As a family, the small apartment setup was absolutely perfect and made our stay very comfortable. I also really appreciated the sustainable concept of the hotel. The design is calm, minimalistic, beautifully thought through, and the space felt both stylish and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it! There was honestly nothing we were unhappy with. The only thing that would have made the stay even more convenient for us would have been a small, healthy breakfast option at the hotel, since there are not many great breakfast places nearby. It would have been lovely to start the day with a good coffee and something fresh before heading out to explore the city.

Given that the room is very small it would be nice! There is no breakfast service however coffee is provided for free at the reception (nespresso capsules)

• Oleg Mikhailov (8/5): - Классное местоположение - в очень спокойном зелёном районе в 10 минутах от токийской телевизионной башни. Сам отель напоминает университетский кампус. Внизу можно сделать кофе и пополнить запасы воды, а так же зарезервировать индивидуальную сауну. Есть спортзал. 7/11 в соседнем здании. Номер хороший, есть где открыть пару чемоданов. Если не ожидаете пятизвёздочного номера - тогда вам с этим отелем по пути, могу рекомендовать :)

• Cindy (10/5): A spotless, quiet Shimbashi studio in a prime location with seamless access from Haneda - Had an excellent stay in the deluxe studio in Shimbashi. The location is incredibly convenient! Getting there from Haneda T3 was easy via the Keikyu Airport Line with one transfer to the Mita Line, getting off at Onarimon Station just a short 5-minute walk away, all for around ¥500. I had a large trunk and had no problems navigating through the subway. The apartment itself was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the bathroom really stood out: consistently hot water and excellent pressure, which is rare even compared to many five-star hotels. I travel often and this place exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The method to share room key number is not that private so it could be a potential concern especially for single female stay, better to improve.

Nice that there is a gym, though didn’t get a chance to use it. Location was superb - close to major metro lines and places of interest while being in a quiet place. Deixamos reservado para os últimos dias em Tokyo, então sabíamos que teríamos muitas compras e malas para organizar , precisaríamos de espaço e foi bem tranquilo. Fica em uma região que permite explorar com tranquilidade à pé as regiões e Ginza, Roponggi, Tokyo Tower e com fácil acesso à estação. Tem uma Le Pain bem pertinho pra tomar um café ou um brunch.

Room was a bit tight for 3 persons but this is Tokyo. Would have loved a few hooks in bathroom and near front door. Very little storage or flat surfaces other than floor to keep spaces open for 3 persons.

• Jessica (8/5): Great, easy stay, with a couple small upgrades that would change my experience from A to to A++ - The location is decent, walkable from Ginza, and close to Tokyo Tower. I really liked the room, and the access to a washing machine in my room means I did not go home with dirty clothes! There are two things that can be better in this hotel. #1 the coffee set up, and limit to a single coffee before asking for payment. #2 the gym could have smaller weights for smaller people/women.

The room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Also very close to the metro. Nothing major. I couldn't find many restaurants right around the hotel, but there are quite a few good soba restaurants: a two-minute walk and a lot of restaurants in the mall.

Adoramos por ter lojas de conveniência a alguns passos do hotel o que nos permitiu fazer refeições no hotel todos os dias sem ter que depender de restaurantes para todas as refeições. Fica em uma região de escritórios, calma, mas perto a de uma caminhada de 15 min de Ginza. Ideal. Recomendamos! Nada!

Elevator noise can be heard very prominently in the Deluxe Studio. The bed is placed directly parallel to the wall containing the elevator shaft making it very difficult to sleep.

Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. They had a “giving bag” charity initiative that was very thoughtful. I suppose I didn’t know what to expect when I booked the limited daylight room. Let me be very clear. It’s a NO daylight room. It’s dark and gloomy and I always needed the lights on during the day. The window faces a tall concrete wall with no chance of sky. It has NO view. I booked this room last minute since I suddenly extended my stay in Tokyo. They were running an attractive Black Friday sale and I booked it. I was always curious about this hotel chain as a possible short term residence in Tokyo, so it was a good chance to try it out. It was still pricey though and non refundable. The description of the room just said Limited daylight. The pictures used are the same as the regular rooms. And I looked for more details about the room but didn’t find any. I was on the third floor. I spoke with the front desk about my bad experience and they offered me a solution. They will refund a portion of my stay if I booked another room in their hotel. Sounds great. Only problem is the new room I would book is significantly more expensive than the one I was in. I would be at a major loss. I considered just loosing my booking all together and leave the hotel for the one I was staying at before. But I valued the money I spent over my mental health. A lesson I can’t seem to unlearn. Moral of the story is, don’t trust a Black Friday sale!

