• Toni (8/5): Relax en pareja. - Lo que mas nos gusta es el complejo. Es bastante nuevo y las zonas comunes son muy bonitas. Todas los dias hay activadades variadas como Bingo, musica en directo, etc. Buen hotel para pasar unos dias de Relax En las habitaciones se pasa calor debido a que son planta baja y les da el sol todo el dia. Te obliga a dormir con el AC. El buffet podria ser un poco mas completo. No se concibe un desayuno internacional sin Jamon serrano o cosas tan simples como agua... Solo hay zumos y cafe.

• Roxanne (4/5): Would not recommend staying here - Honestly nothing to be honest, really wouldn't recommend. We stayed here for 8 days and honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all. There were problems from the moment we arrived, and the overall experience was really disappointing. You’re given pool towels on day one, but if you want them cleaned during your stay, you’re expected to pay extra, which felt ridiculous. The hotel also blasts loud music around the pool for hours every single day, and it doesn’t stop until 10:30pm each night. It was impossible to properly relax by the pool, read a book, or get an early night because the music was so loud everywhere. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. The room wasn’t actually cleaned during our stay, they just made the bed and left. The coffee provided was apparently only for day one. Honestly, you’d get more coffee by checking out and making a new booking. The mini fridge doesn't work either. Even the safe in the room they tell you to pay for per day of your stay! For an 8-day stay, the level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. Food was another major issue. We informed the hotel in advance that we needed vegan options, but there was basically nothing available. At breakfast, I was told to make my own porridge in the microwave with dairy-free milk provided, while staff prepared fresh options for everyone else. It felt lazy and completely unaccommodating. To top it off, most of the pool loungers were broken, so every day became a hunt to find one that actually stayed flat and was usable. Overall, the hotel felt badly maintained, poorly managed, and nowhere near relaxing. Definitely not somewhere we’d stay again.
• Maria (1/5): Falta de seguridad imperdonable - El alojamiento era bonito, cómodo y estaba limpio toda nuestra estancia fue agradable hasta… Hasta que un hombre se coló en nuestra habitación borracho, vomito y se tumbó en nuestra cama, cuando llegamos después de cenar nos encontramos la puerta abierta y al entrar y dar a la luz le vimos al fondo tumbado en nuestra cama. Fuimos corriendo a recepción y sacaron al hombre que estaba muy borracho. No entendemos cómo pudo entrar a nuestra habitación. Nos ofrecieron dormir en otra habitación y volver a la nuestra cuando estuviera limpia. A la mañana siguiente a las 11 la habitación seguía sin limpiar y tuvimos que recoger nuestras cosas con el vomito seco por medio. Muy desagradable. Fue una falta de seguridad y de higiene grave.
• Antonio (5/5): Missed Potential - The all-inclusive food selection was very poor for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the drinks were mostly syrup, making the all-inclusive a very bad idea. The room stank of humidity. The staff was unfriendly, they all looked bored and jaded. No matter how excited or friendly I was to greet them or ask for anything, a taxi, a drink, no one shared a smile, made eye contact, or had a frown on their face. I decided to sacrifice this hotel's remote location for a better experience, but that was a mistake.

• Laura (6/5): Bien, logement animé - Le logement est propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre tres belle. La piscine est agréable. Le réceptionniste parle plusieurs langues et est sympathique. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le côté très "resort" de l'hôtel. Il y a énormément de monde dans l'hôtel, pas du tout intimiste. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, il faudra passer votre chemin mais si vous aimez le all inclusive, vous êtes au bon endroit. Un gros moins sur le buffet (petit déjeuner et diner dans notre cas): trop de choix et quel gaspillage ! Quel dommage

El gimnasio no es grande pero tiene todo lo que uno necesita mantener la fuerza. Lo unico que deberia uno tener en cuenta que las camas son cortas para alguien de 1,86 cm como yo. Desconozco si hay camas más largas.

• Alexandra (7/5): Prachtig clubachtig hotel op mooie locatie maar wel met kleine verbeteringen - Heerlijk rustige locatie, mooie kamers en goede buffetten en absoluut een prachtig clubachtig hotel. Mooi verbouwd Kwaliteit van de schoonmaak van de kamer, wat afstandelijk personeel en dat je voor meerdere dingen moest bijbetalen die ik op dit niveau wel gratis zou verwachten. Tevens miste ik een gezellige plek voor in de avond met loungebanken enzo.

• Marina (10/5): ¡Repetiría sin duda! - El hotel estaba limpio, cuidado y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Un hotel no muy grande por lo que todo era más familiar y cercano. El animador muy simpático igual que todo el personal. La comida del bufet estaba buena sobre todo la fruta, bollería casera y el café. Ofrecían autobús a la playa pero nosotros cogimos coche de alquiler y es algo totalmente recomendable. El gimnasio era en una sala pequeña. La comida bufet estaba rica pero me dio pena que el pescado estaba demasiado hecho. Algunas hamacas habría que remplazarlas.

