• Georgia (10/5): - Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας δώσει πληροφορίες που ζητήσαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

• Claire (8/5): Excellent appartement , propre et bien spacieux, service impeccable - C’est un appartement spacieux, confortable (climatisation) et pratique pour cuisiner et être autonome. Facile d accès avec un commerce à proximité. L hôte nous a offert du café et quelques gourmandises pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que des bouteilles d eau. Il a été disponible et serviable à chaque moment. Vraiment c’est une super adresse et idéale pour un groupe ou une famille. Le quartier est très agréable sous les orangers, très secure et animé par des restaurants. Mon séjour s’est très bien passé et Athènes est une capitale incroyable! Super mais certains matelas commencent à être un peu mous. La rue (le périphérique) est bruyante avec le passage des voitures.

• asiglidis (10/5): - Πάρα πολύ καθαρό και μεγάλο διαμέρισμα.ειαμσταν.δυο οικογένειες με τρία παιδιά και ήμασταν πολυ άνετα.παρα πολύ καλό σημείο για βόλτα στα δύο εμπορικά golden hall , the mall και στο γήπεδο του ΟΑΚΑ. Λίγο παραπάνω φασαρία από την Λεωφόρο Κηφισίας αλλά όχι κάτι το οποίο να μην αντέχεις.
• Elli (10/5): Elli from Australia - The owner Evangelos was a true gentleman. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to the apartment and showed us where everything was. After taking 3 aeroplanes 14 hrs, 12 hrs and 3 hrs from Australia we were totally exhausted so it was so wonderful to have someone there to help us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All amenities stated were available and many more. It was like a home away from home. Evangelos was available throughout our stay to assist with anything we needed. I thoroughly recommend this apartment especially for families. I would definitely stay there again. The main shopping area is also very close by. Walking distance. The apartment is near a busy road and may be a bit a noisy during the day but very quiet at night. That's just Greece.

• SOFIA (10/5): - Ήταν ολα πολυ καλα. Καθαρό. Άνετο και πολλές παροχές. Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία και πολυ ευγενικός ο οικοδεσπότης.. θα το ξανά διάλεγα για διαμονη Το μονο που δεν μου άρεσε ηταν οτι οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου ήταν κάπως παλιές.

• Axel (8/5): Spacious, well equipped and practical for work in the Chalandri district. Some noises though. - Very spacious and clean, fully equipped. Wifi was good. TVs and USB charging sockets in every room. Well-equipped bathrooms. Modern kitchen with everything I needed. <5 min walking distance to the bus stop for city center. Busses are inexpensive & easy to use. Evangelos was a great & caring host. All-day traffic noise due to the proximity to an arterial road - OK in the rear sleeping room, but ear plugs might be advisable for the sensitive. Noisy renovations ongoing in upper floors, though certainly temporary (11/2025). Difficulties finding the key safe during twilight as the automatic porch light was not yet on.

• Tsatsoula (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό, πάνω από τις προσδοκίες μας, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία. Είχε διαφορά φαγωσιμα για πρωινό, είχε καφέδες για όλα τα γούστα. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά αν χρειαστεί να ταξιδέψω στην Αθήνα.

• MKata_74 (10/5): Tökéletes szállás - Tágas, tiszta nagyon jól felszerelt szállás. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. A forgalom ellenére is csendes a lakás. A klímák tökéletesen tették a dolgukat a nagy meleg ellenére is. Mindenhol apró figyelmességek tették kényelmessé a nyaralást. (elsősegély csomag, jegyzetfüzet, pipere holmik, társasjáték, érkezéskor hűtött víz és kávé...). A szállásadó pedig nagyon közvetlen és segítőkész volt. 10/10. Minden tökéletes volt. Ha már kell negatívumot is említeni, akkor esetleg a viszonylag kisebb méretű főzőedények, mert 6 főre főzni nem volt mindig egyszerű. De ezen kívül a konyha felszereltsége is nagyon jó volt.
