Guest Reviews

- Jordan (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is ideally located 1 minute from the Trevi and only 5 mins from the metro station. The kitchen was well equipped if you did want to cook and overall the apartment was clean on arrival. The host kindly let us check in earlier which was great with two bags You won’t sleep due to the light. The apartment is located on the inside courtyard and at the time of our stay had works going on, these started early each morning. On top of this due to being on the first floor the lamp outside shone into the room and stays on until sunrise, there is a lack of curtains to reduce this- even closing the shutters and the net does not help.
- Ainsworth (6/5): Would be lovely without those builders! - The location is incredibly central for exploring lots of different parts of Rome. The road itself is very busy and noisy but the flat faces into the square at the back of the building which is a real oasis. The flat looks onto a building site presently!! All the flats to the right of the quad are being modernised. The builders begin at 6am every day! We had no idea beforehand. The property is expensive and obviously now very noisy so it felt rather unfair that we had to pay an extra 30 euros for checking in after 8pm. The other issue is the bedroom window has a light curtain and there is a bright street lamp right outside. This would be so easy for the owners to rectify but it meant that the bedroom was light all night. It just needs a black out curtain.
- Uribe (5/5): Imposible Dormir y descansar - Location. sleeping is impossible! forget to rest if you stay in this place. Within the same patio where the rooms are, there is a construction that starts work at 6am every day and even on Sundays. The noise and light is unbearable. The most annoying thing is that they never warned about these inconveniences. Is not a hotel. No cleaning, no clean towels.

- Kaljusto (7/5): Very special to be situated this central and close to Trevi fountain. - Great location, clean apartment, spacious bathroom, friendly host. You can hear everything from the garden and people entering/leaving the building as well as the renovation of the building next to our stay.

- Grant (10/5): Happy times in Trevi - A great central location, right in the heart of Rome. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner/ manager always answered any text messages extremely promptly and was always on time when meeting us. Well stocked tea and coffee and a nice bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The even arranged our transfers to and from the airport Make sure you pull the wooden shutters at night as it’s very bright outside, but this isn’t a criticism, just advice!