El agua de la piscina climatizada, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Lo que menos es que la comida era muy industrial y de poca calidad! Para lo que pagas muy del montón y que el hotel no se podía fumar y todos los huéspedes fumaban y nadie les decía nada. Y también que nos ganamos un premio y no pudimos canjearlo otros día ya que nos dijeron que solo era para cuando estuviéramos en el hotel! Las bebidas muy básicas.

Er is geen service bij het zwembad, je moet zelf de drankjes gaan halen. Ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe, de meeste zijn doorgezakt.

• Luis (8/5): Hotel muy completo en una ubicación con muy buena climatología - El desayuno es completo y variado. El personal es muy amable, desde recepción, restauración y limpieza. La limpieza de las habitaciones es perfecta. Se puede hacer el late-checkout con un precio de 10€/hora. El aparcamiento asfaltado está muchas veces completo; cuando esto ocurre, hay un descampado (sin asfaltar) fuera del hotel dudosamente vigilado, mal iluminado. El aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones no es muy bueno, pero como hay pocos "vecinos" de habitación por la disposición del hotel, no es mayor problema.

La cena es poco variada y nada especial. La piscina que se ve en las fotos con camas balinesas es solo para las suites superiores, está cerrada esa área del hotel para los demás, por lo que no son tan amplias las instalaciones como parece en las fotos. La piscina principal es pequeña. Está aislado de las zonas de interés, se necesita coche para cualquier movilidad.

• Elena (9/5): - Lo mejor es la tranquilidad que tiene, las instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias. El personal de recepción y limpieza, muy amables y trabajadoras. Pues da mucha pena la baja calidad de la comida...el desayuno es lo único que se salva y gracias al snack de la tarde (hamburguesas, perritos, pizza o sándwich) no pasas hambre después de la cena! El personal del comedor también un poco desordenado. Otra cosa son las hamacas y las camas, se hunden y la verdad que te levantas con la espalda destrozada.

Sehr abgelegen, ohne Auto sehr weiter Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Das Zimmer war feucht, schimmeliger Geruch. Wasser aus der Dusche war wohl unter den Fußboden und unter den Wandschrank gelaufen. Die Schiebetür zum Bad war defekt mit hoher Verletzungsgefahr am Griff. Reparatur erst nach zweimaliger Reklamation und Fotos an die Direktion. Das Frühstücks Buffet war wenig abwechslungsreich, obwohl Frühstückszeit bis 10:30 Uhr wurde ab 10:00 nicht mehr nachgelegt.

• MARIA (3/5): Un hotel nada recomendable. - Realmente no me gustó nada de este hotel. Las instalaciones comunes son pequeñas y están bastante regular cuidadas. El césped de la zona de adultos es artificial malo. En la habitación había una cucaracha enorme. Pedí una plancha y no tienen plancha. No tienen tampoco kit dental. Te venden un todo incluido y dicen que si pagas 4€ más el alcohol es de mejor calidad y no es cierto. El bufete de la hora de la comida es bastante pobre. El resto de batalla.

Til ekstra penger kunne man betale for: ferskpresset appelsinjuice (4 Euro), vannkoker. Halvpensjon hadde ikke noe drikke inkludert. Hotellet lå helt for seg selv, ingen butikker eller restauranter i nærheten. Vi hadde leiebil og brukte den til alt Det var to knagger på hele rommet, ingen mulighet for å tørke håndklær, badetøy Hull i sengetøy Fukt og mugg på badet, veldig dårlig ventilasjon Møkkete, flekkete sofa og pynteputer All maten unntatt kaker/dessert var tørr, kjedelig, prefabrikert. De de lagde selv, var ikke godt. Jeg bestilte glutenfri toast og fikk: en gang god ristet toast, en gang svart brent, en gang rett fra mikrobølgeovn og en gang baguette som var halvfrossen. Man kunne bestille glutenfrie retter. Pizza var ok. Spagetti kom halvkokt (måtte tygges gjennom) i mye vann nederst og ferdigsaus over. De burde droppe animasjon, sprake kokken og lage og begynne å lage ordentlig mat
• Line (5/5): - La situation L'amabilité du personnel La chambre, quasi la seule chambre de l'étage qui ne donne pas sur la mer , mais encastrée dans le rocher, sur l'arrière. Donc, sombre. On se serait cru dans une cave... Et cela au prix fort.... frustré

• Olivia (7/5): Very lovely, a few minor issues, but wouldn’t put me off returning - Great location, just a quick taxi into melonares. Very clean Have to pay if you want the beach towels changed. Have to pay for water, all inclusive users got a tap to use.
• Michael arthur Slater (8/5): - The grounds were stunning. The Breakfast was excellent. Location is fantastic. The Beds and the bedroom are no better than an average hotel. Not really worth the money they charge.
