• Ophelie (8/5): Tres bien ! - Le logement est propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a la climatisation et l’essentiel dans la cuisine. Pas d’ascenseur et les escaliers sont rudes, surtout avec les valises (c’est au dernier étage).

• Elena (10/5): A beautifully renovated apartment in a perfect location — highly recommended! - The apartment is located right next to the Basilica of Santa Croce, and it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. The area is very lively and full of life. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils. Although the building is old, the interior is fully renovated, clean, and fresh. The bathroom is bright and pleasant. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s not really a downside, but something to be aware of: the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. For those with heavy luggage or mobility issues, this might be a bit challenging — but in our opinion, the excellent location more than makes up for it.
• Rusinková (10/5): Nice, cozy, clean and comfortable. - Really good locality. Close to the everything you want to see. Silence. Cozy and comfortable. Really clean apartment. Quick respond via Whatsapp when you need something - Thank you Chiara. Only one negative is that apartment is in the top of the bulding without lift, so when you plan to have pram etc. maybe prefer something else. (But we had no problem with that - cardio 😉)

• Colby (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in the heart of Florence and is super comfortable for a group of 3-4 people. The host was very responsive. If I come back to Florence I would stay here again!
• Ilia (10/5): Cozy apartment right in the center of Florence - Keep an eye on the chat, as there will be a message about how and where to pay the city tax. Otherwise, there might be some issues. But everything else was great! The host helped us find parking, explained in detail how to access the apartment, and was very pleasant.

• Ihar (9/5): Absolutely charming apartment! - This apartment in the old center has become an important part of our magical staying in Florence. Very clean. Helpful hostess. Comfortable bed. We slept very well. There is a nice view from the windows over the rooftops. There is everything you need to cook. There are uthentic details in the interior design. Great, conveniently walkable location to iconic attractions of Florence. There are a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. There were no downsides for us.

• Garima (7/5): Good - Very good location and apartment. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. If you have luggage or accessibility issues then this is not a apartment to select. Apart from that very good place and location.

Self check-in and check-out went great. The appartment is on the last floor of the building and you have to climb a lot of stairs. That was a little uncomfortable, but bearable.

The only think that we would appreciate is a washing machine - Perfect location, nice and clean apartment, self check-in (maybe would be helpful to have a video with explanation how to open the door), air condition, enough clean towels and sheets, nice and responsive personnel. It’s on a third floor and there is no elevator. In any case, it was totally fine for us.
