• Stephen (8/5): The location and venue are immaculate but the area and location are too loud for those who enjoy sleeping after hours - Facilities were immaculate , location was amazing. The noise was way too loud both inside and outside the apartment. People living inside the space are loud, the bins outside are so loud which hinders sleep and the sleep overall is loud.

• Shannon (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location - The apartment was spacious & very clean. Location was excellent- right beside Puerto Marina. Air con was very easy to regulate, lovely shower. Host was very nice & easily contactable. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Caireen (10/5): Positively perfect!! - Beautiful apartment, it was immaculate, in a brilliant location & close to the beach, restaurants, shops & bars, I would definitely stay again. The hosts were great with any questions, which was great as I was on my own & maybe not just as confident as I’d normally be with company. Nothing I didn’t like, only a washing machine would be a bonus if planning a longer stay.

• Charlotte (9/5): Fantastic apartment - Fantastic apartment with everything you need. A clean and nice apartment. We missed a washing machine, but otherwise it has everything you need. Nice and welcoming staff who helped us with everything we were wondering about. The apartment is perfectly located, a short walk to restaurants, beach and grocery store. Located in a quiet one-way street - so very little noise for being so central. We would happily rent again. Missed a washing machine.

• Keith (10/5): Exellent studio in exceptional location - The studio was exceptional, had everything you needed in a beautiful location within seconds to the many bars and restaurants , lovely balcony to people watch or just enjoy atmosphere, once door shut no noise, everything you needed in studio from airdryer to iron, plenty of toilet roll and hand wash ect,WiFi was okay and plenty to watch on tv like Netflix, access was fine with lift if needed, overall lovely studio that I would certainly stay in again.daneila was easy to get hold off on what’s app for any thing you wanted to know. • Angela (8/5): Great stay - The position was perfect . The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately there wasn't any information about the accommodation in the room so we had to contact the owner ( the replied promptly) but it would have been helpful . Ie where the fuse box was, which bins to use We also could hear the bins being emptied in the early hours. This is not anything to do with the apartment or anything the owners have control over. The hotels in the area will have the same issues.

• James (10/5): Lovely modern appartment with terrace. - Lovely appartment, on the marina, beach 100 meters away, very modern, lovely terrace, and very secure. We just left on October 21st 2024, had a lovely stay, Belemadena excellent place, and the apartment is right in the centre of everything. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to go to there. Lovely stay, and lovely hosts, Daniela and Anthony.

• Sarah (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, right beside the beach and the Marina. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a large balcony, well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, large tv, and air conditioning The host Daniela was very friendly and quick responding to any questions we had during our stay. She was also extremely kind in accommodating a late checkout. Unfortunately, there was a blocked drain in the shower, resulting in the water overflowing out every time we used. And also causing a terrible smell in the apartment all of the time. I contacted Daniela about this issue, and someone was sent to resolve this a couple of hours later. But the problem persisted throughout the duration of our stay.

• Wiktor (9/5): Superb - The place is not only nicely designed but offers you large balcony, well equipped kitchen with nespresso machine and super comfortable bed. Even though it is located at the beach promenade the windows are really sound-proof.
• Steven (8/5): Great flat with modern appliances and TV. - Great location at the Marina and close to 100 Montaditos for Euromania deals. Supermarket just 2 minutes walk. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a bad smell from the toilet. Suspect drainage broken and no extract fan to clear it. I'm sure it will be fixed at some point.
• Lana (5/5): Nice accomodation but unfortunately uncomfortable stay due to bad smell - The hosts were friendly and quick to respond/easy to reach. Also it was a nice location, next to the beach and boulevard. There is no window or a good fan system in the bathroom so our whole bathroom and room smelled like a sewer while we were there. The host suggested to bring in a plumper to fix the smell but were not really excited about that.

• Geoffrey (8/5): Lovely apartment perfect for 2 guests, excellent area for beach, shops and restaurants - It was very noisy outside every morning about 630am the bins would be cleaned and it was disturbing. Also the lift was broken, and we wasn't informed. We were ok as didn't need the lift, but if someone else was staying and was not able to walk far they may find the stairs difficult.
