Guest Reviews
- DavZai88 (8/5): -
- Oleksandra Shapovalova (8/5): Very nice hotel and room with incredibly welcoming management and owner. - The suite is more like an apartment, very convenient, great bathroom, nice comfortable bed. A little darker then in the picture, but there is a special charme about it, especially it you travel as a couple.
- Nenovska (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brad (6/5): Pleasant - The room was very nice, and breakfast was delicious. The location was great. The wifi was out all 4 nights we were there and the room is in a cell dead spot. Not ideal when traveling abroad. Additionally, getting ahold of staff was difficult. They never answered the number provided. Only confirmed communication was through booking.com messaging. They assured me multiple times that a technician confirmed the internet was working.
Assuming the wifi worked, we would have been very satisfied with our stay.
- Sue (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Natalie
was very helpful and gave us great suggestions where to dine and what was a must see. Our room could have a better set up. Window shades were coming off which allowed a bright red neon light, inside the hallway, to shine right into our room. I asked if it could be turned off but, was told no.
Awful room decor overall. Get rid of all the “Skull Artwork.” in the whole place.
Bathroom shower and toilet had excellent pressure. Bathroom sink was in the room and very low, on a riser, not good. Stubbed our toes on it at least 5 times each. No place to put on makeup.
- Ian (8/5): Central to all major attractions and restaurants and shops - Great location, walking distance to all the major sights.
Nathalie was extremely helpful.
- Ciro (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! The rooms are amazing very meticulously furnished. The staff is gentle and kind, Alessandra is the perfect host! Highly recommended!

- Edward (10/5): Terrific in a great location. - Room was above a restaurant, actually went through restaurant but it worked. Chic, clean, clearly with a high design aesthetic, it exceeded our expectations at every level. And of course the people were the best. From the owner down - competent professional and friendly - always available and willing to help. Maybe a little noisy early in the evening? But quiet by 9 always. An elevator would have been nice although it was only a flight of stairs and only problem with luggage - of course the staff carried our bags up and down. Keys to the room need TLC but I’m being picky.
- Diane (10/5): Excellent location - Centrally located The water pressure showing comes in and out.
- Teresa (10/5): Great little boutique hotel. - Wonderful location..Mere minutes from the Spanish steps. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. They left us a to go breakfast hanging on the coat rack As we had an early flight. Short ride to the airport arranged by owner
left a fruit plate on the table. In the room. Pretty quiet. Would have liked to have an american plug available. not handicapped accessible.. A couple steps up even to the elevator.
- Rula (10/5): Great stay. Check in time was at 12 PM, but the host was kind enough to grant us a place to keep our bags until our chec - Cozy setting. Nothing.
- Grazia (8/5): Great location in the centre of Rome - Great location, lots of space, well laid out bathroom. Nice cakes for breakfast. Nothing I can think of.
- Fatin (1/5): Communication with the host was difficult and bad. We communicated about requesting the password for the Internet and th - Location Communication with the host was difficult and bad. We communicated about requesting the password for the Internet and there was no response. When I logged out, communication took place and there was also no response, and this is very bad.
- Gerard (9/5): Superb -

- Alaattin77 (10/5): Exceptional - The design, the size of room and especially bath, the comfortable bed and nice staff. And as usual, perfect location, good done..to me 🤣 The room key 😉
- Olive (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nick (9/5): Great staff, fabulous location, comfortable room. - Everything. Very cool and eclectic.
- Diogo (10/5): An excellent experience in a cozy hotel. - The apartment is cozy and well located, close to most of main touristic areas. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious.
- Kym (10/5): A perfect alternative to a boutique hotel - This is a great boutique property with its own elegant style. It’s quite unusual because it consists of rooms (3, I think) within a high end restaurant. You actually walk in through the restaurant, though it’s not as weird as it sounds. Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. There is a lift to the first floor rooms (it’s a bit quirky - hint, keep the button/s pressed and it’s fine). Location is excellent - on the Spanish Steps/Piazza del Popolo end of Rome, and only a few steps from the Tiber River. The Colosseum end of the city is walkable, but if not, the bus system is good, and there are bus routes nearby. For Rome, value is good for such a quality property - it was one of the highlights in our 6 week trip. Staff are very nice too. Breakfast choices were delicious, not extensive but good quality. Nothing
- Elina (9/5): Superb - Very good location. The room was quiet, no noise from the street. Excellent bed. Nice room, different in a good way. Breakfast ok. View from the window.
- Michael (10/5): Wonderfully charming. I would definitely book here again if available. - Great location. 2 minutes from Piazza del Popolo. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. A very unassuming building on arrival but so much character. Amazing what can be achieved with the right creative/designer. But then, we are in Rome!
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
- Paisley (10/5): Cute stay in a fantastic location, clean, friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay again. - Everything!
The property was in a great location, it was very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, welcoming, aesthetically beautiful room.
It was really wonderful. Nothing.
- Tinatini (8/5): good if you want to try smth different. - nice room. no reception or anyone at night, its more airbnb type. breakfast basically non existent. i would say they should call it coffee and slice of cake.
- Benjamin (8/5): A well-located and charming boutique hotel. - A lovely suite of rooms, with thoughtful touches like fruit, gorgeous writing paper and a Lavazza coffee machine, overlooking a courtyard. The staff were charming and friendly. The bathroom was huge, marble-lined and spotless. There was a typical Italian breakfast of sweet croissants, cakes, tarts and fruit every morning. The rooms were new and still had a few teething problems like difficulty with the lock (swiftly repaired, with many apologies) and a bathroom door that didn’t close properly. But nothing that detracted from the stay.
- Martha (7/5): Good - The room was very artfully done, comfortable bed, good bathroom and nice restaurant. The key!!! Ancient skeleton key opened door. It took 20 minutes of fiddling every time to open. Moreover, you had to use key from inside to close and open door. Very easy to get locked in. It was ridiculous. Also there was a long narrow steep set of stairs to get to room from restaurant and you could hear restaurant chatter until quite late.
