Yavor (5/5): Passable - location is almost in the center of the city, the building and the apartment are new, the WiFi is good No dedicated parking space, you park on the street, if there is space. The elevator was not working, the boiler was not working, so there was no hot water in the bathroom, there is TV set, but it is not connected to anything, so you cant wathc TV.
