JJShorley (7/5): - Ease of check-in. Easy walk to the lake or into town for groceries at Lidl, right near the train station. The old narrow gauge steam train line passes by the street outside and was cool to see the steam locomotive putter past. Mold in bathroom above the windows. Trying to charge 12 Euros for a Prein/Early check-in tax when all taxes and charges are started as included by booking.com. I also feel the photos of the apartment make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. Too much noise from upstairs stomping around and loud people in the stairwell.
Andreas (8/5): Soweit alles Bestens! Wir kommen gerne wieder!! - Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung! Nah zum Ort und zum See. Normale Kaffeemaschine fehlte. Ansonsten Ausstattung gut.
Nadja (5/5): Preis-Leistung unzufriedenstellend - Lage und Ausstattung in der Küche Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Ferienwohnung für mich nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt ungepflegt und im Bad befinden sich Flecken an den Wänden, die einen unsauberen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Bett ist ein französisches Doppelbett, für 2 Erwachsene klein. Zudem funktionierte der Fernseher während meines Aufenthalts nicht. Auch die Parkplatzsituation war während des Aufenthalts nicht geklärt und sorgte für zusätzliche Unsicherheit.

Purity Wambui (10/5): - The apartment is a beautiful place with a modern set up. It offers free parking and was easy to check in and out using a key safe. The location is about 7min walk to the Chimsee Shifffahrt that go the "Herren Insel" and Seepromenade. With a car we were able to reach other Atrractions around the area for example a 30min drive to the Gondola, that go up the Chimsee Alps (Hochfelln).
Heidi (10/5): Schöne Stunden in Prien am Chiemsee - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp und die Booking Nachrichten-Funktion hat super funktioniert. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Safe hat auch prima funktioniert. Die Wegbeschreibung vom Vermieter, wie wir den Eingang und den Parkplatz finden, war auch hilfreich. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Die wichtigsten Dinge waren vorhanden wie Kochutensilien, um einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Schön war, dass es schon Pfeffer, Salz und Öl gab. Die Lage ist schön. Man kann zum Hafen und zum Bahnhof laufen, wenn man sich die Herreninsel und die Chiemseebahn anschauen möchte. Auch Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar Richtung Hafen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell am Fahrradweg, der am See lang führt. Ein Parkplatz ist auch da. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Hausflur abstellen.
Palm (5/5): War unzufrieden.... - Das einchecken hat reibungslos geklappt.Das Arpatement war sauber . Fernseher war zwar da,aber ohne Bedienungsanleitung. Es fehlt eine richtige Kaffeemaschine. Es fehlen größere Tassen für Tee,oder auch für Kaffee. Der Wasserhahn im Bad ist unmöglich,war immer ganz nass beim Händewaschen. Es fehlt auch ein Ganzkörperspiegel.

Nikolaos (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Prien! - Very nice apartment in Prien Close to the Lake and the center. Well organized and comfortable with a nicely decorated bathroom. Last but not least excellent communication with the host and easy access to the apartment thanks to the detailed information. Would definitely recommend it for your stay in this beautiful city!

Naveen (9/5): Superb - Location and amenities. Complimentary Chiemsee Gästkarte Apartment was a bit dusty. Felt like it was unoccupied for long. A microwave would have been nice to have. City tax is per night although in the listing a flat fee is specified.

That is the reason for my bad rating. Opening windows and trails to ventilate didn't help. Everything else has lost its appeal for this reason. Coffee capsules for 1€ per capsule There was a misunderstanding regarding parking costs. There was information about free parking in the description but the host wanted to charge us with 5€ per night. After my request to change the description we agreed that that was a misunderstanding. Coincidence. Not sure