• Alexander (10/5): - What a fantastic hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy and very spacious (for Tokyo). Near the Mita subway station (though we had to walk for 16 min to get to a different subway line) and a 20 second walk to a 7/11 we frequented A LOT (for coffee, breakfast, and ship our luggage!). Their saunas are fantastic and super easy to book and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Tokyo! The pillows were not so soft/kinda flat, so we had to ask the front desk for a fluffier pillow which they had but only one, so the two of us had to share it. We stiill got a good night's sleep, but wish you had more fluffy pillows!
• Cay (10/5): Amazing, spacious and friendly self-contained apartment a stones throw from Tokyo Tower! - The room is spacious, comfortable and you can adjust it to your needs and wants throughout your stay. I found the room to be convenient with a place to relax, decent space to store luggage but also, pack and unpack throughout the trip. The bed is large, and mostly comfortable as well. Bathroom is huge, no bath but the shower cubicle is spacious and it gets hot so fast! Amazing when you’ve had a long day out. I had my friend unexpectedly stay for the weekend and the sofa bed was comfortable and easy to adjust/set up. I loved that there is an air conditioner for the lounge/kitchenette area and the bed. I tend to get hot overnight and it was so lovely being able to have it cool while I slept but if I had to get up overnight, not freeze! The staff are absolutely incredible and honestly, they made me want to join their little team with how happy and lovely they all were. Location wise, I found to be extremely convenient for my needs but you do need to transfer lines to hit the popular tourist spots. However, it’s very simple with one transfer but you may find your suica use increases staying here! I’d stay again easily and I am already looking at my next dates! Oh, and they sometimes set up a little self serve bar that’s completely free! Score! The pillows are a bit stiff and when you do lay on them, they squish right down. Be mindful of this if you have neck/back issues. I found I’d wake up every now and then quite sore from them and had to adjust them over my stay to get them just right. If someone is staying above or next to you, it can get quite loud. Unfortunately, the last 6 days of my stay were really loud overnight due to the above patrons who seemed to be wearing shoes on the floors, which caused a lot of banging/crashing noises throughout the night. I did mention to the staff one night and they helped immediately which helped with the next door apartment being quite loud but the rest, it is what it is when you stay in apartments.

• Joseph Christian (10/5): Clean modern hotel with great amenities - Great location, modern newly built hotel, perfectly clean, with nice rooms with lots of space for Tokyo standards. The washing machine was very handy because we didn't have to go somewhere to wash our clothes during the trip. The hotel has free saunas for guests to use. Very kind people working at the reception desk. Truly nothing bad to say about this hotel.

• Kate (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a safe and relaxing neighbourhood. - Lovely vibe in the hotel. The washer/dryer was really useful. Rooms really comfy. Nice little lounge area to help yourself to snacks. Use of the sauna was a nice perk! Lovely quiet neighbourhood. In hindsight, with all the walking and exploring, a hotel on a different train line would have suited us more to get to the nightlife areas within Tokyo. That said, this hotel was lovely and was only another stop or two to change to the subway lines we needed.

• Kira (10/5): Perfekt für Selbstversorger - Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Personal hat gut Englisch gesprochen und uns gut ausgeholfen! Alles was sauber, die Dusche hatte super Wasserdruck!

• Scott (10/5): Excellent accommodation in Shimbashi West - Spacious (by Tokyo standards), modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Super friendly English speaking staff. Quiet location. 2 min walk to Mita line, 15 min walk to Shimbashi Station. 2 supermarkets with 5 min walk. Great accommodation for 5 weeks working in Tokyo. Everything was awesome 😎
