• Ksenija (10/5): Spacious, quiet, and very well-equipped apartment in an excellent location - Very spacious apartment located on the lower ground floor. The bedroom was large and the bed was quite comfortable, although slightly small for two people. There was plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was well equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Complimentary tea, a good variety of coffee, and even a bottle of wine were provided, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was also quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with several tube stations nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. There was also a well-equipped grocery store close by, along with many pubs, restaurants, and shops in the area. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good.
• Robert (9/5): We would definitely choose to stay here again, and be very happy with our choice! - A wonderful location on a relatively quiet street, with excellent restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Underground and bus stops were also easily accessible. Although the flat was below street level, we had plenty of light; along with a dark bedroom to enable good sleep! Also, the flat comes with a very nice shower stall that has excellent water pressure! All in all, very good value, and would be happy to stay there again! The hallway just inside the building's front entrance was a little littered with junk mail, but that is not the responsibility of this flat's owner / renter.
• Nur Hanida Ahmad (9/5): Comfortable, Convenient Place - It’s a clean, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Location is brilliant too. Close to underground stations, Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street. Walking distance to the British Museum , China Town etc. Nothing.
• Natalia (10/5): Wonderful stay — cosy, comfortable and perfectly located - The apartment is in a perfect location: central, safe and great for walking around. It’s very cosy, comfortable and everything is really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus, with plenty of pods to choose from. The welcome complimentary gift was also such a nice touch. Check-in and check-out were easy and stress-free, with clear instructions. Alexandra was wonderful — very kind and quick to respond. I had a great stay and would happily come back again!

There were some issues with the building management but the apartment hosts acted extremely professionally and everything was settled in a timely and comfortable manner.
• S (7/5): Great location - Fitzrovia Suite's location is amazing. Apartment is generally very well equipped with cooking and cleaning utensils that you'd need. I went during the summer when it was very hot. The A/C was temperamental, going for stretches (hours) of not cold at all making some nights difficult to sleep. The A/C in fact was dirty and clearly needed cleaning, and I told the host that. The host is hot and cold. I find her to be generally very welcoming and helpful for stuff she can sort out quickly. Stuff she can't, however, like the A/C she sometimes just didn't respond to messages. That part should be improved, as we are reasonable people and keep the communication line open is much preferred. Otherwise the property and host are wonderful.

• Susan (9/5): This is a wonderful place to stay in London and visit all of the tourist sites. - This is a great location for visiting the tourist sites of London. Bed is very comfortable. The shower has good, hot water and water pressure. It has everything you need for a quick meal in the kitchen. It’s an easy walk to multiple bus stops and underground stations. The air conditioning works very well. The apartment is very quiet for sleeping. There is light from the patio, which is open to the air, but you can’t leave the windows open because there’s a lot of traffic noise if you do. I didn’t love being below ground, but it was workable, it would have been nice to have a lift.
• Michele (10/5): Booking here is a very good choice! - We were very pleased with the location in Zone 1 Fitzrovia. It is a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds, but a short walking distance to public transportation and great pubs and restaurants. The basement floor flat was quiet, private, comfortable and spacious with ample closet space and air conditioning. A bonus was the extra long, deep bath tub. Aleksandra stocked it with coffee pods and nice bathroom toiletries, cleaning supplies and dishwasher pods. She even supplied chocolate cookies and a bottle of wine. We felt very welcomed and had no issues at all. We highly recommend this property.

• Rita (10/5): Highly recommended - Beautifully furnished, fantastic lighting throughout, great attention to detail, eg an excellent hairdryer and even a styling iron. Wonderful bathroom with deep bath and separate rain shower. Lavish supplies of coffee and a free bottle of wine. Fantastic location, close to many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Alexsandra was very helpful and responded promptly to questions. It was a minor hassle schlepping a 50 pound suitcase up and down a flight of stairs but couldn’t be helped
• Fitriana (9/5): Superb - Everything was great starting with the location and the really complete facilities, you will not get bored here. The vibe was very cozy and comfortable and really great for small family. The staff was very nice too. We had a great stay here. One minor comment is that the kitchen facilities was not very clean, one of the things we noticed is that the oven still had crumbs everywhere. I hope this can be fixed. We still love this apartment and will be back.

• Carly (9/5): Nice property for a stay in London - This property is well maintained and very comfortable. Our family of four fit nicely in the apartment and the amenities were great. We had everything we needed for our stay in London. The property is close to the underground and in a safe and convenient neighborhood. We appreciated the quiet nature of the area after a long day in the hustle and bustle. The bathroom was very nice and had a beautiful soaking tub with nice products. The main bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked great! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our girls had to sleep on a sleeper sofa, which was a bit small. Despite that, the property was large enough for us to spread out and have our own space. We didn't love that it was a basement unit, so the patio is actually below ground. We didn't use the space because of that, and didn't open the patio doors because people walking on the street could see right in. That was really our only complaint. We would stay here again.
• Michal (6/5): Pleasant - We stayed in the apartment for a week. It is located on the basement floor, so you have to go down stairs to access it. The apartment is well-designed and visually appealing, but it's important to note that it has two small rooms below ground level. The space was clean and the owners were kind and helpful with any problems we had. However, the mattress in the bedroom was so soft that it was impossible to sleep on, so we all had to sleep in the living room. Additionally, we experienced a lack of hot water for half of our stay, and despite the landlords' efforts, we were not offered any compensation. The location is central, but less convenient in terms of public transportation.

• Alex (10/5): Wonderful stay in a great location! - I enjoyed my stay here very much. It was very clean with lots of great amenities. The apartment has everything you could need! The host always responded very promptly. The location was great as well! Right in the center and very close to the metro. There is nothing I didn't like about this place, it really felt like home.
