- Andrea Arlene (10/5): Perfect location, surrounded by locals. Absolutely safe day and night! - Very clean and spacious appartment, can sleep 4 persons (one dbl, 1 twin), maybe one more on the sofa. The owners, Larissa and her father, attended us very nicely, and Larissa even lent me her hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen. The building is at the edge of ‚old‘ Santa Maria and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Nice morning coffee at a local bar for locals, two blocks from the appartment. The local market is also a only a couple of minutes away. All beautifully away from the all-inclusive resorts.

- Raquel (10/5): Great place to explore Santa Maria - I loved the apartment, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location was great, it is walking distance to the main beaches and close to restaurants and supermarkets in a local neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this property, the hosts was always available and reachable. Bonus points, it had a moka coffee pot!
