• Wolfram (10/5): Totale Entspannung mitten in der Stadt! Absolut perfekt für jeden Selbstversorger-Urlaub! - Die Lage war sensationell! Da das Häuschen in einem Innenhof steht, war es in der Nacht dort mucksmäuschenstill. Nahversorger und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung direkt ums Eck. Die Ausstattung im Appartement war hervorragend. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief unkompliziert über Booking.com.

• Josef (9/5): Sicher eine der besten Ferienwohnungen in Linz - Wir waren weder Touristen noch Geschäftsreisende, sondern haben das Appartement kurzfristig als Ausweichquartier wegen eines technischen Problems in der Wohnung gebraucht. Hat super geklappt obwohl kurzfristig. Aus- und einchecken und Kommunikation sind unproblematisch. Die Lage im Hinterhaus/Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Eingang ist für ein paar Tage sehr reizvoll (für Paranoide gibt es elektrische Jalousien), die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet, vor allem die Küchenausstattung hebt sich deutlich von dem ab, was einen in vielen Ferienwohnungen erwartet. Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber sie hat anscheinend eine Trockenfunktion, was für Radreisende sehr praktisch ist. Große Badewanne. Bei so einer Wohnung und zu dem günstigen Preis im März kann man fast nichts sagen. Aus baulichen Gründen wird es schnell kalt, aber das lässt sich leicht und schnell aufheizen. Für ganz Lärmempfindliche vielleicht nicht geeignet, weil an einer Seite direkt vor dem Fenster ein Parkplatz ist, wo es an Wochentagen früh losgeht.

• Christian (7/5): Alles in allem war es absolut in Ordnung. Würde wieder buchen. - Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Anfahrtsweg easy. Kommunikation mit Vermieter unkompliziert. Angenehmes Bett und Schlafsofa. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Bad und Toilette sehr sauber. Es wurde wahrscheinlich lange nicht mehr gelüftet. Es dauerte zwei Tage bis der Geruch in Ordnung war. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine waren nicht ganz sauber. Nur Smart TV ohne Kabel- oder Sat Empfang.

• Eliška (10/5): - Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a hezké. Vybavení bytu je velmi dostatečné. Domeček má vše co k pobytu potřebujete. Velkou výhodou je pračka a místo k parkování u domu. Není nic co bych mohla hodnotit špatně.

• Фролов Дмитро (10/5): - Alles war gut! Die Wohnung war warm und sauber. Check-in und Check-out sind einfach. Es ist etwas kompliziert, die Wohnung mit Google Maps zu finden. Aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Besitzers. Google Maps zeigt die Adresse falsch an.

• Ion (10/5): - Locație curata, spațioasă si complet utilata. Accesul putin mai complicat pentru ca aceasta casa se află dupa blocuri si are adresa de pe strada principala. Terasa e doar cu numele pentru ca e in parcare si nu cred ca poate fi folosita. Dar nu pot sa spun ca nu mi-a plăcut.

• sunboy007 (8/5): - Lokalizacja. Sąsiadka zbudziła nas o 5 nad ranem waląc bez opamietania w drzwi ze zajmujemy jej miejsce parkingowe . Parking przed oknem jest jej ale miała wiele innych miejsc. Fakt moj blad . A ona była wyraźnie zadowolona z siebie że wszystkich zbudziła.

• Prieto (5/5): Central apartment que no es céntrico - El apartamento tiene de todo, está muy bien amueblado y sobre todo que tenga lavadora en la que te dejan detergente para poder usarla. El anuncio dice central apartment, pero no sé a qué centro se refiere. Estás muy lejos del centro de Linz, incluso para nosotros que fuimos en bici. El barrio está a las afueras y al otro lado de las vías del tren. Si bien es verdad que hay supermercados cerca, son todos de comida india, turca..no hay supermercados "normales". La dirección no se corresponde exactamente con el alojamiento, aunque llamas por teléfono y enseguida te ayudan a encontrar la puerta correcta. Aún así es confuso

Apartment is nice and have what you need. There was toilet odor when we arrived but not too bad. It was gone when we opened window. Also we found some hair in bathtub. But overall it was clean appartment.

La place de parking est un plus, juste devant l’entrée. Tout est fonctionnel et très propre. Une très bonne adresse. Et une bonne boulangerie au coin de la rue, pour acheter son petit-déjeuner.. C’est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais il y a des transports en commun à proximité.
• Schuster Vágnerová (10/5): Vřele doporučuji - Čisté, velmi dobře vybavené. K dispozici vysavač, čistící prostředky, pračka, věšák na prádlo, žehlící prkno, žehlička. Kuchyň taktéž plně vybavena. Velké plus je parkování přímo před vchodem do apartmánu. Lokalita naprosto skvělá.

• rance (9/5): Good value - In fact, they are all very good, easy parking,good value , but there are some minor flaws, such as providing a professional coffee machine but not a dedicated coffee shot? I can only sigh and watch. Inaccurate GPS Direction. The registered address of the house is different from the actual location. The direction link on Booking.com should point to the actual address. See photo for correct address.

The location is convenient, with the train station and a supermarket nearby. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear. The parking spot right at the front door was very practical.

La fermata del tram è vicinissima e in 6 fermate si è nel cuore di LINZ. Comodissimo per chi arriva in macchina perché dispone di posto auto. Proprietari gentilissimi e rapidi nel rispondere alle mail.

• Markus (10/5): Tolles Apartment, gut erreichbar in Linz - Super nettes Appartement, alles da was man so braucht. Einfacher Check-in/Check-out inkl. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut, allerdings ist der Innenhof in dem das Appartement gelegen ist nicht sehr einladend.

Easy check in & check out. Good connection to the city center by tram. We had all the details needed (washing machine and capsules + wash dishes machine + capsules), however, even if there was also a coffee machine, we didn't find any coffee capsule :( Far away from the city center (easy to get only by tram). No coffee capsules for the coffee machine, this was really disappointing for me. :(

• Jinyoung (10/5): - 다음날 아침 할슈타트로 가기 위한 거점으로 잡은 숙소. 사진보다 훨씬 좋은 숙소는 좀처럼 찾기 힘든데 사진이 다 담지 못할 정도로 휼륭했어요. 외관은 오래돼 보이지만 안은 무척 깔끔하고 현대식! 입구 등이 혹 복잡할 수 있겠으나, 설명을 너무 잘 해줘서 그 또한 no problem! 다만 개인적으로 경로상 거점이었던 탓에 주변 환경을 이용해보진 못해서 그 평가는 할 수 없을 듯.. 어쨌든 가격 대비 무척 뛰어난 숙소임에는 분명 ~~ 야외 테라스가 있긴 하지만 바로 주차장이라 그건.. 흠.. 실질적으로 이용하긴 어려워 보이긴 합니다.

• Péter (9/5): Átmeneti szállás Linzben, kényelmes, tiszta. - Jó környéken van, egy belső udvarban. Kerékpártároló nincs, de biztonságos környéknek tűnik. Nem nagy a hely, de egy éjszakára pont jó volt. A közelben van bevásárlóhely, meg kávézó is. Két középkorú pár, kerékpártúrán. Visszajönnénk ide. Az egyik fekvőhely a konyhával egyben van, de ez nekünk nem volt probléma. Valamilyen kerékpártároló jó lett volna. Napsütésre, kilátásra ne számítson senki.
