• Mery (1/5): - i didn't like anything bc i didn't even get to get there since the address was wrong and when i called to ask where it was located i was told that i can't come bc they're fully booked and they forgot to mark it on booking so we were left without a place to stay late at night they were too lazy to update the info on booking so there was a double booking on a room and we didn't have a place to stay for the night and they didn't even care that we were already there they were totally unbothered. they just told us to go somewhere else at 1am

• Flightless (4/5): Disappointing - No breakfast.. location was not the one which shows I the map... No lights on the room.. no facilities that they mentioned

• Lorenzo (2/5): Book only if you don't care where you sleep - The person opening the apartment for us was very cordial although she only spoke Armenian so it was hard to communicate Everything. The "hotel" IS NOT in the position where it's said it is. Hard to find, we were helped by a local men, who was extremely helpful. The number they gave us to call WAS NOT helpful at all. The room is exacty as in the pictures but EXTREMELY unclean. The light in the bathroom did not work, the water in the shower was not working, there was only cold water since the heater was also broke. There is no terrace nor garden. Awful place,would never go back nor recommend to anyone. If we weren't in Armenia we would not have felt safe.
• Irina (5/5): Good but so dirty. - The stuff was good. It was so dirty and a little cold there. The most dirty place was bathroom. If it would be clean, I think I will love that place, but with that condition it was unpleasant.
