• Timothy (10/5): High quality self-contained flat for two. - Quiet location within a short walk to a Tesco Extra, restaurants, cafes, pubs and Olympia. Fully equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean and fresh. Fast wi-fi. Excellent communication from host.
• Hilary (9/5): It's an amazing apartment, thanks so much. - The space, cleanliness, layout, location it was all very good. Nothing. It would be helpful though to replace the light bulb in the single toilet room.
• Vicky (8/5): - The flat was perfect for our stay, the garden was pretty ans usefull for drying our washing Only thing I didnt like was not having a hoover to clean up before we left,but my daughter said it was a good this as stopped me cleaning to much while away lol
• IZABELA (7/5): Pierwszy udany wypad do Londynu - W obiekcie było czysto. Był przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Dwie toalety. Problem z regulacją wody w wannie..woda była za gorąca. Sofa rozkładana dla dwóch osób dorosłych jest za wąska i trzeba uważać aby nie kłaść się na jednej połowie sofy bo nie jest wtedy stabilna. Obiekt był wynajęty dla 4 osób a przy stole jest miejsce do spożywania posiłków tylko dla 2 osób. Dobrze byłoby zorganizować miejsce jeszcze dla 2 osób.

• Paulina (9/5): Cómodo - Es espacioso, limpio, moderno. tiene 2 baños, uno con tina y el otro sencillo. Lavadora, mesa para comer, una habitacion grande con cosas que se pudieran necesitar como, plancha, tendedero, cajones. Hay mucho espacio donde guardar. Tiene una terraza bonita No tiene congelador y para mi si era principal. En las fotos se muestra un fridge que si tiene y cuando llegamos era otro.

• Brian (10/5): - Fantastic location, short walk to supermarket, restautants and West Ken station. I am familiar with the area but this brings new excitement to me staying at this large sized flat. Managed to do some cooking and went through a few bottles over the week of netflix and dine in. Had issue turning on radiator at first but was quickly guided by the host... No biggie. The flat is well maintained and very homey. Already a top stay experience, but I would say the sofa can be upgraded for an even better stay

• Sophie (4/5): Ruined by the noise from the flat above - Lovely place in a good location Our weekend was totally ruined by excessive noise from the flat above. Crashing, banging loud voices from very early morning which woke us up both of the nights we stayed and robbed us of two lie-ins that we were so looking forward to! Sadly wouldn’t stay there again. Shame, because everything else was lovely… but you can’t enjoy a relaxing weekend away without enough sleep

• ALBERTO (8/5): Estupendo. - Es una casa muy acogedora y tranquila, a unos 8 minutos del metro. Ofrecen una respuesta rápida ante cualquier contratiempo que pudiera surgir. Muy recomendable y volvería sin duda a este alojamiento. Alberto y Sonia. Quizá la mesa del comedor la pondría un poco más grande, por el resto todo perfecto.
• Mareike (9/5): Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und sind traurig, dass die Zeit vorbei ist. - Genau richtig für uns als Familie. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut! Ruhig gelegen, U-Bahn und Bus aber in 10min zu erreichen. Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke, ebenso viele Restaurants. Am ersten Tag hat uns die vorbeifahrende Bahn etwas gestört, Aber die haben wir schnell nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Lauter waren einigen Abende die Leute in der Wohnung über uns. Es klang teilweise als würden sie Möbel rücken.
• Darryl (1/5): Awful - Hello, Overall no we did not enjoy our stay because of a number of things; You state parking is available on the property description however it’s a permit only or 2 hours maximum stay which is not stated, we travelled over an hour to stay in your apartment under the impression we could leave our vehicle safely unattended and not have to worry we was sadly mistaken after finding out we could only pay for two hours, we then received parking fines daily for parking outside the property. We did try to find parking locally but the costs of that were outrageous and also had worrying reviews of break ins, I was trying to have a stress free restful time leading up to the London marathon but none of this was possible because of the anxiety built from having to play roulette to whether or not we would get more fines. If you supplied permits for the area at a fee people would be much more inclined to return to this property. Secondly the sofa bed is not acceptable as a bed at that comfort, you must supply a second layer/mattress topper. We have the bed to our children as they couldn’t sleep on the discomfort leading to restless nights sleep and an early departure from us. Thirdly we was locked out of the property on Sunday evening after returning from the marathon with exhausted children, you proceeded to leave us waiting for at least an hour with no access to the property, you customer service is existent and I find it appalling. What we hoped would be a lovely staycation with our children turned into a stressful more expensive trip.

