Здорово, что можно выйти из отеля и оказаться среди торговых рядов , но это еще и шум , который , увы , слышно. Не скажу, что он нам сильно мешал, но если хочется покоя , это место вам не подойдет

• James (9/5): Great hotel - Great hotel in a central location with walking access to multiple malls, and public transport nearby. Staff were friendly, our room was cleaned each day and we got fresh bottles of water any time we needed. TV was good and beds were comfy. Only one side of the bed has a plug socket. Shower was a bit temperamental temperature wise. It’s also in the middle of a busy night market so it’s a bit busy if first arriving in the evening - once inside it’s totally quiet though.

• Janina (7/5): Colourful hotel in hectic part of Bangkok - The room was a good size and clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable and there was a kettle with instant coffee. The staff were friendly. I liked the orange tiled bathroom and there was plenty of room to put bags off the floor. It was our last day in Thailand and the hotel ask for 1000 baht in cash which they return if you don't trash the room. It was a bit annoying as then we were given 1000 baht as we left for the airport and we could have done with it the night before when we had to go and buy supper! The location is a bit bonkers - down a covered alley of restaurants in a really hectic part of town. The view from our window was hilarious - basically the brick wall and animal droppings of the next door building. The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbours having a shower etc. I had a discount from booking.com but if I had paid full price I think I would have been a bit disappointed. Also there is no option for breakfast but there are Thai food stalls nearby.

• chx23 (6/5): Functional, Not Exceptional - Staff was exceptional, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Short walk to platinum mall & airport rail. Stars and rating given for the staff and cleanliness. Mattresses were hard, pillows too soft and blanket too thin. Walls were thin, we can hear every door opening and closing and our neighbours talking. Worse, the loud music and singing did not stop till 3+am in the night. Did not appreciate the pratunam area which is noisy and dirty but others might.

• Md. Zahed (8/5): Clean family friendly hotel - Close proximity to all the markets in Pratunam area. Cleanliness of all areas of the hotel. Most of the staff were helpful and polite. Exact location of the hotel is a bit tricky for first time travel. It is inside an alley which is difficult to locate as the signboard in not easily visible from the streets.

• Ninda Virlia (8/5): The hotel was small, in the middle of market but surprisingly completed our expectation - I like how the staff cleaned our room neatly every day, i like the bed which is soft and clean, I like the location which is in the middle of pratunam market, and I like how the hotel gives the socket to charge our phone next to our bed. The hotel didn’t give us toothpaste and toothbrush which i expected to get. And it’s difficult for us to find the hotel at the first time. A bigger sign would be much helpful. But suprisingly everytime we ordered grab, the driver knows how to get there so i think the location was just okay 😅

It is not expensive, very convenient for me because its easy access to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall and easy access to food around the area. The rooms are always clean, the staff are always very accommodating to my requests and answers all information I would need. None, that I can think of.

• Danushka (2/5): - Our stay at DiscoveryHome2 was a complete disaster. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and threatening. He constantly shouted at us instead of communicating politely. The property was full of cockroaches, and when I told him my wife felt sick and started vomiting, he simply ignored it and did not care at all. The air conditioning was not working, and when we complained, he just said, “that’s how it is,” without trying to fix anything. Even worse, although we had already paid through Booking.com, he demanded more money from us. When we refused, he threatened to call the police. This was very frightening and unacceptable. Finally, he forced us to leave, and we had to find another hotel at the last minute, which caused us extra stress and expense. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. The place is unhygienic, unsafe, and the owner is completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend that Booking.com reconsider listing this property.

Muy cerca de la estación del tren que va al aeropuerto y de varios centros comerciales. Tuvimos que dejar un depósito en efectivo y no lo habían avisado con antelación. Una mesa y unas sillas en la habitación no vendrían mal

Das hotel kann nicht angefahren werden und auch grab kuriere haben meist keine ahnung zu anlieferung
• Lasitha (10/5): Best city hotel for a budget stay... - Cleanliness overall was exceptional. Even housekeeping staff was super efficient. Main thing there is a laundry facility. Its bit expensive but worth it. As business we don't take many clothes so it was very useful. The location and access, its bit of a problem. First time it was hard to find the location. But then we got used to the place.

• Amir (7/5): Decent for the price. - Location, in the heart of the vibrant market, night market and close to all shopping areas. Location, was central but in a narrow alley, not pleasant and not accessible to big luggage. The least the hotel management would have taken it into consideration and arrange staff to help guests. When we entered the reception area all the receptionists did was stare at us struggling to drag all the luggage my wife and I had.
