• Frances1234 (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - It's right in the middle of party central so expect it to be noisy. We loved it. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite was very good. The curtains didn't fit the windows, the room was very bright but for what we paid it was fine. The location is excellent. Around the corner is the hub and excitement and close enough to public transport. There was a working kettle, a fridge and a hair dryer. We stayed in a triple room. It was spacious and cosy effective. Would recommend and we will be back. The curtains didn't fit and were too bright apart from that it was perfect for what we wanted.... Cheap & cheerful

• El (1/5): Terrible Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs - Lage This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The floor was dirty, and the bed linen was covered in mold. On the first night, we couldn’t sleep because of the strong mold odor, combined with the loud noise from bars and clubs nearby. We asked at reception if we could switch rooms, and they showed us other rooms, but they were just as bad, if not worse. Some were filled with cigarette smoke. One of the reception staff told us we could move to another hotel owned by the same chain in Harbiye, but we’d have to pay an extra €10 per night for a room with a balcony. We reluctantly agreed. The next day, we switched hotels. The balcony door was left open, so we didn’t notice the mold smell right away, but as soon as we closed the door, the smell came back. This hotel was also filthy, and to make matters worse, it had no elevator.

In this hotel, me and my wife were not at all comfortable because there were mice in this hotel and the window did not close properly. It was arranged after the night of the 5th. How can it not be arranged when you know that the client will be accommodated there. We have not been able to sleep comfortably because of the bed because it was not comfortable and after every movement of the body it made a noise.
• Iryna (4/5): Doesn’t worth the stay. - The guy at the check-in desk didgis best to try to help us, using his google translate. Very sweet. That's the only thing we liked about the hotel. Mold in the bathroom, tiniest sink, wobbly door lock, scratchy bedding… VERY loud neighborhood and poor sound isolation of the building. Crazy steep stairs, top floor doesn’t have handrails. And the worst - they faked the pictures! The room with stylish gray walls, brick ceiling and clean bathroom doesn’t exist in this hotel! Only rooms with white walls. I believe it should be the reason to ban the hotel from booking.com.

• Hana (7/5): The price and place is adequate for a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel - Super nice staff, helped with everything I needed even though they don’t speak english, only the lady with a strong african accent did (they provided me a kitchen stove, a pan and a knife for cooking) Overall pretty clean Noisy at night (bc of the music club next to the hotel) No elevator and narrow stairs - I didn’t mind, but lazy tourists with big luggages may do My room wasn’t ready the 1st day (I don’t get why when I did the reservation in advance, however the owner provided me another room - I had a place to stay so I wasn’t upset about it) Clean but very old wrinkly sheets, some new sheets would make a good difference

• Matouš (1/5): Not much for sleeping - I could check in at 2 am and the receptionist was waiting for me Not bad for the value i supose The room is probably oasis in comparison to streets around it full of dru kards, hookers, homeless people and quite messy street. Bathroom was alright. Also there was soap, towel, slippers. And fridge and kettle for simple stuff. If you are heavy sleeper and smoker, this could be good value for you. If you plan on sleeping here and you aint heavy sleeper, forget it. At night you will hear loud noises from busy street full of nightclubs, in the morning if your neighbour will have his tv on at 6 am you will basically know the plot as the walls are from cardboard. I had room right next to reception. Aka near entrance. For some reason that did not really give me sense of security. Also the bed smelled horribly after cigaretts.

• Svarozich (4/5): You can try, but if disco will come for you, don't shy to switch room or hotel - Location is good, and personal is ready to help. The price was lower then other same rooms on the site. There are rooms were you do not need to go to the disco, disco already inside it till 3 a.m. absolutely no possibility to sleep. Thing inside the room was damaged. One chair was was broken, door lock in bathroom not clossed, same to wash handler, window and other small things...

• Chy (5/5): Passable - The behaviour of the receptionist was really helpful unlike other turkish people,she did tried to help me as much as she could despite not knowing english. Location is good as on the main taksim square is way more expensive the hotels are. To go to the washroom was very difficult,u literally need to jump to go up and come down from the washrooom which is impossible to do for any people of determination or a bit aged person. Also its a small motel not a hotel 5 to 7mins walk from istiklal street(but its a bit inside). From the ground there are only stairs to go up,if u have big luggage then u better be careful,as u urself has to bear the pain to pull it up all by urself from those steepy stairs. Also too noisy at night as the motel is adjacent to a crowded street.

• Khalid (7/5): Location accessible but too noisy in the evening/night - The staff makes a great effort to understand the needs of the customers and satisfy them. They changed the room for us immediately after we complained about cockroaches, and they started disindating our old room. The property is very close to Taksim Avenue and Square, and bus stations. No elevator, so difficult to go up to the 3rd floor for the elderly and pregnant women or even to bring up the big suitcases. A nightclub is located downstairs from the property, so don't dream of sleeping a full night.

• Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Great room and staff. They always asked if everything was fine with my living here. There are no questions about the cleanliness of the room. The location is also very good, especially for those who get from / to the airport by bus. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's not a problem for me. Also special thanks to the receptionist Nick, he made my stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay once again here.
