• hisakazu (4/5): 入り口はわかるようにしてほしい - 価格 まず、場所が分からない。ホテルの入り口に何も目印となるものがなく、１階のお店が閉まってたからか、真っ暗で暖簾のようなものがかかってるだけで、本当にここかな？という感じ。 アパートメントはテレビはないのですね。 しかし、エアコンはどうやっても動かなかった。 あと、お風呂場に前の宿泊者が使用した携帯用シャンプーなどのゴミが残ったままだった。 部屋の匂いも独特な匂いが残っていた。 タオルがガサガサで使い古した感がひどい。
• TOMOE (4/5): 以前から気になっていただけにとても残念でした。 - 特にありません。 表示料金より高く引き落としされていたので、犬の料金込みでの精算がされていると思っていたが、現地でも徴収された。 一頭につき3000円以上料金を取るのであれば、せめてペットシーツなど最低限犬用のものがあってもいいと思う。 サニタリーボックスにカビが生えていたりして、とても不快だった。

• sonia (1/5): - Assolutamente nulla Non si può definire hotel Nessun servizio disponibile Struttura vecchia e sporca Già all entrata c è puzza di spazzatura e di pesce del ristorante accanto. Per accedere alla mia camera al 7° piano non c era l ascensore, l unico ascensore molto vecchio arrivava al 6° piano, per accedere alla mia camera dovevo percorrere una scala esterna in ferro poco pratica e sporca con spazzatura e deposito di bottiglie vuote ai lati. Nel bagno troppo piccolo non c è nemmeno una mensola. Il letto era pure troppo piccolo e le lenzuola al mio arrivo erano sporche, ho dovuto richiederle e cambiarle io stessa. Nell ascensore c è scritto chiaramente che non puliscono le stanze durante il soggiorno. Non c era uno specchio intero solo un piccolo specchio per il viso. Per fare la lavatrice sono dovuta andare in un 24h su 24 perché la lavanderia dell hotel era troppo sporca e l asciugatrice troppo vecchia e sporca. L asciugacapelli faceva scintille appena lo si usavava perché troppo impolverato (batuffoli di polvere che abbiamo tolto a fatica per usarlo). Dietro il frigo fazzoletti sporchi e sporcizia facevano da contorno. Sconsigliato. Ho pagato più rispetto ad altri hotel e non ne è valsa la pena. L avevo scelto perché asakusa è consigliato come quartiere tranquillo per le famiglie ed è bene collegato con le metro: consiglio il quartiere ma non l'hotel. Le foto sono completamente false del sito, il bagno che si vede in foto non esiste

• roman (4/5): disappointed - Did Like the Location,its a close to the station. neighbourhood is quiet not a lot of people and tourist, there is a 4 min walk 711 or convenient store.there is a heater and an aircon,the bed is soft and comfortable. There is only one pillow available and we ask for another one and there is none!,the bath towels is all in different colors seems very old and so used, the room is so small there is no area to walk and even put your clothes and stuff, there is no side table and proper lightning, I dod not see a full size mirror in our room, hallway or all over the place, the bathroom is so small so if your more that 5`10 it will be hard for you to take a bath, they never clean your room and even the hallway, you take care of your trash and we were there for 12 days and never change the sheet of our bed not even once, there is only one small mirror in the bedroom with a small wooden box ( size of a shoe box) where you can put your stuff, the side table is also a size of a shoebox so the only thing you can put is your cellphone ,if your a 1st time traveller to Japan pls I won't recommend for you to stay in this hotel

• Tami (8/5): Wonderful Cat friendly stay. Recommend this hotel. It is not fancy but meets the needs nicely. - The staff were accommodating they took my basgs to the room. The room was quaint, quiet and the bed was comfortable. They allowed my cat to stay in the room with me, which in Tokyo was a miracle. The shower was fantastic!! Although there was a hot pot and cups, there was no coffee or tea to add to it. It would have been extra nice to have maybe a pack of drip perk coffee or tea to make in the morning. The only other thing I was a little put off by was that the hotel was about 45 minutes away from the airport.

• Hiromi (6/5): シーツ、カバーは清潔、風呂汚い - シーツなど汚れている、臭いなどの評価が多くありますが、清潔なシーツやカバーリングでした。あまり人と会わなくて良いのもプライバシーが守られて良かったと思います。 お風呂はバスタブ付きでしたが、見ない方が良かったと思うほど汚れていたのでシャワーのみ使いました。経営者さん、お風呂は早くリフォームしたほうが良いですよ。
• あゆみ (1/5): - スタッフの接客態度が悪すぎてびっくりしたのと、部屋もどこもとにかく臭くて、コインランドリー使ったけど、乾燥かけても乾燥されなかった。あとこれは自分で確認不足だったのだと思うけど、ペット可能で探してお安くてラッキーと思って予約したら、到着してペット代一万円程別途支払わなきゃだったから、ペット飼ってる人はその辺りちゃんと見て行ってね。
