Als Gast erwarte ich, dass ein Zimmer gecheckt wird bevor ich einen Gast habe. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken, die Laken auch. Auf dem Bett lagen tote Ameisen und gereinigt wurde sicher nur der Boden. Überall Dreck. Auf meine Bitte die Stühle auf der Terrasse zu reinigen kam die Dame nach. Erst jetzt erkannte man das die Stühle Gelb waren. Neue Laken und Handtücher bekamen wir auch Der Pool war nicht ansprechend, Bilder verfälscht den Eindruck. Ich finde wenn man Gäste beherbergen möchte sollte man nicht nur die Dollars im Blick haben sondern dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen, sonst fühlt man sich abgezockt

Que el lugar no es fácil de llegar en el sentido que no aparece con el mismo nombre para la ubicación, fue difícil el proceso para ingresar y no hay buena señal lo que complicó el ingreso y el lugar en el exterior estaba sucio, parecía que no lo habían limpiado, al ingresar a la casa encontramos una cucaracha muerta.

• TORRES QUESADA (9/5): - Lo que más nos gustó a mí pareja y a mi fueron varias cosas en primer lugar la atención. Segundo y muy importante, la habitación #12 con vista frente al mar para apreciar el atardecer o amanecer es genial, la privacidad y el silencio que experimentamos fue muy buena. Nos gustó poder parquear el carro frente a la cabina Por otro lado la seguridad de él lugar con portónes de seguridad. La hijiene en general, muy buena y muy bien equipada. Lo recomieno.. Todo estuvo bien.

If this was £25-£30 per night then I would have said this is good value, but we paid £45 with booking.com discounts. I would say this or any more is too steep for the aesthetic of the room and the location (not much to do in this area).

Nos dieron la habitación 1 y cuando llegamos sacamos la llave de la cajita de seguridad y al entrar habían dos personas durmiendo en la habitación! Llamamos al hospedaje y no respondieron. Tuvimos que resolverlo entre los inquilinos. A los dos nos habían asignado la habitación 1. El hospedaje nunca resolvió nada. Ni siquiera recibimos una disculpa. Todos los mensajes que enviamos a Macaw fueron ignorados

La piscina a mi parecer estaba un poco sucia,creo que un punto de mejora es que debería estar una persona en las instalaciones por que duramos mucho en entrar a las instalaciones, también una situación con otro huésped, que por accidente dejó las llaves adentro de la habitación, el señor le ocurrió el incidente a las 3:00 a.m y pudo ingresar a su habitación hasta casi las 11 de la mañana porque al parecer no había nadie cerca para poder resolver la situación.

De hoofdkussens van het bed waren veel te dik en te hard. We hebben de kleine sierkussentjes maar gebruikt. Verder was de airconditioning enorm vies. Zo vies dat er vieze stink lucht uit kwam. We hebben zelf de filters eerst maar schoongemaakt. Niet hygiënisch.

• Anke (9/5): Perfekt für eine Nacht - Eine schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Jaco. Das traditionelle Frühstück und der Kaffee werden morgens ab 8 gebracht. Es gibt fussläufig Restaurants ( MARISQUERIA EL CORAL hervorragende frische Fischplatte für 2 Personen) und eine dänische Bäckerei mit Brot und Brötchen, wo man auch frühstücken könnte. Der Checkout ist bis 12, so dass man noch entspannt baden gehen kann am riesigen Strand. Geweckt wurden wir von herrlichen roten Aras. Mir persönlich war der Strassenverkehr etwas laut und es fehlt gemütliches Licht aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

• Jacob (6/5): Fantastic location but otherwise the unit I stayed in was not clean at all and needs attention - Fantastic location, nice quiet beach! All of the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them. Pillows were rock hard and unusable, shower was in pretty rough shape and there’s no screen on the door and no openable windows so you can’t have fresh air off the sea which is unfortunate. Also weirdly there are no lights or light switches by the bed, and coffee pot was not cleaned on arrival and didn’t work.

• trujillo (5/5): - Duramos 1 hora tratándo de ingresar al lugar el portón no servía, no habia nadie en el lugar que nos recibiera y no contestaban a los números de reserva. Después de una hora contestaron y nos ayudaron a entrar . La habitación no tenía papel higiénico ni jabon . La piscina estaba demasiado sucia toda el área llena de hojas se ve que no se limpiaba hace mucho . En la imagen se ve un área de parrillada que nunca encontramos en el lugar y no habia nadie a quien acudir para que nos guiará.

