- Christian (1/5): Schlecht, nur Mailbox, keine Antwort nach 6 mal Anrufen, SMS und E-Mail. Keine Nächtigung im Loft. - Das Loft gibt nicht an der Adresse. Ich habe die Telefonnummer 6 mal zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt um 17.30 Uhr angerufen und es ist immer die Mailbox gegangen. Auch mit E - Mail und SMS war niemand erreichbar. Bis 19.30 Uhr habe ich 15mal auf die Mailbox gesprochen und keine Antwort bekommen. Ich habe dann in einem anderen Hotel um 288Euro ein Zimmer bekommen. Bis heute wurde ich nicht zurückgerufen. Der Rechnungsbetrag wurde mir am 27.08.2024 abgebucht. Die Adresse hat keine Hausnummer. Überweisen sie mir den Betrag auf meine Kreditkarte zurück.
