• Tzermnia (7/5): - very modern and clean, spacious and quiet with updated appliances host is very nice and responsive at any time shower was too small where only one person fits was equipped with no food or snacks whatsoever, just 2 cookies and capsules for the coffee machine couch had stains on it so we avoided spending time in the living room no extra towels for emergencies or pillows. we just had one each for three nights

• Sandip (10/5): It was all great as promised. - The host was prompt to respond to my queries before and during the stay. She had taken a good care of our daily needs during the stay. The entry to the property need a phone call/message from the front door to the host. If you don't have a working mobile connection it may be a problem. Please make sure that you have access to phone call or message.

• Веселина (8/5): Nice and cosy apartment next to a metro station - Nice, well furnished and equipped apartment in a great location. It is in a good neighbourhood, close to a metro station. It was easy to communicate with the host, who is helpful and polite. There was even a desert left as a welcome gift. There are 3 things we didn't like: - Don't get confused by "Breakfast included"... There is no breakfast included, but rather snacks (some packed cookies and kids juice boxes). There is tea and coffee in the apartment. - In Booking it says that you should pay additionally for daily cleaning... Maybe this is our bad, because we didn't see where to pay that additionally, but in any case, for 3 night stay no one came to clean or change towels. So it doesn't really matter if you are for 1 night or 3, if you don't pay, no one comes to check. - The bedroom is situated at the noisy side of the apartment and I guess the windows are not noise isolated, because at night it is pretty noisy. For us it wasn't a problem, because we were exhausted from touring around, but for people who prefer quiet rooms bare this in mind.
• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and beautiful apartment Apartment looks very good, comfortable bed , slept very well. Amazing communication. Definitely come back again.
• Carmen (4/5): Disappointing - We loved the space, it was very big. The bathroom was very small. It had a very contemporary look but there was no washer as was stated in the room amenities. The shower leaked so much due to insufficient coverage at bottom & drain too close to your feet it was easy to step on. Water leaked all the way to the door & we had to use the only 2 towels provided to soak it up. After 1 (no more than 10 min shower), there was no more hot water in the shower. We contacted the host about the breakfast included and didn't get a response that night to getting a knock on the door with someone bringing towels and "their version" of breakfast pastries which consists of potato chips, children's juice boxes and store bought cookies. Along with a peach pie, which we find several of in a drawer (goes to show for freshness). AC unit took forever to turn on, and there were no instructions on how to use it. There was no washer, and there were several days of stairs to get to a tiny elevator with a lot of luggage. There was a sign advising please sheets to garbage disposal policy, but there was only 1 garbage can. Language barrier was the worst, but after the 1 night host contacted me the next morning but I told her we found another place to stay. She advised that we get a refund for 4 nights (we were supposed to stay 5), so I'll be grateful for that when it happens. Booking.com called me, spoke to the host, and advised of the same refund. If these issues were resolved, the place would be a very quaint economical choice.

• Tom (7/5): Fantastic few days. More information about access to the property would help. More info to access the property. Stop adv - Nice and clean. Enough stuff in the apartment to make your snacks and drinks if your having food in the room. Joining instructions too vague. Video to enter cut out at second door. Had to ring host to get to room. Too many keys to enter property with no information about what does what. One key for first entry door another for the next, another for the lift, which you have to use to operate it. And another for the apartment. Saying bed and breakfast is pushing it a lot. Whatever the bread things were I don’t know and small jars of jam does not make a breakfast. Ok tea coffee making facilities but no milk provided. Lidl around the corner so stock the room better.