• J Valverde (3/5): Ausencia de apoyo y personal - Me gusta la ubicación del lugar. Una playa bonita y de pocas personas. 1. El trato con la encargada fue malo. 2. No hay un encargado cerca donde uno pueda acudir en caso de necesitar algo. 3. Desde de que se llaga al lugar no hay nadie que te reciba las indicaciones se dan por mensaje. 4. Las cabinas ya se ven desgastadas y sin mantenimiento, hace un año fui y estaban bien, no ha habido mantenimiento en el último año. 5. No hay mantenimiento de las zonas comunes. Hay basura y escombros alrededor. 6. La piscina y alrededor estaba sucio y sin basureros. 7. Dentro de la cabina hay faltante de utensilios para una mejor comodidad en la cocina por ejemplo. 8. Baño sucio y paredes sucias y desgastadas por la humedad. 9. El tubo de la cocina se tapó desde el primer día y eso hizo que se regara el agua por todo el apartamento, lo tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos para mantener el lugar limpio, se hizo el informe y no hubo ni siquiera una respuesta, a pesar que vieron el mensaje y las fotos que se enviaron. La experiencia no fue positiva a excepción de la playa y la ubicación y su cercanía.

• Karl (8/5): Ein Aufenthalt für eine Nacht war gut. - Es war für eine Nacht insofern war alles ok. Die Wohnung war am Meer mit Blick aufs Meer, so konnten wir auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Sie war funktional, Klimaanlage und auch Fernseher haben gut funktioniert, die Anlage ist auch sicher. Wir hatten den Parkplatz vor unserer Wohnung,

Ils sont en mauvais état, traces de moisissure un peu partout. Obligé de quémander ( via Whatsapp) le code pour avoir les clés ! Hôte invisible, vraisemblablement non présent sur place.
• Frédéric (6/5): Je ne recommande pas. - Accès à la plage et la piscine. Il y avait une très forte odeur de naphtalène dans la chambre. On avait les yeux rouges et la gorge nous piquait. J’ai demandé à l’établissement de venir voir. Aucune réponse. J’ai finalement trouvé, une pastille qu’on met habituellement à l’intérieur du réservoir de toilette était derrière celle ci. De plus, la chambre semblait condamnée et louée quand même. (Voir photo)
• Lawrence (7/5): Made the most of what was there, seeing the "flying rainbows", the Macaws was amazing. - Lived up to its name regarding the Macaws, we saw/heard a lot of them and some Toucans. Paradise - it had potential but cleaning the pool ourselves was not in our plans, but no one else did it. Even the pool guy admitted he was only there to check the pump, someone had a water balloon that got sucked into the pump. The view of the pool in the foreground and the ocean in the background was nice. The beach could have used a lot of cleaning up. There was no sign of any staff maintaining the exterior areas. The room was clean and we were able to track down the staff to get clean towels since we were there for 5 days, but no one checked on us. We did receive the gate code via email, but no info about how to get the key. Also, no explanation about how to access the beach, we must have told 5 other couples how to use the key fob.

• marianella (6/5): - la playa no esta tan largo, y es muy bonita super tranquilo el mar me encanto La propiedad es muy bonita pero algo descuidada, hojas por todo lado, le deben de dar mas mantenimiento, la piscina grande y muy bonita, pero siempre esta llena de hojas, la casa le falta mucha limpieza, especialmente x fuera algo terrible en la cocina no tiene aire ni ventiladores y es super caliente,

• Sofia (10/5): - La piscina Todo estaba muy bien. Quizás la ducha fue lo único, ya que el chorro era muy irregular pero tampoco tuvimos mucho inconveniente. Estamos muy agradecidos. Espero en el futuro poder regresar.

• Juan Carlos (9/5): Muy buen lugar - La habitación tenía lo necesario y estar frente al mar fue lo mejor. Las camas y almohadas son un poco duras, por lo que no descansamos muy bien.

• Ana (10/5): Acogedor y tranquilo - La playa es muy tranquila, con pocas olas. La piscina es pequeña pero bonita y accesible. La habitación es cómoda, limpia, con artículos necesarios en la cocina, refrigeradora, baño completo, aire acondicionado. Podrían mejorar un poco en la limpieza del baño. El ingreso a la playa es por medio de un portón electrico, que deberia de tener la opción para ingreso manual cuando se va la luz.

• Lilliam (9/5): - Nice view of the beach! Rooms small but clean and comfortable. They are very nicely equiped.. very peaceful place!