• Paula (7/5): Regardless of the bad things, we would repeat for next time - In general terms, we found everything that we need and we would like to repeat the experience next time we go to London. We liked the distribution, the amenities, the modern finishes, the location, how easy is to access the property, checkin and checkout process. And it is sad to say, that there were some inconveniences: -On 13th, while our baby was in her nap, happening around 2 pm, we listened a noisily woman that actually fallen through the entrance stairs hitting the property door. It felt like she was inside our apartment, my husband and I were relaxing and I had to change my clothes to open the door, since that woman was ringing the bell. I thought it was to ask for help or so... It was so confusing and scary. I opened the door and she didn´t even greet me properly or present apologises for being annoying (and I'm not talking about the fall, that is a pity!), she final intent was to ingress to the property to leave some towels (not for us) in a storing room. Before letting her enter, I felt bad of looking at her elbow with minor scratch, otherwise I would ignore her ringing in our door. This is unacceptable, first, she could be severely injured, second, she interrupted our rest and almost wake up our baby. -The pans, scissors and kitchen utensils are in really bad conditions. Burned, scratched and with oxide. -The auxiliar restroom has a damage in the door, and in the bathroom there is an issue with the radiator. -Blinds are not enough to ensure the guest rest, in the night you are being blinded by lights of the vehicles, we had to bring with us some portal blackouts to ensure our baby rest both in the night and in the day. -A small dinning table would be great, our baby and us were struggling to eat -Sofa bed was terribly dirt, you can see the stains in the fabric, and it is super hard for the back, not confortable at all. -Bed sheets have yellow stains and the bed header has so much dust. -Terrace furniture was dirty with bird poop.
• Susan (10/5): A super flat, ideally located for work. Comfortable and well laid out. - The flat was ideally located for work with plenty of amenities around. It was also in a quiet location and offered everything I needed during my stay. There was nothing I didn’t like.
• Tamas (6/5): Great location, fairly clean and comfortable, but don't expect much from the host in communication. - The location was the best. The little garden, the size of the property and the well equipped kitchen were great. The communication of the host was insufficient. First before the travel I asked about the parking as this is how I found this accommodation at Booking.com by searching for properties where parking was available. I received zero answer to that and had to figure out by myself that the available parking means parking on the street for like £4 per hour. Also there was no solution from the host to our concern that we only received one big duvet with cover but we were four of us. I informed the host when we realised this, but nobody showed up and brought another one. The next day the host asked if we still didn't find another duvet with cover which I confirmed we didn't and after that there was no further communication by the host.

• Monika (10/5): Perfect for a longer stay - Great location, within 5 min walk to a tube station, large Tesco nearby, 2 min to Sainsbury's. A very nice and quiet residential area. Very well equipped kitchen, with all utensils we needed. Comfortable heating in the apartment. We had a very good experience altogether. Stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much! This basement flat has a bit of moisture in the air. I just wonder, which British flat doesn't...

I extended other 3 days because is very good for money and clean.so I recommend to all travelers I don't think was something to don't like. Very nice and thanks to the landlord they know how to keep the house for traveling people
• Bhdottir (3/5): Make sure you get your check in details before arriving at the property! - Location is quite central, 7 min walk from closest tube station. Spacious apartment with a small garden in the rear! I am not happy about the experience at all! They didn't provide the check in instructions correctly, and the phone number I called was wrong. It all sounded like a scam to me! Plus I arrived with a newborn, it was raining and horrific after traveling for so long. We had to walk several blocks away to find a restaurant to be able to sit down to contact booking.com. After I had provided all my information to the hosts, I asked for the check in information and they still refused to share... I had to arrive at the property, go through all this hassle and contact booking.com to finally get the correct check in details. The apartment did smell a bit of cigarette smoke when we got in. And the sofa in the living room is really dirty with stains all over it! There was no linen was for the sofa even though I specifically advised 2 adults + 2 children on the booking. I wouldn't recommend this property, especially to a family
