• Josette (4/5): Regular - Por lo menos tenia agua caliente y una buena ducha Las camas pésimas, la de mi papa se caían las tablas y las camas ambas hundidas de un lado que al despertar con dolor de espalda porque no era un colchon bueno y las almohadas muy altas e incomodas. Muy poca seguridad, el porton abierto nadie controla quien sale o entra, si sacamos el auto o no, y habia que estar llamando que alguien se acerque a recepcion.
• Paul (1/5): There aren’t a lot of options in Guaranda. Even so, I would never stay here again. - It was centrally located—this also means it was very loud. The bathrooms were awful, with mold. The mold stench was so bad I couldn’t use the facilities in the room. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They originally gave us rooms different from our booking and we had to move around. The door to the balcony was broken and didn’t lock—it would not have been hard to enter the room if unlocked. The breakfast included lukewarm Nescafé.

• JT (8/5): Pudimos descansar sin problemas - El jacuzzi en el cuarto me parecio muy pero muy chévere con agua muy calientita y la cama estaba muy cómoda con muchas almohadas, la refrigeradora y el microhondas funcionanban perfecto, en el cuarto todo muy bien El parqueo del vehiculo tienía un buen acceso y el desayuno estaba como lo ofrecieron con jugo, pan muy fresco con leche queso mantequilla mermelada fruta y huevos revueltos

Unless you plan to be at the nightclub outside your window. - The room is nice, clean and comfortable shame about the noise I would avoid this place at all costs if you want a good night's sleep. There is a nightclub on the other side of the street and the music goes on till 3 or 4 in the morning. If this wasn't the case it might be a good stay. Also your breakfast is from the bakery below you would think that wouldean you get nice warm fresh bread in the morning you don't! Did I mention the night club right outside your window!!
