- Christopher (1/5): Bad - The Location Property had a major cockroach problem. We have photos. We took our dog but had to stop her entering the kitchen due to poison for the infestation. Pool advertised as private, but it was communal. Again I have a photo. Garden was not dog friendly, plus the neighbouring property owners dog was always in the garden annoying our dog. We left after one night as dead cockroaches were in the kitchen worktops in the morning. The management company agreed to reimbursh us or we could have a free stay. No have materialised. I've provided 2 bank account details too. We can provide all correspondence with the management company.
