Домакините бяха много отзивчиви и реагираха на нашата инфарктна резервация незабавно и изключително любезно. Апартаментчето е прекрасно, кокетно и чисто. Локацията е топ. Със сигурност няма да се обърнем към тях за последен път! Сърдечно благодарим! Нямаме никакви забележки!

• Thea (8/5): - Lovely property, very very central, so the location was amazing! We came for the Christmas markets mainly and all were walking distance... Very clean and lots of facilities, a very good value for money! To find the keys it was a bit difficult and the property from the outside, and common areas aren't the nicest, but the inside is lovely.

• aptnrom (6/5): because of the herasment i changed the review in disapointment. - Location is excellent and apartment has everything you need. Despite they advertise parking, this is a muddy spot in the backyard an half blocked bay a locked poll. See photos. They called late at night few times plus sms to ask you 10 euros for the parking. It is a shame to do this. 200 m from there it is an organised city parking. Days after I received calls to pay the parking despite I explained how was the situation. It is not about 10 euros it is about service quality and the way of comunication.
• Bilyana (10/5): Чисто, уютно, удобно - Много чист и уютен апартамент в сърцето на София. Точно на 2 минути от НДК. Има налични всички удобства за всеки престой. Има и налично паркомясто. Може да се посвети малко внимание на мястото за паркиране. Беше доста кално.

• Maya K Dobreva (7/5): - Апартамента има прекрасна локация. Оборудван е с всичко необходимо и има приятен интериор. От някъде се носеше силен аромат на цигари. Беше доста шумно от другите живущи.
• Teodora (10/5): Силно препоръчвам - Апартаментът се намира на много комуникативно място. В близост има всичко необходимо, като: аптека, голям хранителен магазин, топла точка с готова храна, магазинче за плодове и зеленчуци. Изключително близо е до НДК. Ние го посетихме през декември и беше удобно, на пешеходно разстояние от Коледния базар на НДК. Близо е и до Пирогов, където сина ми претърпя операция и при нужда мъжа ми успяваше доста бързо да ни донесе необходимото.

There were toys for the kids and all amenities necessary. Great value for the money. Would def. recommend it. Plus - parking space available for a small fee. n/a

• Yaroslav (8/5): - Хорошее расположение, есть парковка за дополнительную плату, но очень узкие въезд во двор, на джипе или кроссовере могут быть проблемы со въездом. Но парковка прямо под окнами квартиры, это всегда хорошо. Хозяева всегда на связи Бронировали на Booking на 4-х людей, но портезду было всего 2 спальных места, для дивана в гостинной не было постельных принадлежностей, на это хозяева ответили что квартира двухместная, хотя на фотографиях которые были в объявлении этот диван застеление и пригоден для ночёвки. Это было очень странно и получилось совсем не комфортно. Хотя количество людей с возрастом было указано!

Собствениците са се погрижили да осигурят на гостите домашен уют и комфорт. Помислено е за всеки детайл, който да бъде в удобство.

• Milona (8/5): - Cosy apartament on the ground floor close to the city center. It's in an old building but it's cute, nicely decorated and very comfy beds. All the main city atrractions were in walking distance. I wouldn't bother paying the extra tax for the private parking the seccond time. The entrance to the courtyard (where is the parking space) is very narrow but i managed. A bigger car wouldn't. Then i damaged the underbody shield of my car when i tried to park it with the front (my car is quite low in the front and the shield got stuck in the folded parking barrier). I had to take it off completely to get home since it was moving too much in the highway wind. Nobody's fault there but mine, ofcourse, but still i'd pay for the street parking next time. Also, the apartment could use more natural light but since it's ground floor not much you can do about it.

• Emanuela (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Sofia - Una struttura fatta su misura per la nostra famiglia! Perfetta per accogliere e per rendere super anche il soggiorno del nostro bimbo di 2 anni. La casa era attrezzata di culla, giochi e stoviglie. Tutto perfetto! Ambiente caldo, grande e confortevole. Posizione in centro, in una zona tranquilla ma ben servita da mezzi e negozi Nulla!

• Łukasz (10/5): - Przestronność apartamentu, kontakt z hostem, jakosc wnetrz, było wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet wiecej. Bliskosc metra, autobusow, marketow, sklepow. Bardzo szybki internet. Jak ktos nie lubi mieszkan na poziomie zero to moze miec uwagi. Lozka w pokoju mega wygodne, w salonie bardzo twarde.

• Mel (8/5): Comfy apartment close to NDK. - Really comfy apartment, in a perfect location for 5 min walk to NDK. Quiet street in general, good parking available. Nice toiletries provided in bathroom. Lovely comfy bed. Just little things really, no bath mat, no washing up liquid, bin bag in kitchen didn't fit the bin. Really noisy neighbours above the bedroom so we didn't sleep much. We couldn't figure out how to work the tv in living room, I think it needs new batteries in remote.

• Elis (9/5): I would recommend this place we left happy would book it again - In general we liked everything, it’s a cosy nice place, the host is very kind let us to check out a bit later, in the property there was toys my children were so happy to see them, even tough was nappies for babies, such a kind thinking. Location is perfect can walk to the main places what you would like to see. I definitely would recommend this place. In the mornings could hear noise from stairs mainly and the upper lever, but it’s not like something to annoy you too much
• Regina (8/5): Very good - Heart of Sofia Residence exceeded our expectations. The only downside is that when we arrive we couldn’t find the lock box for the key. Before you find the lock box, you needed a key to get to the first door which will lead you to the lock box. Good job someone was coming out from the building who let us in & showed us where to get the keys. Other than that, everything was brilliant.

Entrance to the parking is way too narrow for a regular sized car- we scratched our car during entry. Otherwise parking space and price is great.
