pia (7/5): Frio - Ubicacion Mala la calefacción. En el 2do cuarto, además, el caloventor hace saltar la termica.
Francisco (7/5): - A localização é ótima. Las Nieves, Vitacura, região do Parque Arauco é fantástica para quem procura segurança, charme, limpeza, boas opções de compras e gastronomia. As fotos não traduzem exatamente o que é o imóvel, que é bem antigo, com uma reforma aceitável. Quando chegamos o imóvel tinha tolhas umidas, vaso sanitário com cheiro e resto de arroz na pia, nada que comprometa mas que também nao ajuda. O sistema de aquecimento é aceitável, os chuveiros sao bons, mas a agua quente acaba quando 4 pessoas precisam tomar banho em sequencia.
