Bien situé dans tirana Beaucoup de choses en mauvais etat ou cassé (trousse dans le meuble, commodes de lits, fenêtre du salon...) dans l'appartement, mais ca n a pas trop géné notre séjour

• Justyna (6/5): Swietna lokalizacja. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, centrum miasta z knajpkami i zabytkami w odległości spacerku. Apartament czysty. Niestety apartament jest mocno zużyty, dziury w ścianie po szafce nocnej, druga szafka leżała obok łóżka bo odpadła od ściany, zlew w łazience rozklejony, pod bojlerem stała przecięta butelka do której kapała woda. Apartament pięknym ale widać, że używany. Nie było zestawu do kawy i herbaty.

• Peter (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt in einer grossen schönen Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und leider etlichen Defekten. - Größe der Wohnung Wohnzimmerfendter liess sich nicht schliessen. Im Schlafzimmer ist der Vorhang defekt. Als ich ihn ziehen wollte fiel er herunter. Der (einst an die Wand geschraubte) Nachttisch ist aus der Wand gerissen. Einer der beiden Schlüssel hatte keinen Lift-Badge, deshalb konnte nur einer von zwei Bewohnern den Lift in den 8. Stock benutzen. Der andere musste Treppen steigen.

It came with a fridge and microwave as well as cutleries if you wanted to prepare your own food. Everything was perfect and the price was so reasonable as well The only issue we had was with the AC in one of the bedroom didn't seem to work properly and with the hot temperature it was a bit uncomfortable but nothing too much to worry about. Hopefully it's fixed

• Bettina (5/5): - Im Zimmer hat es sehr nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken… Bett war auf einer Seite fast durchgebrochen und hat ständig Geräusche gemacht sobald man sich bewegt hat. Ein Nachtkasten war nicht mehr auf der Wand befestigt sondern durchgebrochen… leider auf den Fotos viel schöner als in echt. Gastgeber war recht freundlich und wir durften unseren Garagen Parkplatz länger als Check out behalten und die Lage war sehr gut.

• Anisa (6/5): - The location was very convenient and it was a big plus to have a parking spot included in the parking garage. The apartment itself is a good size. The place is in need of a very deep clean and a handy man to fix broken items. In addition, the building is undergoing construction so there is lots of dust and noise on the entire floor. We were unable to sleep in due to the noise. The air conditioner, in the small bedroom, leaked so much water that our entire luggage got wet including some of the bedding. There were also a few broken items (towel hanger, nightstand in large bedroom, etc.). Did not feel like the place was well equipped. We ran out of toilet paper on the first day and had to get our own.

• Volodymyr (8/5): - Apartamento apresenta espaços amplos assim como uma decoração bem conseguida. Anfitrião flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out. O APT apresentava bastantes pormenores não acabados assim como a limpeza em alguns dos quartos não estava perfeita.

• Georgios (4/5): Unacceptable - The apartment is on an ongoing construction site. The apartment was very poorly made. The smell from the dust and from the construction was terrible. It was so intense in one room that we could not sleep. They had not even bothered to clean the house. Τhe sink had leftover food, the bathroom was dirty, everything was salty, and the toilet was not cleaned. The issue is that they didn't have any cleaners for us to clean them. In the central room, one of the bedside tables had almost completely come off the wall. I wouldn't stay again. Finally, the communication was very poorly.

• Manel (8/5): Génial - L’emplacement est top, l’appartement est bien et équipé, il y a une très bonne boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble et les rues sont calmes. La personne qui gère le logement est super gentil et compréhensif L’appartement est dans un immeuble en plein travaux pas du tout sécurisé au niveau des files électriques, dans l’appartement il y a une grosse tache d’infiltration d’eau au plafond dans le salon, en plus de ne pas être esthétique, ça sent l’humidité et ça pourrait être dangereux je pense.. le matelas dans la plus grand chambre est clairement à changer on s’enfonce au milieux c’est pas du tout agréable. Sinon pour le reste l’appartement est assez spacieux quand on a des enfants, il manquerait juste un micro onde je pense que c’est quand même indispensable (plus qu’un four en tout cas..)

• Amber (7/5): Nice flat, good location - Good location, 10 min walk to central square. Very nice bakery / cafe around the corner (Le Bon). Spacious rooms with good storage space and shutters on windows. Generally the flat wasn’t especially dirty but needs a deep clean. Kettle was unusable and needs to be replaced as it was dirty. Also be aware that the top floor of the building is under construction.
• Artur POZ (7/5): - Modern flat in very good location in the city center with parking place. Very good communication with host. Could be cleaned up better. Tea kettle so dirty that we didn't like to use it at all. Building is still construction site, it's noisy there.
• Victoria (4/5): Nu aș mai reveni. - Apartamentul se află în centrul orașului și este spațios și este inclusă parcarea gratuit. Clădirea se află în construcție. Nu este deloc curat, las mai jos câteva poze. Blocul deși este nou are deja infiltratii de apa. Plita era inutilizabila din cauza murdăriei. Finisajele sunt de slaba calitate. Așternuturile au fost murdare și pline de păr. De asemenea foarte multe urme de murdărie pe pereți.

• Markeliana (8/5): Beautiful stay - The apartment is on the 8th floor and the view was beautiful from the windows . The rooms are spacious and bright .WiFi was great . Also , you will find an amazing bakery on the side of the road for breakfast and coffee . Very well located just in the heart of Tirana . I would appreciate a bottle of water or something on our arrival . Didn’t feel welcomed . Also it requires more deep cleaning . Other than that we really enjoyed our stay .

• Jakub (7/5): W stosunku do ilości dni(3) mieszkanie jest wystarczające - Ładny widok na miasto oraz centrum, bardzo wygodne łóżka, dobra lokalizacja, przyjemne wnętrze, w mieszkaniu bardzo dobry internet. Bardzo mało udogodnień w postaci np. Kubki, talerze. Zbyt mały zbiornik na ciepłą wodę ( 2 osoby się wymyją w ciepłej a później zaraz leci zimna). Bardzo ciężko było dogadać się z parkingowym przez brak karty(właściciel mówił że gdzieś zginęła)

Centralna lokalizacja w Tiranie. Blisko świetna kawiarnia z kanapkami i lunchami czynna od rana do wieczora. Netflix i WiFi. Łazienka wymaga dokładniejszego sprzątnięcia.
