• Anizio Neto (10/5): Excelente acomodação - Excelente estrutura, com área de lazer confortável. A acomodação é funcional e muito confortável. Houve a quebra de um prato e, ao informar o ocorrido ao anfitrião, ele informou que não seria necessária a reposição nem o pagamento do custo. O anfitrião questionou que a “organização” da acomodação estaria em desacordo com o previsto, enviando duas fotos nas quais havia embalagem vazia sobre a mesa e almofadas fora do sofá. Na composição do valor da hospedagem existe uma taxa de limpeza, e as evidências apresentadas não fogem da normalidade. Esse desconforto não refletiu na avaliação nem na satisfação com a hospedagem.

Apesar de ter ficado somente 02 diárias, desde o dia que cheguei recebi 04 mensagens lembrando do checkout. Achei bem desagradável. Ainda mais se comparado com aquelas que perguntavam como estava a estada - apenas uma. Tirou o brilho da hospedagem.
