Despite arriving quite late, the host was incredibly responsive and available to guide us, which we truly appreciated. He was also very flexible and accommodating throughout. Although the property is right by the street and just across the walkway from the beach, it was surprisingly quiet—far more than we expected. The place itself was spotless and exceptionally modern, which is not always easy to find in this area. Everything matched the photos perfectly, if not exceeded them. As a bonus, the host owns a fantastic ice cream shop—Helados Mira—on the paseo marítimo. It was absolutely delicious and definitely worth a visit! Nothing to note—everything met and even exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless and exceptionally modern, which is quite rare to find in this area.

- Elena (9/5): Ich empfehle die Unterkunft wieder - Die perfekte Lage zum Playa de Victoria & die vielen Restaurants und Bars an der Promenade. Das Apartment war sauber, groß und sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Aufgrund vom Erdgeschoss war es schwer die Jalousien hochzufahren, dementsprechend gab es wenig Tageslicht im Apartment.

La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa porque está en primera línea, la decoración es preciosa, todo súper limpio, cómodo, luminoso, tenía todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje, dejaron agua cervezas y cocacola de bienvenida. El baño muy amplio, sobretodo la ducha es enorme, la cama muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona genial, todo súper moderno y decorado con mucho estilo, ha sido un gusto pasar allí unos días, nos vamos con muchas ganas de repetir!!! Nada, todo fue perfecto
