- Edit (4/5): Disappointing would not stay here again. - Location is good and it was clean. The top windows were broken so you couldn’t shut them hence all the noise was coming in all night. We didn’t sleep all night. Our family only stayed one night luckily. I told the host and he promised a refund which never happened!

- Marisol Q. (8/5): Nobody went to see the water spill - Near everything in San José center. Big room, comfortable beds. Smart TV. Clean. The bathroom sink was almost falling down and spilling water and we had to put a personal container to hold the water falling to the floor, and even though we reported the damage, nobody came to mop or to repair the sink. The plombing quality was very bad. The noise from the alarm of a nearby building and the cars. There are no blackout curtains. The upper windows are rectangular and you cannot cover them if you don't like morning light.

Qué la habitación que nos dieron tenía vidrios rotos y por los paneles del techo ingresaba viento. Cosas rotas, como perillas de las puertas. El baño está hecho de durlock y la pared no es hasta el techo, así que lo que se hace en el baño se escucha desde el comedor

Las paredes del baño no llegaban hasta arriba del techo quedando un agujero que comunicaba con la habitación , 0 privacidad. No hay había cortinas.
- Mili (10/5): Very good location, cosy and clean apartment. - It was very clean and smells nice. There is plenty of space in the room, and there are many things in kitchenette. I like that there is security at the entrance 24h, if felt very safe. In walking distance there are many places to see, especially I like that it is few steps from meeting locations for day trips. There are big windows with lots of natural light, which is not always case in Panama, there are many apartments without windows, especially in bedroom.. it has nice city views. Communication with host was smooth. There is constant noice from outside from busy traffic, but that didn't disturb me much, I would go there again definitely.

- Valerie (8/5): Très correct dans un bon emplacement - L'emplacement en plein centre ville, tout près du marché central à pied. Hôtel bien sécurisé. C'était propre et le gardien m'a donné toutes les instructions de manière très sympa. Il y avait un frigo et le nécessaire pour se faire du café dans la chambre. Et au 6eme étage les bruits de la rue ne sont pas dérangeans.. Bien sûr l'immeuble est assez vieux et usagé. Mais un gros effort d'aménagement design est fait dans les chambres. Juste les parois sont mince et j'entendais fort le groupe familial à côté...
- Sead Jenma (8/5): - フロントに人がいて、カメラがあるのでセキュリティが高い。 フロントの人が親切。 観光にとても便利な立地。 部屋にコーヒーマシンがあり、挽いたコーヒー豆も用意されている。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジがある。 メンテナンスに問題があるが、この立地でこの価格はとてもコストパフォーマンスが良い。 設備のメンテナンスが必要。6階の4号室のシンクは壁からはずれて今にも落ちそう。危険。 シンクに繋がるパイプがプラスチックでできており、少しずつ水が漏れて床に水たまりができた。滑りやすくて危険だったのでごみ箱にビニールをかけて溜めておいた。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、扇風機、コーヒーマシンが設置されているところに電源が2つしかない。一つは冷蔵庫で使っているので、電子レンジとコーヒーマシンを使う度にプラグの差し替えが必要。 それでもこの立地でコストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。

No me gustó la ducha, no salía con buena presión de agua sin embargo en el lavamanos si salía bien. Las ventanas no cierran por completo y las cortinas no cubren las ventanas, el ruido y la luz se hace insoportable para dormir y descansar bien

El acceso dependía de un guardia, que si por algún motivo no estaba en la recepción debíamos esperar en la calle y de noche no estaba bueno.

- Balazs (6/5): - Close to the center, good location for an one day stopover. The windows cannot be properly closed, as the room does not have fully sealable windows. In cooler, windy weather, this creates the unpleasant feeling of sleeping outdoors in the wind. After a 14-hour flight, it was extremely uncomfortable to lie shivering under two blankets because of the wind.

El baño no tenía una pared completa y los olres pasaban a la zona de cama. Es una sala de clases poco habilitada como habitación todos los ruidosdeotras salas se oian. No había lavaplatos, por ende solo lavar en el lavamanos y sin poder tomqr agua. Sin un espacio para descansar,como sillas. Ruidoso toda la noche.

Tem disponível no quarto cafeteira elétrica e alguns utensílios de cozinha Não foi informado antecipadamente que o pagamento da reserva seria feito em dinheiro (espécie), o que nos foi dito somente no momento de entrar na acomodação. Tivemos que ir ao um banco e sacar o dinheiro. Devido a localização ser na região Central, há barulho até tarde da noite.

- Charlotte (4/5): Fine for one night only - Beds were comfy. Lots of shelving / chairs / tables. 24/7 security. Central location. Clearly an old office block that they’ve wheeled beds into. Ceiling was vile. Curtains did not cover the majority of the windows - you need eye mask. Single pane glass with holes in - you need ear plugs. Room smells of sewage frequently. Shower so slow and cold. No air conditioning and the fan was useless. No smoke / fire detectors. Fine for a night but no more.

- Tracy (4/5): Clean, convenient, loud, and amenities (free airport shuttle) were falsely advertised on Booking.com - The attendant was helpful, the location is convenient, and the rooms were very clean. Our main issue was that- according to the Booking.com receipt- airport transportation was included in the price. The owner (manager?) of the place said it wasn't. I could not resolve this with either Booking.com or the owner, even after sending the owner a screenshot of the receipt that clearly showed "Included extras: one-way airport shuttle." So, we had to pay for shuttles (20 people- $180 from/$180 to airport). The owner was helpful in arranging it, and also discounted the room taxes on one of the nights, but still, we did not receive the service that was advertised. You'll also want to note that it is a very loud area- all night- particularly on weekends.

Big windows high up with no curtains so a very bright room at 5am in the morning. I was facing the main road so very noisy from 430 in the morning with buses and lorries. Shower was hot but just a trickle of water from the shower head.

- Jana (9/5): Great location for the money - Great location, 24 hour security at the door, comfortable beds, nice interior. The windows were very thin and had gaps. Since being located at the main street it was almost impossible to sleep without earplugs due to the loud noise from the cars.

Spacious and huge comfortable bed and clean Photos make the place look modern but it is an old building. Windows are single glazed and so it's very noisy from traffic outside all through the night. Recommend earplugs if you want to sleep. The shower temperature fluctuates .There is no option to pay by card .

Street right under the window and the city doesn’t sleep. Loud trunks and motorbikes driving by all night. And the traffic’s lights make funny noises all night. So bring ears plugs!

- Ljch3 (4/5): Far below expectations - The room is large and located close to the centre The published photos make you believe it is a modern apartment and only show the renovated parts, but the reality is different. It is large but not very practical, no fridge, almost no water flowing from the shower, a lot of noise from traffic and a lot of clarity early morning because the curtains don't cover all windows. It is not possible to pay cash or by credit card, only online, but the owner doesn't seem to know how to check if a payment was made and wakes you up at night to ask if you have paid. Poor quality for the price paid.
