- Kristina (9/5): - Super schickes Hotel mit einem tollen Restaurant und schönem Bergblick. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und passend. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service klasse. Zimmer sind hellhörig und man bekommt die Geräusche aus dem Restaurant teilweise mit.

- Pascoal (7/5): Expérience agréable dans un environnement splendide mais loin de la perfection. - La localisation de l'établissement avec un paysage splendide. L'établissement a de très bonnes prestations hôtelières et un très bon restaurant. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples ce que nous avons eu. Cependant, il n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec une fenêtre intérieure... Par ailleurs, nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus. Pour mon enfant de 14 ans, je demande un chocolat chaud qui nous est servi. Au moment du check-out, on nous informe que le chocolat chaud n'est pas inclus dans le petit-déjeuner. Ceci est agaçant car ceci n'était pas le cas, le serveur aurait dû nous le dire au moment de la commande. Ensuite, dire que le petit-déjeuner est inclus et le chocolat chaud pour une enfant de 14 ans ou même un adulte ne l'est pas n'est pas compréhensible. Je vois mal un enfant de 14 ans prendre un café ou un thé au petit-déjeuner.

- Nevena (10/5): Bajkovito i nezaboravno - Apartman je prelep i veoma čist, a osoblje je vrhunsko. Usluga na veoma visokom nivou, sve pohvale. Mi smo prezadovoljni.
- Aleksei (8/5): - Отель находится в живописном месте, недалеко от города Тузла (25 минут на машине), очень хороший ресторан, большая парковка, вежливый персонал, красиво обустроенные апартаменты Запах в ванной комнате (прям смердит), вероятно тянет из вентиляции, и отсутствие вешалок для одежды в ванной комнате (ни гвоздя, ни крючка), терраса не убрана
- Sladjana (10/5): - Vila Ana je za svaku pohvalu. Na lepom mestu,ima dovoljno parking mesta (besplatnih) usluga super,sobe lepe i ciste i hrana ukusna. Cak ovaj put nismo mogli da nocimo u Vili Ani jer je put do aerodroma bio zatvoren i taj dan smo preko Bookinga ako storniramo trebali da platimo pola cene,ali je Vila Ana odobrila besplatno storniranje. To jos jednom potvrdjuje da je to pravi izbor za svakoga,jer nisu orijentisani samo na novac nego stvarno na svoje goste i na dobru uslugu. Hvala puno,uvek cete biti nas izbor!

I've been here last year and plan to have a rest here in the future! - Breakfast, restaurant, nice view, stable internet in house(not in the rooms), parking, nice staff Many, many smerdebubas. There is no brash in house to clean them. Led lamp above the bed is still a bit works, even its switched off. There are not too many walking routes. You need to have a car here.

- Nasiha (10/5): PERFECT - My husband and I have stayed at Villa Ana multiple times, and it’s always our go-to place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, New Year’s, and other special occasions. The hotel is always spotless, and the view is absolutely gorgeous. We love that it’s nestled in the mountains, giving it a cozy, cabin-like, remote feel. And the food—amazing! Every single dish is delicious. We’ve tried almost everything, and we’re always impressed by how consistently great the food is. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the staff—hands down the nicest staff we’ve ever met. The waiters are always polite, kind, and understanding. They’re happy to give recommendations if you’re unsure what to order and always check in to make sure everything is to your liking. The managers are just as wonderful; they regularly check on guests to ensure everything is satisfactory, and if there’s ever an issue (which is rare), they’re quick to help, replace a dish, and resolve the problem.

- Gregor (9/5): Vsekakor priporočam, ampak vzeti večjo sobo. - Izjemno prijazni vsi zaposleni, čisto in urejeno. Soba premajhna, težko že najti prostor za odpreti kovček, posledično tudi zakonska postelja najmanjših dimenzij, kakor tudi kopalnica minimalistična.

