Only 1 set of keys as a family of 5 over 24's we like to do different things, made it harder than needed having to meet up to exchange key. A little information pack would go a miss, eg on how things worked and any details of putting out the rubbish etc. But overall good stay would rent again.

Apartment would be amazing if maintained properly. - Excellent location Size of apartment New smart TV with Netflix included (no free to air provided) Secure Off street parking Flexible check in Carpet on staircase needed vacuuming. Dirty, scuffed walls. Black mould in both showers. We had to buy mould spray and treat ourselves as this was a health hazard. Blocked basin drain in ensuite. No toilet roll holders. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms. Very uncomfortable stained sofa - had to put a sheet over it to sit on. Bolts missing from the sofa chair that we had to repair ourselves. Broken and water stained blind in lounge room. Dirty, mismatched and broken cutlery, crockery, glassware, cookware and appliances. Had to wash everything prior to using. One lamp in each bedroom not working. Rangehood does not work. No instruction manual provided for the apartment. No broom or vacuum cleaner provided for use during our 16-night stay. Our request to provide this was ignored. No instruction on where to put the rubbish. Also, had to purchase our own bin bags. Only one set of keys provided.
• Adelle (1/5): DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PUCTURES! The place is awful! - The advertised pictures that unfortunately were NOT a true reflection. We stayed here with friends over Christmas as a present to outlet children but would highly recommend you stay somewhere else. In both our apartments there were issues…. We arrived in the evening but the street was closed so we weren’t able to get to the apartment to park until it reopened. Granted Chelsea we’re playing and this was not the owners fault. The owner is very unreliable and does not communicate vie booking.com or answer when you call or message. I ended up having difficulty with booking.com’s payment method and could not get this through. They weren’t able to take payment via phone and I then lost my bookings a few nights before we were meant to travel and I then had to rebook at a more expensive rate so’s not to disappoint the Children after it had already been gifted. The owner agreed a refund and also agreed to reimburse £50 per apartment in addition for all of the other issues we raised whilst being there. When it came to paying up he then ignored messages and contact and booking.com did not want to know either. Here are some of the issues we endured. We arrived to I emptied bins and a smell in one of the apartments. The kitchen door was hanging off and mould was spreading throughout the apartment at wound the windows. The en-suite shower only sprayed upwards to the ceiling, one en-suite door comes off in your hand, the tv aerial didn’t work, we had no WiFi, there were no spoons to make a drink, not enough dishes, heavily stained bedroom carpets, light pendants over the kitchen island were completely covered in dust and the bins were full! The sofa beds certainly were not suitable for sleeping on. Sheets were shabby and the place is falling apart. Considering the apartments are new they are in an extremely poor state.
• Natasja (7/5): Good - Good location, close to supermarket and underground. Very secure with remote gates. Great appliances that are modern, and excellent. We appreciated the late check out as we had a night flight. (once we got hold of him) The host did not reply to texts/email when I asked a question. But when I phoned was quick at answering. The apartment needs some attention. The black mold by the windows and the bathrooms was disappointing and concerning. By addressing the mold and a fresh coat of paint would make all the difference.

Apartment was nice and clean, good heating given the freezing weather at the time. Very comfortable beds and pillows Great location, directly opposite stamford bridge stadium.. Also 2 min walk from fulham Broadway tube station Nothing..

• Celia (4/5): Location was great and apartment was lovely but all the above things let it down. - I messaged when we arrived and someone came and gave us the keys Door was broken and we couldn't get on to the balcony Ensuite shower door was broken Ensuite toilet seat was broken Door handle to other bedroom was broken Plates were dirty in cupboard Tap in kitchen was broken I found a bug in my bed I tried to contact 3 times on where to leave the key but had no response so we had to leave it in the apartment.

• Ron (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, well equipped, excellent location very close to the Fulham underground station, with lots of restaurants and cafes arond so you do not need to go to the city for lunch or dinner. Air condition did not operate well.
• Sarah (8/5): Overall a good stay - Really great location so close to Fulham Broadway. The location was excellent and the kitchen and apartment was modern. The only thing I would note is it’s a ground floor apartment that opens directly onto a carpark. So it lacked privacy or we had to have the blinds closed. We visited at a very warm time. There were very few opening windows and you couldn’t leave the front door open - because of the carpark. This would probably not be so much of an issue in winter. Could probably do with a paint/refresh.
• Adele (9/5): Lovely apartment to stay in. - It was modern and spacious and had everything we needed. Bright and modern too. The tubes to and fro were unpredictable but we were maybe just unlucky. It was also very noisy being right under the flight path.

