• Marcelo (7/5): Ótima localização, Sr. Flávio muito atencioso, infraestrutura no geral boa, mas necessário ajustes - Localização excepcional, boas dimensões dos cômodos, Cozinha, área externa compartilhada para 3 quartos, mobiliário bom. O proprietário muito atencioso. Área externa bem mobiliada com mesas, cadeiras, etc.... O wi-fi não cobre o quarto todo. Muito difícil o acesso a internet na área privativa. Pode-se dizer que tem apenas na área compartilhada e para acessos ao imóvel. Apesar do banheiro ter um ótimo espaço, não há ganchos para pendurar as toalhas ( considerando para 4 pessoas), não há bancada para colocação de itens de higiene, o box do chuveiro é escorregadio, não há suporte para itens de banho e o chuveiro é ruim e falta manutenção. O aquecimento do chuveiro é instável e o fluxo de água é ruim.

• Carla (9/5): - Struttura accogliente centrale e in un punto strategico vicino al Vaticano raggiungibile a piedi e al foro italico che abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo tramite un autobus. Si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è servita di negozi di vario tipo. Stanze comode pulite e ambiente comune e spazio esterno carino e accogliente. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio per chi vuole soggiornare a Roma e vuole una struttura comoda pulita e in posizione ottima.
• Alberto Riva (8/5): - Posizione vicino alla metro, comoda se si arriva in treno. Nonostante sia su una strada trafficata la nostra stanza dava sul cortile interno ed era molto silenziosa. Letto molto comodo e grande. Disponibilità al deposito bagagli per l'intera giornata alla partenza. Suggerirei un appendiabiti in stanza.

A huge advantage is that you can rent 3 rooms with private bathrooms, access to the kitchen, and a great terrace. On the downside, the host charged us a tax of 6 euros per person per day. In the listing, it says that the price includes all fees.

• Italia (9/5): Soggiorno nel cuore di Roma con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro Ottaviano (ci si arriva in 5 minuti a piedi) e a piazza San Pietro (ci si arriva con una passeggiata piacevolissima di 10 minuti), nonchè a ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo. Da sottolineare anche l'enorme disponibilità dello staff, che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La struttura è ampia ed anche le camere: noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di aver preso l'appartamento tutto per noi e quindi abbiamo utilizzato moltissimo (complice il bel tempo) anche la terrazza esterna e la cucina. Nulla, è andato tutto benissimo.

• andrei danciu (8/5): - The app is situated in a good location, near bus station and Metro station. You have also access to a kitchen, fully equiped and a terace, this is good for families. The matress from the bed is too soft, but it is a personal option. The rooms are not phonic isolated, so you can hear almost everything from the other rooms, which is a problem.

• Hans (8/5): Nice apartment one block from the Vatican museum - Great location; one block from the Vatican museum and a few blocks from the nearest subway station. Supermarket, restaurants and busstops nearby. Area was perceived as safe. Nice classical Roman appartment building. The outside sitting area was great for breakfast or evening tea. Spacious room and bathroom. Locking/unlocking with an app worked fine for us. Friendly and helpful host. AC worked fine (October, see below) The door between the bedroom and the shared hall (two other rooms/apartments) is not sound-proof so when neighbors use the shared kitchen this is quite audible. Two of the three rooms/apartments (including ours) are located at a street with quite heavy traffic daytime. Outside windows need to remain closed when sleeping so we needed the AC which worked well. Kitchen well equipped with machines but some more cups and glasses would be handy as well as an instruction for separating trashes. There is a cord in the bathroom which one could think would start a vent but instead it starts an (assistance) alarm in the shared hall. A sign indicating this would prevent the alarm going off late at night by mistake,
• Roman (7/5): Comfortable room, nice host but you cannot enter without phone - Clean room, terrace, kitchen (in case someone needs it) and good location. The host was very nice, explained everything. Internet door locks are useless. The property uses virtual door keys - you need to use your smartphone app to open the door. Just imagine, you are coming late evening and battery in your phone is dead - you have no chance to enter your room. Owner is very nice, everything was very good but these internet locks are overcomplicated, useless system

• Roberta (10/5): Great location, nice host, will come back. - Great location, very close to the subway. If you like to walk it's also easy to reach the centre on foot in 30-40min, which I did at night, it's a safe area (I'm a woman and so was my friend). It's also quiet (but not deserted) at night in the sense that you don't hear music or traffic that may keep you from sleeping, which is often the case in the centre. There are also a few bus options at night (and of course in the morning, but during the day the subway is better, depending on your destination). We never felt the need to take an Uber/taxi, which was very good for our wallets. There are restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets and shops in the area, all in a 5min range. The room was clean, big enough for two people, and I really liked the fact that there's a private bathroom. I saw a cleaning person in the common areas (kitchen, balcony) every morning; indeed the kitchen was clean despite the place being fully booked (there are three rooms in total I think). There's a Nespresso machine in the kitchen, which is very convenient, I need my coffee asap to get going. The balcony is nice and sunny. There's free WiFi, and the 4G connection is also good. The host was a nice and polite, answered my messages promptly, met me for check-in at the time we agreed, and managed door locks through a smartphone webapp, which was very handy (if you're reading this and don't feel comfortable with technology, no worries, it's grandma-proof and you just have to push a few buttons). There wasn't anything in particular I disliked, I had a good time! (I was mostly out after 10am and would come back later in the evening at 9pm or directly after midnight.)

• אריה (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable room - The room is located inside an apartment, and is one of three rooms. Entry to the apartment and room is digital, and done via an application. For me it was very convenent. Not sure that it works for anyone. Our room was specious. The bathroom is very big and the shower was good. The bad was Ok. WIFI strong in the apartment, less in the room. There is a small fridge in the room. The shared area of the apartment includes big and well equipped kitchen. and a big inner garden. The Vatican museums are 4 minutes walk from the apartment, and the Ottaviano metro station (linea A) is also in a short walking distance. The owner, Flavio, leaves not far, and he was nice and helpful host The apartment is in a very busy street. Big problem if you are coming with a car
• Juan (5/5): Good place but....doubt i'd go back again. - I think overall the room met with our expectations. Particularly, the location is close to the main places that anyone would like to visit in rome and main transport facilities. Coming to the room we witnessed a weird situation where the owner was sort of physically struggling with a woman from the building. Once the owner saw us he immediately stopped and acted as nothing happened. This clearly left us with a negative impression although the facilities were in optimal conditions. Furthermore, maybe the check-in could've be done easier. Everything seems fairly automized but the owner insisted on being in the place to give us complete access keys. This could be probably improven.

The kitchen was new and very functional, there was a lovely terrace, and the host was extremely helpful and flexible. In addition, the apartment has one of the best locations in Rome for vacation and relaxation. Everything was absolutely perfect.
