• Jacobus Bakker (8/5): Nice tiny studio for a good price, for some days. - Location is perfect. Nice sea view. Clean area next to the famous hotel Cimbel. Sufficient towels and bedding. The free parking lot is a plus. The studio is filled with smell of cigarettes alltough the location was supposed to be a "non smoking area". The bathroom and kitchen have malfunctions of shower and watertaps. Need of some rapair. Studio is not 100% clean.

The air con was superb.. two lifts in the property.. real value for the money spent on our short stay.. The washer & TV didn’t work, would be amazing to have those extras…

• Stephen (9/5): Fantastic view. - Well appointed, with gorgeous view & location. Very good value for money. Staff were amazing at keeping in touch throughout. The price sells the property . If you want a large apartment with large bed. You'll pay for it. Was exactly what I expected and wanted.

• Stefany (1/5): Bellissima vista mare, ma è una camera sporca e priva di attrezzature - Il nostro desiderio era avere la vista mare e devo dire che avevamo una bellissima vista mare, anche se non avendo un balcone e uno stendino, gli asciugamani appesi alla ringhiera la coprivano un pochino. La camera era davvero piccola, non c'era il letto ma ci aspettavamo che almeno il divano-letto fosse abbastanza comodo (e non è stato così). Gli utensili da cucina erano discretamente pochi e decisamente sporchi come il resto della casa. Non c'era un armadio dove appoggiare le nostre cose e nemmeno uno stendino dove stendere le cose. Era indicata la lavatrice ma abbiamo scoperto con tanto dispiacere e rabbia che non funzionava e quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto al proprietario non è stato in grado di aiutarmi e ci siamo arrangiate lavando i panni nel lavandino.
• Giuseppe (5/5): Posizione ottima, pessimo tutto il resto! - L’unica cosa positiva di questa struttura è la posizione. La pulizia è inesistente. Sotto al divano letto abbiamo abbiamo trovato un kg di sabbia. Nei mobili della cucina, c’erano delle tazze sporche di non so cosa. Mobili sporchi in generale, compresa la cucina. Frigorifero nelle stesse condizioni. Il bagno era il più pietoso di tutti. Peli sulla tazza, carta igienica già usata, ed i pannelli della doccia erano macchiati dall’acqua come se non fossero mai stati lavati. Abbiamo dovuto fare noi le pulizie! Nota assolutamente negativa è che il proprietario o chi gestisce la struttura, non ha voluto registrare il permesso della nostra auto presa a noleggio, per transitare nelle zone ZBE. Abbiamo dovuto perdere mezza giornata e recarci personalmente al comune per il permesso, che tra l’altro non coprirà l’intero periodo in cui siamo passati per le ZBE, ma solo dal giorno in cui ci siamo recati li fino alla fine del soggiorno.
• Ana Isabel (1/5): De verdad, elegid, hay mucho y no creo que tan pésimo como este. - No os dejéis engañar por las vistas, realmente son las que son, 1ª línea de playa pero… tienen sorpresa 🫨🫨🫨🫨 …aquí viene nuestra nefasta experiencia, suciedad por todos lados, frigorífico con comida de anterior inquilino, microondas maloliente, lavadora y TV no funcionan, la comodidad del sofá-cama brilla por su ausencia y lo mejor aún estaba por llegar… 🪳🪳🪳… si os sentís solos, os harán una grata compañía, el mismo palo para fregona y escoba, parece ser que con el dineral que sacan no había para dos, el cubo de la fregona debe llevar allí años, en la ducha la presión muy baja y la escobilla del WC, creo que aún está la que usó Manolo Escobar y ya ha llovido… EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA.

Por ejemplo 1 lavavo atascado 2 taza baño rota 3 cable tv roto 4 recogedor roto 5 toallas tamaño cara no para cuerpo 6 cristales sucios 7 ropa cama manchada lejia 8 flitros aire sucios 9 cucarachas en la casa y la lista sigue ! Puedo adjuntar fotos

• Tracey (6/5): A great located studio apartment - Great location right by the beach. A simple studio apartment that met our needs mostly. Good kitchen facilities. Access to free wifi and TV. The bed settee was not comfortable But the studio cannot fit both a settee and bed, so I understand.
• Delyth (4/5): Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness 👎🏼 - Location was spot on, views fantastic & right on the beach. Good air con. Very poor cleanliness, shower dirty, stale smell in all the kitchen cupboards. Fridge/freezer also had an unpleasant odour. White Duvet supplied by the owner had a yellow tinge to it. On day 2 we were shocked to see a large cockroach climbing up the wall above the sofa bed!! 🪳 We had to buy a towel to use as a blanket and sprays to clean the shower and kitchen before we attempted to use it.
