• Aric (8/5): Comfy, cozy, and good value! Beware stairs! - It's a bit larger than it looks in the pictures, and quite comfy! We had an easy time getting to USJ and Nara park via the nearby subway, and Dotonbori is just a few blocks away! Apartment was on the 4th floor of a building that doesn't have an elevator or any other accessiblity accomodations. Make sure you're ready for the stairs!

• GorjanJov (7/5): Good location, poor host and cleanliness - Good location and a more spacious apartment than usual in Japan. 15 min walk to central district and train stations. Not clean, lots of hair from previous occupants. Only 1 small towel provided per person, the host refused to provide any extra (no hand or hair towels). Lots of rules on what to do or else you get charged more (not too much electricity, not too much this, not too much that...). Made the experience not pleasant, personally for the same amount I will get a good hotel room next time.
• Anna (7/5): Quiet, safe, comforable but poor response time, sad hospitality, and unacceptable cookware. - I liked that there was a partition separating the bed from the living room so I could stay up a bit longer while my partner rested. The heated toilet seats were also nice. The place was clean and in good condition. Blankets and couch pillows were comfy. Fabulous location to get around Osaka. Very safe and quiet. I did not know I had to fill out a screening form for my partner. I filled out the form for myself, as instructed, prior but there was not an option that I could see to add another. He didn't tell me until last minute that the other person's form needed to be completed. My wifi connection was terrible at the place, so I had to keep filling out the form about 5 times before it finally went through. I kept trying to message him to explain the situation but no response. This led to us waiting in the cold outside for about 30 minutes before we were able to get in. Know that there are 4 flights of stairs that you will need to haul your luggage up and down! The bed was a bit hard. The skillets were all terribly scratched and the pots completely black from burnt oil that you could not use any cookware. It was also a bit off putting the read all the "house rules" including a 3000 Yen fee if you accidentally forget something there and another fee if you were not conservative enough with the utilities. I was nervous to make it warm in there or spend an extra minute in the shower.

• Joel (8/5): Grosses Zimmer - Größstes Zimmer unseres Urlaubes im Japan. Sauber. Lage gut. 10 min zu Fuß bis U-Bahn. 20 bis Namba. Nur zwei kleine Handtücher für uns beide zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein Fußtuch für nach der Dusche oder Gesichtstuch. Zum Schlafen etwas zu hell aber ok.
• 沛涵 (9/5): - 入住的手續很簡單明瞭，住宿地點一樓有日式可麗餅販賣機以及飲料自動販賣機，但可麗餅這次住宿沒有機會買到，經過注意到販賣機上都是顯示準備中。附近有很多超商以及超市，走路10分鐘左右也有車站可以坐車，很適合自由行。浴室內有浴缸可以泡澡，附洗髮、護髮、沐浴乳，也有洗衣機、吹風機可以使用，非常推薦給出國或旅遊不想帶太多沐浴用品的人來這邊住。房間內還有冰箱、快煮壺、微波爐、瓦斯爐等，可以用來簡易料理，極度推薦

• Tiffany (10/5): Excellent space in a lovely location. Short walk to the station. - Good space, furnishings and very clean. Quiet at night and a short walk from the train station which we used most days. The apartment was spotless and we were able to cook a little in the evenings. There is a brilliant supermarket a short walk away which sells everything you need. Space is sometimes hard to find so this apartment was great! The staff also helped replace something for us very promptly and no issues at all. No concerns, just be aware there are stairs up to some of the apartments. So prepare for this if you have heavy bags.

• Kathryn (7/5): Convenient location and comfortable space. Bring your own towels and toothbrushes. - The location and it felt like two rooms. The kitchen, bathroom and shower were a good size. I like that there were streaming services. We booked for 3 people but they only gave us two towels. Those towels were so small.
• Sang (5/5): Passable - Beautiful clean apartment Too far from Namba station, it is more than 1km by foot, if you got a heavy suitcase this is really far
• Felix (6/5): Pleasant - There were not enough clothes hangers for 3 people (only 3). Not enough storage space. Laundry/dryer machine does not actually dry. Unit is in a walk-up 4 flights up with no elevator.
