator was too small, we arrived with a baby and had to take the stroller by the stairs. The host did not mention this fact. There was a minor problem with the hot water. The bad was squeaky.