• Jian (2/5): The price/performance ratio is too poor, except for the location, and the landlord is not bad. - The windows can't be fully opened, it's not ventilated, it's too hot to sleep, only the electric fan, the electric fan is too loud, the kitchen utensils are poor, and the washing machine can't dry. Cold air conditioning must be available, and facilities need to be maintained frequently.
• Mehendar (7/5): Lux Apartment in Fulham - Apartment size was good Weather on the 16th of September was super hot. With global warming and unpredictable weather in UK there should be air conditioning if the need arises..No extra bath towels for 4 nights stay and the towel heated rack wasn't working in the bathrooms. No hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms. Cutlery was dusty. Noisy and dusty fans in the rooms.

• Kelli (7/5): Overall, good stay. Good amenities. - Owner was very nice and helpful Only one towel for each person for 6 day stay. No directions on how to use combined washer/dryer unit. Air conditioning did not work and no fans, so when it was hot out it was not comfortable.

• Carole (9/5): We had a great stay with everything we needed - The bedrooms , bathrooms , kitchen facilities and the balcony to sit out with our prosecco were great . Booked for Chelsea Flower show but location excellent for tube and buses wherever you wanted to be. Plenty of restaurants in close vicinity as well as good supermarket in the tube Some of the shower/tap fittings were broken in the bath . Shower cabinet doors wouldn't shut properly. Just little things nothing to spoil our stay though.

• Георги (1/5): Bad - Very good location No support from the host, we were asking to fix tha loose and clogged taps, but with no result. Awful wi-fi , permanently disconnecting ....The host also put misleading pictures of the property (probably from another property), and after our stay immediately changed them.
• Debbie (6/5): The apartment was well below below standard for the price, classic example of skimping on quality and cleanliness but be - The location and parking, the apartment was the right size and the issues were resolved but they should never have occurred The bed was broken (it was fixed the next day) but this had been broken for some time judging by the shape of the mattress. This meant a poor nights sleep and even after fixing the bed was so uncomfortable because of the mattress. Dishwasher was filthy. One of the four bath towels was dirty. All got sorted the next day but this should not happen. The sofa bed is probably the most uncomfortable ever, not really a sofa bed !!
• Maria (6/5): Great location for families but apartment needs some maintenance & upgrades - - Good location, very close to tube station, restaurants, supermarket, whole food store, various shops. - Own entrance, with lockable door downstairs and lockable door upstairs at entry to apartment, felt safe. - 2 bathrooms which were clean - Plenty of bench space in kitchen. - Good sized fridge. - Dining table fits 6 people - had 5 chairs which was enough for us. - Host was friendly * Mattresses in both bedrooms worn out and not comfortable * Shower in en-suite too small to use * Apartment could do with a paint job - lots of marks on walls * No oven trays for the oven * portable fans very noisy and couldn’t use them all * One aircon which was loud and blew hot air out the other side so wasn’t helpful * Apartment constantly has planes flying over. Quite loud at night and hard for kids to fall asleep. * Sofa bed is not comfortable - there is no mattress. You just pull top of sofa down and sleep on the sofa cushions * Dryer was not working - tried all cycles and clothes still not dry. * Not all lamps and lights working * Toilet seat loose * No vacuum. Apartment got really dusty and needed vacuuming. * No toilet roll holders - very annoying * Bathroom doors do not close properly * Wi-Fi not very good
• Jezerene (6/5): Good place to stay 7/10 - I liked the location as it is near the stadium and the underground. The place was clean, big enough for family and modern looking. The place definitely has a luxury apartment feel into it. I would still stay here again but not during summer time. I didn't liked that the aircon was not working despite being on the same setting for hours and despite having the windows closed. Good thing that the windows were wide and that there is a balcony. We had to get fans from tesco as it was that hot inside. (we stayed here end of June). There was also construction works being done but we were made aware of it before our stay. Still a bit noisy for the morning though.

Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. • Marjorie (5/5): Apart from the state of the place. Enjoyed staying in Fulham Broadway - The apartment was in a great location. Fulham Broadway Modern building Size of rooms were good. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - Ground Floor Secure entrance The apartment was in dire need of a make over. Walls and carpet were filthy. Curtains in very bad state of repair. Shower was poorly designed. small cubicle with huge overhead rain shower head which ended up splashing out on the floor Washer/Dryer - dryer hopeless, didn't even spin excess water from clothes. Nothing extra in kitchen. no dishwashing tabs, nothing nice in fridge on arrival. no extra toilet paper or extra towels. Nothing Lux about the apartment - expensive
• David (6/5): great property but sort out the air con!!! - good location nice furnishings, free parking Thé Aircon didn’t work which meant we couldn’t sleep as very hot day/night. Couldn’t open the windows at night as on the Heathrow approach, planes every 1.5 mins

• Jodie (2/5): False marketing and disappointed - Na The owner met us at the property after calling him .The property was not as advertised .It was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property .We had paid for a 2 bed 2 bed .It was filthy .Walls were covered in marks and dirt , cutlery , glasses ,sink all dirty .We were and unimpressed and asked to be put in a 2 bed 2 bath as paid for .The owner implied it was Booking . Com who were advertising falsely not him but magically found us another apartment which was 2 bed/2 bath .This was also filthy .Broken windows , door knobs walls caked with marks , broken blinds ,dirty cutlery . The whole apartment smelled like dirty cigarettes .The communication from the owner during the process was also not great. For the amount of money this property cost and the way it was advertised it was definitely misleading .
• William (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - the property was in a brilliant location with great access to the district line and central London the only issue we had which was tiny was there was three of us but only 2 mugs. but we made do.
• Aireen (10/5): Amazing short break in London - The property was fab, location was great and Dino was the attentive host. The rooms were spacious and it was brilliant that we had safe, gated parking that was included in the price (rare for London). If you are Chelsea FC fan, the stadium is a stone's throw, literally across the road. It was very warm the few days we were there and could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. In hindsight, we should have called Dino.

• Anonymous (6/5): it was such a shame about the issues stated above. please note the comments are hopefully constructive and if they are t - comfortable beds. linen very clean. spacious apartments, very central mould in bathroom on ceiling, toilet seat needs to be fixed so it doesn’t move when in use. bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned before use in particular shower screen, bath and tiles. no manuals in apartment regarding equipment - including TV, heating, cooker. scuff marks on walls in main living area. both bedroom carpets were worn in places and large marks on - could have been glue?

• Rebecca (7/5): Great location but needs a bit of love to get it to the luxury level. - The location was excellent….close to the tube station and supermarket etc Whilst the cleaner had done a good job cleaning, the carpets were quite grotty and needed to be professionally cleaned and there were marks all over the walls. The property needed maintenance not just surface cleaning. The kitchen fit out was great with good appliances but lacked glasses, plates etc. There wasn’t a big saucepan for cooking pasta and no strainer. It’s not hard to fill a kitchen these days and for the price paid, we expected more. The heating didn’t work well either. Having said that the location and size of the property made up for the shortcomings.
• Ihb (10/5): Overall a really good experience. Will consider again - Dino has been very helpful. Few apartments have balcony so a preferred one for smokers. Spacious flats in gated community. Parking was a plus plus specially for people who wants to travel by car.
• Anya (10/5): Excellent gem of an apartment in great location - The personal meet & greet service was so helpful and much nicer than a key safe! Location was fantastic - 2 mins from Fulham Broadway. The apartment was light and spacious too. Ideal for a family get together. Furniture, appliances etc high quality. It was so quiet as well for being so central. Only a couple of minor things - crockery needs updating as mis-matched items - towels quite small and thin

• Alexandra (8/5): great location if you arriving from Heathrow by car, and 2 minutes walking to the underground station - comfortable, spacious, free parking, good location with a lot facilities nearby and very close approach to underground station needs updated maintenance in general, although it’s well furnished. the heating didn’t work effectively, and felt uncomfortable during the cold days we stayed.
