Для нас был важен паркинг и он есть, шикарное место прямо возле дома. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин и аптека. Все понравилось

Fully stocked with everything you need, even sunscreen, aloe, facing cream, face wash, towels, snacks, cooking commodities like all kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, oil etc. An amazing balcony to relax, extra blankets. It had a washing machine, parking, you could check in at your own time, hot water, water heater, filtered coffee maker, tea bags, coffee, sugar, fridge, plates, glasses, dishwasher so it would be great for long term a Only one small thing that did not affect us at all but probably can be a bit inconvenient for people visiting at summer. There was only one air-condition in the living room and not in the rooms so you need to have your door open

• Kevin (10/5): Amazing in every aspect - Everything was clean the house owner was magnificent amazing lady who let us check in early and also allowed us to do late check out.
• Karin (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattetes was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, Bus, Einkaufen, Strand alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgte über Booking.com, war zeitnah und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bad ist etwas klein aber sogar mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Straße war uns persönlich bei offenem Fenster etwas zu laut, was für uns etwas die Lage wieder mindert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist kaum was zu hören.

• Daniela (10/5): Lovely, clean and tidy apartment - The apartment was lovely. Very clean and it had everything you might need and more. It had new appliances, new kitchen, aircon and nice and modern. The location was a bit further then I thought.

• Anna (10/5): Perfekt läge med allt vi behöver. - Rent, väl utrustat och perfekt läge. Dubrovnik är vårt andra hem, vi valde Apartment Kate för att den ligger nära till allt, stränder, restauranger, affärer och bussen in till stan. Dessutom fri parkering vilket inte alltid är lätt att hitta här. Genomtänkt lägenhet med omtänksam värd. Vi kan absolut bo här igen och rekommenderar andra att välja det.

• Sandra (7/5): prima voor 1 overnachting om Dubrovnik te bezoeken - Er is geen ontbijt maar een bakker om de hoek. Dubrovnik is wel erg duur. Beter broodjes bij de supermarkt kopen. Zit op de andere hoek dus erg dichtbij maar scheelt echt heel veel. Brood is niet echt bijzonder bij de bakker. Appartement is oké maar klein maar wel alles aanwezig. Bedden zijn ook goed en lekker groot. Jammer dat de auto niet langer mocht blijven. Ze zei dat ze verhuurd had maar op boeking stond de dag nog gewoon vrij. Dit vond ik wel een beetje vreemd. Dus richting oude stad gereden en gelukkig parkeerplaats voor 3 euro per uur gevonden. Wel een stukje omhoog lopen maar goed te doen. niks

Everything is thoughtfully arranged — from comfortable furniture to modern equipment and little details that create a cozy atmosphere. The overall feeling is very comfortable and relaxing — just perfect for a holiday. The location is excellent — only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, shops, and restaurants. • John (9/5): Great family apartment in Dubrovnik - Marija is an attentive and helpful host. The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and only a 10-minute bus ride to old town, so you can leave the car in the free on-site parking. It's not especially cheap but, in the context of Dubrovnik prices, it's excellent value for money, and we'd certainly book again if we come back. No serious drawbacks

• Ivana (10/5): Wonderful place - Super kind host! The place is at an amazing and quiet location with an easily accessible parking. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, spotless and perfect for 2 couples. The bathroom is well equipped and very cozy. There's also a great restaurant just behind the building and nothing beats not having to walk far to get back home after a nice dinner. We had a great time. Everything was awesome. Thank you for having us.

At the exit of the building on the right side you have the market and next to the market a pharmacy, 50 meters from the apartment building on the left you have a bakery. As for the apartment itself, you don't lack anything, especially in the kitchen, you don't even need to bring coffee utensils, you have everything there. Definitely, if I go to Dubrovnik again, I will choose this apartment. Nothing.

Short bus ride to old town and beautiful walk to the beach. Apartment itself was beautiful and clean. Great shower and cooling. The best we have had on our journey through Croatia. Nothing. The apartment is so beautiful and the service was excellent, there was even a bottle of wine and cookies left for us as a little extra touch which was so thoughtful! Great location with easy to public transport, beaches, restaurants and tourist office. The supermarket is next door and station from bus Line 6 to old town with short walk up the street.You have 20-25 minute walk down to Sunset Beach and close to a lot of restaurants. • Vicky (9/5): Superb - We really liked the appartment, it was clean and spacious with everything we needed. It was close to a nice port and we enjoyed lovely walks. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the lack of privacy. The air condition is located in the living room, so we had to keep bedroom doors open in order to get some cool air. We were two couples and it was a bit uncomfortable to keep them open, especially at night. If you had a small fan in each room, our problem would be solved.
• Ian (9/5): A good base to use for Dubrovnik, spoiled by the lack of attention to detail - A good location for the Old Town, and restaurants along the pedestrian walkway down to Sunset Beach. There was no information regarding the close proximity of the local buses to get to the Old Town, as parking there would have been almost impossible. It would have been nice to have some information about the number of restaurants close by…we found all of this on the internet. One thing that must be rectified by the owners is the contact details contained in their information booklet….we used the. Email address to forward details of our travel documents, only to be informed that they were not received, and that the e mail address was incorrect. In this time of scams and identity thefts, this needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency. After using the newly provided e mail address, there was no acknowledgment that anything was received….poor communication.
