Jakub (4/5): Badly designed apartment, high price - The entrance to the building looks nice, 24/7 reception, there is a shared pool, the apartment has two rooms and two bathrooms, daily cleaning service included, Alexandra was quick to respond and ready to help. The apartment is TOO HOT. There are two AC units in the bedrooms. In order to be able to stay in the apartment, the AC needs to be on. The problem is that the exchange units are within the apartment - so they make noise and heat up the kitchen area. When we moved in, it was unbearably hot and the AC was not strong enough. Then Alexandra arranged maintenance staff which made the situation a little better. But still borderline bearable, we had to stay most of the time in the bedroom because kitchen area was still hot. Noise from the street. Apartment is close to the main street and the noise is annoying. Bad sleep. When the AC is on, it makes noise. On top of that, there is a clicking noise from the AC, probably from wind. I needed to sleep with ear plugs. The AC has a constant light on, so the bedroom is not fully dark. Also, there is daylight coming in around the door if you like to sleep in. The bedrooms are tiny. The kitchen has an unpractical layout of utensils. Only one key of the apartment. I hate to give a bad review but in this case most of the things cannot be easily rectified by the host. It is just a badly designed apartment. High price. We stayed in this apartment in the middle of December 2024 for a week. The price was around 400 rais per night. Given all the problems, I do not think it is worth it.