- Polina (10/5): - It was my second stay at Vila Ana and it was perfect again. We were traveling with a dog and everyone was very friendly. The food was amazing, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the view from the terrace was stunning

- Jusufovic (10/5): Sve preporuke . Dodjite i uvjerite se u fantaziju . - Objekat je uređen sa mnogo pažnje i od veoma kvalitetnih materijala, sve po svjetskim standardima. Ambijent je prelijep i odiše toplinom i elegancijom. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvijek spremno da pomogne. Parking mjesto je uvijek dostupno i besplatno, što je veliki plus. Hrana je veoma ukusna i svježa. Sve pohvale i topla preporuka svima koji žele vrhunski boravak!

Videli smo da je sve sa stilom i puno ljubavi za detalj namesteno i kada smo saznali da imaju i prenociste,pozeleli smo naravno i da prenocimo tamo. Divan pogled,prelepe sobe,besplatan parking,mir za dobar san,udoban krevet,super personal i jako povoljne cene. Sta reci-hvala puno na svemu,doci cemo vrlo rado ponovo! 😊🩷🫶👍

- Muhammed Mustafa (7/5): Prima - Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie met mooie uitzicht tussen de bergen in. Het eten in het restaurant is heerlijk en de prijzen zijn goed. Kleine kamer maar erg gezellig en mooi ingericht. Het hotel heeft geen receptie, we voelden ons daardoor niet echt welkom. Het was zaterdag avond dus het restaurant was erg druk, hierdoor ging het inchecken wat moeizamer.

В отеле вообще очень вкусный ресторан, так что и завтраки на высоте. Бесплатная частная парковка у отеля. Хорошая звукоизоляция. В номере нет мини-холодильника. (это очень важно, иногда я путешествую с лекарством для диабетиков). В номере на двоих было всего одно одеяло.

- Irina (10/5): - Очень красивый отель, прекрасный отзывчивый персонал. Мы пожили и в номере со спальней и продлили проживание с переездом в отдельностоящий домик. Если вы хотите уединения или отдыхаете с ребенком, советую брать домик. Он очень уютный и чувствуешь себя как дома. И завтраки в отеле классные и очень вкусные. В общем мы отдохнули и с удовольствием приедем еще. В номере немного шумно от музыки в ресторане и очень плохо ловит wi fi. В домике таких проблем нет. Но в домике очень много живностей. Хотелось бы, чтобы проводилась какая-то обработка от них, потому что муравьев мы привезли даже с собой домой.

A fürdőszobában a tükörnél a világítás rossz helyen van, árnyékban az arcod. Szúnyogháló sehol.

- Nancy (7/5): - Uitzicht Netheid Lekker gegeten Het hotel heeft veel mogelijke pluspunten maar wij hebben ze gemist We voelden ons niet welkom, geen persoonlijke ontvangst, er was geen balie, er werd ons gevraagd in zeteltjes te zitten en onze identiteitskaart af te geven, nadien werden we naar onze kamer gebracht zonder 1 woord Rumoerig hotel, te luide muziek in restaurant, waardoor iedereen luider praat Mooie maar kleine kamer Mooi groot balkon maar is gezamelijk met andere kamers (privacy?) Dampkap geeft uit op terras=geur Ontbijt via menukaart, enkel met eieren, was lekker maar 2 dagen na elkaar teveel vh goede=opgelost door dessert pannekoek te eten. Slechts 1 koffie inbegrepen in ontbijt

- Anton (10/5): - Отличный отель! Построился всего 2 года назад. Материалы отделки очень качественные, много дерева. Брали семейный номер, с отдельной комнатой для ребёнка. Матрасы удобные. В номере очень чисто. В ресторане вкусно готовят. Есть завтраки, омлеты в основном. Однозначно рекомендую это место! Единственный минус был в том, что в номере было слышно музыку из ресторана внизу, до 23:00 часов играла.

- Milorad (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Aussicht von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Wir waren zu 5 und haben 2 Zimmer gebucht 1x die Deluxe Sweet und 1x ein normales Zimmer und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
