Nedialka (10/5): - Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und super gepflegt. Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr gute ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen. Frühstück war hervorragend, es wird ständig frisch nachgelegt. Auswahl sehr gut. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen der Anlage sehr zuvorkommend und ist immer freundlich. Gepflegtes Ambiente, sehr schöner und sauberer Strand, tolle Lage. Sauberkeit ist auf hohem Niveau. Wir werden gern wieder kommen.

Georgi (9/5): We got the best apartment with awesome sea view. - We booked an apartment with a partial sea view, but we got the one with the best, unobstructed view of the sea. Huge apartment with A/C in every room and amazing terraces watching the sea view. Everything was better than expected.

This should be prohibited and every morning the lifeguards should remove their towels and leave them open for people that come first to the poolside.

Simion (9/5): Very nice and clean accommodation, helpful and polite staff, the beach is nice and very close - The breakfast was a swedish buffet one and you had a lot of good choices. For other meals you can use the main restaurant (called 'Lavanda') which has pretty good options and prices (frappe - 5 leva, cocktail - 10 leva, salads ~ 14 leva, burger and fries - 19 leva), but also some other restaurants located nearby ("Grillhouse", "Sushi") but they seemed to be a bit pricier. You also have a card which gives you a 10% discount to all these restaurants and it always took less than 15-20 minutes to bring you the food at all restaurants. The complex wasn't crowded at all and maybe that's also the reason for which we got an update from the "Junior suite" that we booked to an "1 bedroom apartment" which was very nice (a lot of space, a terrace since it was on the ground level - but it seemed that all accommodations had one balcony or terrace). We had everything we needed in the apartment (big fridge, clean towels, clean sheets, hairdryer). The beach is very close and it wasn't really that crowded, the sand is really fine and the water grows deep very hard, so you need to go more that 20-30 meters to find a water deeper than 1.30m. With the card given by the Oasis Beach Club you also have included 2 chairs (all of them were in a really good condition and had a really soft 'pillow' on them) and 1 umbrella (also with 1 small table between them) on the beach. A small percentage of the staff (thankfully, the person from the reception that met us in the first day and presented us the room was one of them) speaks english at a good level. It might be hard to find out more complicated things other than requiring new towels or directly showing what you want from the menu. For sure it is manageable and you will be fine, but it's just a point that they might improve. Other than that, the staff was very polite and helpful.
