• Yonathan (10/5): Calidad, precio y buena localización - La localización no puede ser mejor para salir de noche. Buena insonorización, muy luminoso. Teléfono 24h en caso de necesitar ayuda. Leo me pareció una persona muy atenta y eso me hizo sentir muy cómodo durante mi estancia. Apartamento renovado. La limpieza un 10, me gustó llegar y notar ese olor característico de que la limpieza ha sido realizada con eficacia. Las camas son de muy buena calidad y se duerme bien. Todo lo necesario para cocinar y todos los utensilios muy bien cuidados y limpios. Repetiré de seguro Nada me disgustó

• Bea (8/5): Ideal si buscas ambiente. - El apartamento estaba limpio y era muy cómodo para 4 personas. La persona encargada de ayudarnos en lo que fuera muy dispuesta y educada. La playa queda cerca y la piscina está muy bien. Las toallas de la casa era un poco pequeñas y estaban muy usadas. La zona del apartamento es muy buena para la playa, ero muy ruidosa por las noches.
• Jose Miguel (10/5): La mejor relación calidad-precio - La relación calidad-precio es fantástica. Tiene un montón de cosas deseables: la ubicación es perfecta, está muy limpio, cuidado y reformado recientemente, es luminoso, con vistas a un hermoso jardín con piscina, tiene un sofá muy grande y cómodo, ascensor, las camas son cómodas y la cocina superequipada. Además, el propietario ha añadido detalles que te hacen la estancia más amable como por ejemplo una tostadora, una cafetera, tendedero e incluso una sombrilla. Muy satisfecho la verdad, pero por señalar algo, indicaría que como está en una ubicación tan céntrica y animada, por la noche puede oírse algo de ruido. A mí personalmente no me molestó porque además la insonorización es buena, pero las personas con un sueño delicado deben tener esto en cuenta.

• Fabian (10/5): Fabian, great time in Maspalomas - The location is excellent. Furniture: everything new or renewed. Just beside shopping Yumbo, bars, restaurants, bus stop, and beach (600m). Apartment very confortable and clean, located in the 2nd floor, with 2 lifts in the building. Soap in the bathroom was not good quality. Also, there was a lot of noise in the building (construction work) starting at 8:00am in other apartments/in public areas of the building... simply impossible to continue sleeping after that time ...

We really enjoyed the pool and the balcony on an evening. 100 % will be going back we both had such an amazing times thank you again for an amazing stay. Free chocolates & nuts and beer and excellent service when we arrived. Nothing it was perfect.

• Hannah (10/5): Quick efficient and friendly check in/out. Location ideal for yumbo and beach. Pool area large with loungers. Perfec - Very central location. Good size. Modern and clean. Only issue could be the noise from the yumbo but we expected this. Earplugs work fine.
