• Johann (9/5): Apartamento lindo, limpio, bien equipado en muy buena ubicacion por cercanía con Subte (U-Bahn) - Muy limpio, excelentemente equipado, excelente ubicación frente a la estación de Subte; muy lindo el apartamento Me llevo tiempo encontrar el edificio y llame al contacto y nunca respondió; muy pocos y desconocidos canales en TV; el edificio está en muy mal estado y sugiero no usar el ascensor porque nosotros nos quedamos encerrados por una hora hasta que el servicio de emergencia nos abrió con ayuda de una vecina

• Ecaterina (10/5): - Lovely apartment! Its not the first time we book it and definitely will come back. It's clean, cosy, with comfortable beds, warm during winter time, very quiet. You will have anything you might need during your stay, plus there is a shop in the building so you can buy anything you need. The garage is a huge plus for us. Thank you!

Bardzo bezpieczna i spokojna okolica, naprzeciw metro, wokół sklepy spożywcze, restauracje. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie :) Żadnych wad

• Tomislav (10/5): - Apartman izuzetno čist i uredan. Ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Prostran je i svijetao. Na 3 katu, ali postoji lift. Jednostavna komunikacija s domaćinom, lake upute za ulazak u apartman i u garažu. Apartman smješten preko puta stanice metroa. Garaža se nalazi 150 metara od samog apartmana i postoji parkirno mjesto za vas koje ne plaćate. Ako želite dulje ostati u Beču nakon što ste se trebali odjaviti, a ne želite autom do grada, unutar garaže postoje Payuca parkirna mjesta gdje možete ostaviti auto bez da tražite drugu garažu, samo preparkirate auto par metara i riješili ste stvar. Plaćanje parkinga provodi se preko Payuca aplikacije i vrlo je jednostavno.
• Taina (10/5): Onnistunut matka upeaan joulutunnelmaan! - Huoneisto oli siisti, tyylikäs ja viihtyisä. Sijainti on todella hyvä, metropysäkki on aivan kulman takana. Liikenne tai naapurit ei häiritse. Rakennus on remontin alla, ja sisäänkäynti ja rappu oli sen näköiset. Melu- tai muuta häiriötä ei toki ollut, vain visuaalinen haitta.

• AHMED (1/5): A disappointing stay due to privacy breaches, misleading amenities, and difficult access. - Nothing Several issues affected our stay, and I left this the next day. First, the host entered the apartment during our stay without informing us and was unresponsive to concerns; this felt inappropriate and unacceptable. Then the information in the listing was incorrect: it stated the apartment has AC, but the unit is in the kitchen, not in bedrooms, making night cooling ineffective. The bedroom setup was misrepresented: while two bedrooms were claimed, there appears to be only one, and two beds were in the living room, which was not described. Parking is actually in a different building about a 5-minute walk away, worsened by ongoing construction. The approach is not luggage-friendly (about 30 meters to the door with stairs). Overall, the listing didn’t match the space or amenities, causing inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay again and I hope Booking.com reviews the host’s compliance with privacy and safety guidelines.
• vasile (9/5): sejur excelent , cu o cazare asemenea. am avut în locație tot ce este necesar unei familii. - locatie bună, aproape de stațiile de metrou și autobuz. ne-am putut deplasa cu ușurință spre orice obiectiv pe care îl aveam în program.
• Barry (9/5): Very comfortable and well decorated apartment right next to the metro. - Comfortable with good quality beds and fittings Nothing really about the property itself. However it was too far to walk to the centre though it was right next to the metro.
• Wafa (8/5): لا يوجد جملة - اعجبني فعلا قربه من محطة uوامكانية التنقل الى كل مكان عبرها ..ايضا اعجبني بجانبها بقالة بيلا وهي رخيصة نوعا ما مقارنة بغيرها ..الشقة مؤثثة بشكل جميل وذهبي اللون وتحتوي على. جميع ادوات الطبخ وادوات االنظافة ..والشاي بجميع انواعه ..وكذالك غسالة صحون ولكننا لا نعرف ميف نستخدمها .. الحمام اعزكم الله مفتوح على المروش وفتحتة المروش مسدودة ولا يوجد حاجز يحجز ماء المروش او الاستحمام فعندما تستحم يتجمع الماء يخرج من خلال فتحة الحمام اعزكم الله الى الارض والشقة حرفيا عبارة عن ممر يحتوي على مطبخ بسجادة حمراء والمطبخ يطل على غرفة النوم الضيقة جدا ثم نهاية الممر صالة وضع فيها المؤجر سريران بحجة انها غرفة نوم اخرى ومعها طاولة وكراسي طعام ..لا اتعد شقة للعائلة ابدا ..وابنتي استخدمت دورة المياه ولم تنتبه للماء فخرج وبلل الارض والسجادة الحمراءفاتهمنا بتخريب الشقة ويطالبنا بتعويض 200يورو او اكثر بلا حق هو مجرد ماءفقط ..ثانيا قبل سفرتنا لم نغسل الصحون فغضب وقال عليكم تنظيف الصحون ايضا والان يرسل لنا فااورة تعويضية باي حق والحمام هو الذي سرب الماء /نصيحتي لكم لا تستاجرون منه ..كذالك وضع قوانين خاصة به خلف الباب المفروض يضعها في البوكينج حتى لا نؤجر منه ابدا

The apartment is very clean and warm. you have everything you might need during your stay (incld a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine). The beds are comfortable, and it's quiet in the apartment, which is important to me. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! Oh, almost forgot - the fact that there is a garage parking space is great also

There is everything that you need in the apartment - a kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine, TV, refrigerator. Good WiFi . If you travel by car there's a garage.
